Great Store . The Best Autozone I have seen in the Area. All the employees were busy putting stock away and front facing the shelves. Autozone takes care of it Veterans. One employee came from behind the counter and helped me to my car

Was on hold for over 20 minutes.. get to the store with them still on my cell phone, walk up to the counter, ask 8f they had someone on hold and the ladys response was NOT SURE BUT PROBABLY as shes looking at a magazine.. I tell them NO WORRIES ITS ACTUALLY ME ON HOLD BUT IM HERE NOW!! unbelievable.. awful customer service on the phone..
Needed a battery, they did the testing, replaced the battery, got rid of the old one, and tested the alternator to make sure that wasnt the problem. Took less then 20 minutes.
It was awkward, the guy was new obviously and he couldnt find yeh part I needed in the system. I eventually found some in the app that they should have had but he still couldnt find it in the system. I felt awkward browsing around. Normally I dont. Idk. It wasnt bad but it was weird.

Charged me $20 for the $10 steering wheel cover. Was told sometimes they put them back in the wrong spot. We went to look all of the $9 steering wheel covers were in $20 slots scam scam scam

Needed wiper blades as mine were shredded by the last snowstorm. My glasses were fogging up due to wearing a mask. The sales clerk found the proper blades, rang me up and installed them for me. Awesome.

Never enough workers. Most them have no knowledge carparts. Twice. Sold me wrong parts. Even with internet stilllllll ger wrong way too expensive

I visited the store this afternoon after experiencing a problem with my VW Passat where it almost failed to turnover when I turned the key. Jessica tested the battery and found it was dead. I bought a new battery and she installed it at the no cost. Excellent service!
I had a headlight out so went to AutoZone for new bulb. Ismael R. helped me choose the bulbs. He also went outside and pulled out the old bulbs from my car and replaced them with the new ones. The old bulbs were not easy to remove, but he got them out and put 2 new bulbs in for me. He is such a nice young man, and very polite and helpful. I have been to this AutoZone before and the staff has always been attentive to their customers. I would highly recommend this store. Many thanks to Ismael for all of his help!

From what I saw today store does not enforce a mask wearing policy nor care. Guy in front of me didnt have a mask on and kept touching his mouth and touching the keypad. Another person behind the counter didnt have a mask on. Staff didnt seem to care when I spoke about it. Guess they dont care about our families. If you or your loved ones are at risk for covid KEEP OUT of this location. And they didnt have the part they told me they had earlier. 30 miles and put my family at risk for nothing.
Was looking for a sparkplug...... girl at counter didnt understand use of cross reference or superceeding lists.....went to Pep Boys down the road to get a cross reference #, then came back to make the purchase. Seemed to me, if it wasnt on the computer screen, she was lost !!
Ismael was an awesome associate, very helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me with all my concerns regarding my Toyota. He did a great job changing my battery and lightbulbs. Definitely recommend this auto zone. great customer service.

I just went to the one on Stefko to get spray paint on a tire flare which brought in, the guy just directed what aisle he wouldnt come over to help, been there many times not the nicest people I think if I was Puerto Rican I think I would be treated better, Now advanced auto up the block the gentleman (older) was more than happy to show me what spray I needed for the 2ft piece of tire flare I needed . Imagine, real help and Ill go back to advanced auto because they gave a personal help . If I was a Rodriguez or a Gonzales I might get that same help auto zone . Not a fan of auto zone on Stefko
They was kind and help me to find the better and correct products for my car.
I had my check engine light turn on in both on my cars. I was stressed and called over 50 shops that couldn’t get me in for days to see what the issue was. I definitely was not in the best mood and Draco still killed me with kindness and helped me check my vehicles. Thank you for being so awesome!

My daughter is a student in the area and I live 5 hours away. She needed a new battery so I told her to go to Auto Zone. Im glad she did. She said the employee who did the installation, Jerry, was very nice and helpful. It was good for me to know that she was helped in a courteous, professional and friendly manner and that the battery was correctly removed and installed. I recently had an issue w/ a brake package that I purchased; I got the pads and rotors from advanced and the caliper from auto zone. After installation I found that the caliper was hanging up. To make a long story short, the caliper destroyed the pads and rotor.When I say EXCELLENT customer service...let me tell you, the manager himself took every stride to correct the issue. Milton, thank you so much for making me feel like a valued customer; this particular autozone location won a life long customer!
If there was -100 star, thats what I would give. This store has the worst customer service that I have ever come across in autozone stores that I have been to. The people here will belittle you as if you have been forced to shop there. I went there to shop and I was already in line. A new customer came in and another cashier went to help the new customer. I requested if I could be taken care of because I was first before the other customer. The male cashier yelled at me saying, Am going to take care of you after am done with this customer. Everybody is treated equal. It left me wonder if thats what equality mean in this store, I will rather go to someplace else. I left immediately without getting what I wanted since I refuse to be treated like garbage. Shoppers beware.
Guy who helped me was really nice. He took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully. I asked like 30 questions 🤦🏾♀️ but he was patient and helpful.

