I bought several carpets and both the in-store service and the in-home installation were excellent. Tim in the store was extremely helpful in the selection process and could not have been nicer or more responsive throughout the our dealings. The installers worked really hard and did a terrific job. Any new carpet looks great, but I was particularly pleased with both the quality of the rugs and the service at this store.

Recommend Tim and his team enthusiastically. Tim was able to find us a specific carpet that no other store could find and his installer, Saber, was excellent. He went above and beyond doing a fantastic job with the installation but also repaired a piece of furniture and polished our wood floors without being asked to do so. Great experience from beginning to end.

I just had a stair runner installed through Georgetown Carpet in Bethesda and am so pleased with how it came out. The sales manager Tim helped me find the right carpet option, gave me a fair price and followed up consistently between the date of sale and installation. Saber did a great job with the install, and was very professional and conscientious. Overall my experience was excellent from start to finish. Looking forward to using GC Bethesda for my basement stairs next!

Tim tried to cover our staircase and the landing area with the least amount of Karastan wool carpet, while Saber worked on both Saturday and Tuesday to install them.

Overpriced, bullies, unreliable, did not give us the carpet we agreed upon and still tried to f*$k us over. Paid $700 more than other companies would have charged. Total dirtbags.
