So disappointed in your return policy. Each potential customer should be aware that if you order from Serena and Lily, and your order does not fit your expectations, you are still investing in the item by spending 15% of the subtotal to return the item(s). This cost me $250 today, for two chairs I will not ever use. There are many comparable companies that will ensure a better customer experience.
I have had three great experiences at this location working with Anna. Everyone is friendly, and it is helpful to play around with pillow styles and see the products in the store. While larger items like furniture and rugs must be ordered (like most stores), I have been able to take home pillows, throw blankets, and a wreath. See you all soon! -Shea P.
Love love love Serena & Lily & their cool, coastal design & decor. So glad they finally came to our area. Used them to furnish the living room and part of the bedroom & family room. Daniel & the other staff have been very helpful, and our sofa & chair were upholstered & delivered sooner than expected (and made in the US). Purchased several of their rugs too & get many compliments from our guests. Returns were easy. We just sent an email and received the return barcode within 24 hours.
Do not buy anything online from them. The only way to return an item is to call and sit on hold waiting for a customer service agent. No automated way to do it. I cant believe it. Its so clearly an effort to get you to give up and hang up and just keep a product youre unsatisfied with. Ill never shop here again.
I was expecting this to be similar to Pottery Barn/Crate and Barrel-a home goods shopping experience. I was disappointed. Very little to shop from. Definitely a design center. Beautiful though.
Just found out that the amount you pay for shipping is based on the amount of money you spend on items. Ordered 4 chairs only two have come and the other two just got scheduled. Called to inquire about free shipping promo taking place right now and even though the chairs are shipping during this promo, I am still held to pay for shipping. For the price of the items, you’d think they’d have more strategical methods. Save your money, go to crate and barrel or somewhere who works with you more.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not shop here... its a total scam! Pretty website, pretty photos, false advertising.