This Autozone has the worst customer service... manager is always eating food and talking to customers while chewing, always unprofessional and messing parts up when you literally tell him what you need.. wouldn’t recommend this Autozone unless you want to wait more than 15 minutes just to buy a quart of oil..

Unfortunately they get one star waited in line to get my battery done the employee tells me that he has to wait on all the other people behind me before he can help me with a battery went to advanced auto they took care of me immediately
Only had one guy waiting on customers. He was also answering the phone. Waited in line for 10 minutes.
Definitely in need of additional and knowledgeable staff. Shouldnt take half an hour to pay for something and I dont know if we gave gas containers should not be an answer for an employee to give to a customer. Ill will not be giving this place any more business.

The absolute worse customer service EVER!!!!!! I went in to get a key battery and instead of the person who was helping me (couldnt read her name tag since she had a jacket on) tells me oh their right there instead of looking it up on the computer that was clearly in front of her. So I kindly asked if she would be able to change the battery for me and proceeds to say no, you would have to you tube it because we are not liable if we break your key. So as Im opening my key to place the battery in it another customer comes and asks if they had wind shield wipers for her car so the employee named Jessica while on her phone says their in the back, two minutes later the same customer comes back and says is it possible that you may have something in the back STILL on her phone at the register without even raising her head to acknowledge the customer says whatever we have in the back is what we have. NEVER in my life have I seen such unprofessional people working at an establishment which is sad because I have been to this same location in the past and was never treated with such disgust. Higher management definitely needs to do something about the people they have working at this store and maybe hire people who actually know things about cars.

Long wait times. Friendly service but 4 employees on site with manager in back. Waited 35-40 minutes in line while the manager hid in the back. Friendliness a five star, way manager treats customers by staying in back hiding 1 star. Wasnt just once, is a common practice at that location.
Bought a replacement horn and double checked to see if it would fit my car and it didnt

I went in today just to get a battery for my car alarm . The cashier was already mad from a call he was on . When he finally acknowledged me to help I went up & asked I need help trying to figure out what battery my alarm needs & how to open it . He pointed over to the batteries not even acknowledging I asked for him to help me figure out what battery it needs & claims he doesnt have tools to open a Nissan alarm . Smh poor service.
Had to get brakes and rotors went to the shop and they had given me the wrong parts. They were very helpful in going back into the computer to locate the right ones. Although it was the first time this has ever happened to me there I was upset having to go back to the store again
The staff was friendly, however they were not available to help install battery so if you plan on their advertised help, dont bother.I got the battery home and swapped it, turns out they sold me a dead battery.Very friendly and nice when I returned it. Tested it to make sure it was dead when I returned it, confirmed dead. It would have been much more helpful to test the battery before they sold it to me.Shopping here was a large waste of my time that could have been avoided at several point in my shopping experience. Suggest you find another store.
Someone needs to learn how to run a store. 6 customers in line, 1 poor dude on register and 3 employees doing things that could have waited. Dude on register deserves a raise. 20 mins in line for a single windshield wiper. Such a joke.

As with any parts store its safer if you bring your old one. That way you can match them on the spot. Wrong brake pads given to me.

Go literally anywhere else for your parts. They make promises about parts arrival times they cant keep.Oh and if they cant find the part they didnt have in stock that they promised would be there later that day, you cant get a refund until they find it, so now days later I dont have the money or the part, or my time back dealing with their broken promises.
Cool spot the workers are very helpful.A must to get warranty on anything u buy from there ESPECIALLY batteries u will thank me later Ive had batteries in 2 different cars drain on me at least e different times and every time because of my 5 yr warranty they replace them for free shhh dont tell nobody lol#but hey who am i💁

WAITED 30MINS FOR SOMEONE TO CHECK WHY MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND AFTER 30mins I went In and asked what’s the hold up and she rudely was saying someone who does the checking is in the bathroom. First of all if your in the bathroom for 30mins you shouldn’t be at work . The pregnant cashier lady with piercings is rude and snobby.
