Terrible terrible TERRRRIBLEEE. Overcharges and after buying their VERY EXPENSIVE merchandise, refused to let my sister use their restroom even though other customers had used it prior. Rude, overcharges and overall the worst gas station experience Ive ever had. Dont give your money to these people.

This is a review for the Shell repair shop located on the corner of Westlake Drive and Democracy Blvd by Westfield Montgomery Mall. By being a regular customer you will be treated very well by this repair shop. I am a regular customer and I was given very good service at a reasonable rate on my car this past June 2nd, 2020. I also did not have a long wait. The manager, Robert, was looking out for me and gave me a price break because I was a REGULAR customer and also because I am a senior. I made an awful mistake and accused him of over charging me when in actuality he had under charged me. Please do your research and compare his rates. This repair shop is also listed on Checkbooks review of top auto mechanics. Thank you.

Staff in the store were not helpful and all, and said they didn’t have the key for the bathroom.

It was my second time trying this station. The first time I heard nothing go into the car for the last few dollars. Strange. This time, I just put in a dollar plus change just to check. Station pumped in straight air. Half a gallon should give a car at least a couple miles. Turned on my car and nothing moved in the digital range.I reported this to the cashier. Cashier said he cant refund my money since the machine says I pumped. He said I can take my receipt and bring it up to his manager the next morning.Hes not going to do anything about it, is he? I asked.Nope, he responded.Do yourself a favor and just use the Exxon adjacent to this Shell. The Exxon is always well stocked and clean.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I took in my vehicle for one issue spent well over a thousand dollars and when I got the car back it runs worse than when I originally took it in. The service manager is very condescending and will tell you anything to make you spend money. Save your time and money and take your vehicle to an actual reputable place. These guys are con artists. You have been warned.

Always quick service. New pumps with safety features to prevent credit card theft. Small convenience store and adjacent to huge mall.

I give it 5 star because I like the associates. I go by here daily and they always make me smile. Syeda and Honest are awesome!!! There is one guy thats always walking around frantically which is kind of awkward. Hes always yelling at people. Im not sure what his deal but everybody else is very friendly.

Horrible service also items are incorrectly priced. bought item for $6.55 which was labled at that price proceeded to check out and it rung up at 8.49 the cashier refused to give me the price that was listed mind you there was no mistaking the item or price thankfully the manger agreed and gave me the right price only after what seemed like forever of explaining

I have twice experienced issues with their gas pumps. In the last incident, the automatic stop on the pump failed and gas poured out. I dont believe they maintain their pumps well.

I share Allen P. experience, I filled up for over $30 to the max and took 2 local trips. No more than 20 miles, if that. Now my gas meter shows half empty. Something REALLY WRONG here.

Never go for any service ! They just ripped me off !!I have Toyota 1997, when I was riding in the freeway I noticed the CHECK Engine light was ON. I went to this Service station. I saw the Manager of this service station. He ordered one service professional to check the codes of the Car.In five minutes He came back and he was trying to see the codes in google. It took 15 minutes to search the code in Google. Finally he said your catalytic convertor has gone. He charged me $69 for that. He also told me that they checked the complete vehicle .He was saying me to sell my vehicle. I was very much demoralized with his words.The service men there are look good and honest but only the manager ! Be careful... Before you give your vehicle please confirm what is he going to charge .I

Constantly lying about their prices. Very rude service. Expensive gas prices. Avoid this station. Much better Shell stations in other areas like Rockville.

The method by which the different lanes are setup for accessing the gas pumps is not very convenient. At the same time, the lanes are very narrow. On one side of the stations of pumps, it is situated very close to a wall such that large vehicles can block other vehicles from passing.You can get gas, but just prepared to play some vehicular Tetris.

I have a car with 16 gallons tank. I try to fill up when 1/4 left. But it added 20 gallons and still not filling up. Rip off.
