Recently used this company to install outdoor lighting. The manager from initial call through installation was prompt and transparent. He really built expectations on pricing and schedule which is not too common right now given demand. Installation was prompt and professional and the end result is terrific.

Ive worked with Outdoor Illumination for over 10 years at two residences. They do excellent work. Their designs are subtle and intended to emphasize a homes architectural elements. They do not overwhelm.Anyone can add bright lights to shine against your home. But a real designer adds warmth, interest and beauty. Outdoor Illumination has real designers.Rear yard lighting of trees and landscaping adds both beauty and safety.Good quality materials, installation and design are hallmarks of Outdoor Illumination. Their employees show up on time, do good work, and clean up. They stand behind their installation and design.I also have a service contract. They periodically visit and adjust lights that may have been moved by my landscapers. They replace bulbs as needed. Very reasonably priced for these follow up services.I recommend them without qualification.

I had tried my own lighting project for while and gave that up. When Pete came by for my initial estimate, I was impressed with his immediate understanding of the horticultural considerations (like how to integrate the trees and shrubs into the lighting effect), the technical electrical requirements, and his immediate creativity with best angles and light positions personalized to the facade of my home. Almost all completed within a day, workers left everything pristine, and he didnt invoice me until he knew I was completely satisfied with the job.

Just an awesome company to work with. Design - excellent. Workmanship - excellent. I made a couple of changes after the work was done, and they came out and made them quickly and with no complaints. Excellent!

I have used Outdoor Illuminations for 3 years. I worked with Pete who helped me upgrade and solve a few issues with dark spots in our outdoor lighting caused by maturing plants/trees. He was prompt, helpful, creative, and looked for ways to re-configure existing lighting, which helped minimize costs of installing new fixtures. His crew also discovered that some of the stakes that were originally used needed adjustments and replacement to maximize their effectiveness. He was here, decisions made, and work done in 3 business days. Amazing service and outcome - will definitely continue to use.

I called to find an electrical line that powers outside gazebo that recently got shorted due to storm. The line is buried below grass, so I called them and sent them pictures to see if they could find the line and fix it because they specialize in outside electrical. Even though they charge $115 to have the person come out to estimate the work, I said I was willing to pay because the rep assured me they could find it. The guy did come out but couldnt find it and said a new line has to be laid, at a cost of 8 hours or about $1000 plus materials, plus additional fees. When I told the rep it was too expensive and was ready pay for one hour of work, he said there would be additional fees including trip fee and materials fee. I wasnt aware of this and when I asked how much it was, he wouldnt answer it at first. Only after repeated ask, he said its $65. Not sure what materials fee will be for estimating work. I still havent received my invoice so I have no idea how much Im going to be charged for the estimate work. Beware and make sure to send you an invoice before booking any appointments, unless you want to be charge exorbitant amount of estimate work.

We are very pleased with our recently installed landscape lighting. We worked with Pete who was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process. We could not be any happier with the end result.

They spend a lot of time representing themselves as a great company but maybe they were in the past and still riding that wave. I know for sure they arent anymore and most people doing the jobs are treated poorly and dont know anything.
