Great depot where you can find everything you can dream of to help in the kitchen. It is obviously meant for restaurant owners, but it is great that they also allow the general public to buy things in bulk. On certain spices I would have like to Cine middle sizes. For example, I was interested and getting around a pound of allspice, and I had to choose between a 5 pound jug or buying several 8 ounce bottles. Also, some rare items like that 5 pound jug of allspice need to be ordered online and then picked up. So unless you are buying something really common or you live close by, call ahead and make sure they will have everything you need in stock before stopping by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

20 Minutes from start to packing into car. Yes it helps knowing what you need nut they made it so worth the trip. 5 star service all day.

Lately it has been difficult to get good syrup flavors and other products. I went to the big spring sale and was pretty disappointed. I travel 2.5 hours to this store and it stinks when they dont have products in stock. I have used the pick up service and that is pretty good.

Love to cook, love to drink, and love to eat are the reasons why we renewed our membership for better cost savings but you may purchase without membership at higher cost. High quality cooking equipment, very nice assortment of great tasting cocktail mixers, and great deals on canned goods for our residential use. It is definitely a good deal.

Always good attentive service shelves are always stocked so much better than restaurant Depot next door. Unfortunately they dont carry the frozen products, but everything else they do is great.

Employees are very helpful. I just wish all of the products had prices displayed--the dishes/place settings did not.

Been shopping here for over 10+ years. Selection has changed quite a bit from name brand in store to cheaper brands but still a great selection anywhere. Its nice you can ship to store a lot of items but still a lot you have to just get shipped to address. Place has its ups and downs but overall a great place to get almost all your restaurant and catering needs.

Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Good selection at good prices, often find some unadvertised specials and display items at great prices.

Good variety of products at a good price even if you dont purchase in bulk. Clean facility and helpful staff. The membership is pricey but not necessary to shop but might be worth it if you are a frequent shopper, of which I am not.

We are not restaurant owners but just folks who love to cook and entertain. We used to go to their old store on Airport Rd. that they have since closed. This new store is set up beautifully. It is so bright and the best change.....the employees are so helpful and friendly and it made for an all-around pleasant shopping experience.

Actually an interesting place to shop. There are many helpful and needful items at a reasonable price. The sales folks are well informed and polite. A great place to shop for kitchen needs.

As a super avid foodie and a home chef, who loves to cook for family and friends, the Restaurant Store is one my favorite places to shop for kitchen gear, party supplies, spices, sauces and other non perishables. The spices alone are probably 80% off what youd pay at a grocery store. I havent signed up for their $50 annual membership (which is NOT required) and I still save tons of money.

Fun place to shop at. Has a little bit of everything for your kitchen and more. Nice to get a hard to find utensil/tools for prep and cooking.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Called on a Thursday, received a quote for a stainless steel table. Drove all the way from Wilkes Barre to Bethlehem, only to be told a much higher price, and, as well, needed a purchase a membership. I followed up with a phone call the next Monday, and was basically told that I was a liar. Will never purchase anything from this place!
