My Q50 ran into a pothole the other day. I thought that the front tire on the driver side was leaking. Because I noticed that Danielle seems to be very nice to customers while I was in the service center to get my car checked previously. I decided to give her a call. I was not disappointed. She was responsive, patient and very helpful. She offered to pick up my car from my house when she heard I had a back pain. The whole thing went smoothly. My concern was taken care of within a few hours and my car was returned to my house washed clean and shinning. She provided an excellent service. I really appreciate it.

I am on my 5th Infiniti from Jim Coleman. This dealership has the absolute best customer service of any car dealer in the DC area - they go out of their way to make you feel like family. I am looking forward to my 6th Infiniti.
Poor customer service. We bought a used car in July and they told us that they would take car of the tags. We asked multiple times and each time throughout we would get this message “DMV is backed up”. Now we got fined for $100 twice, for driving with expired tags. We called Jim Coleman and they said “oh sorry you had to get your vehicle inspected in DC, you should have known, otherwise we cannot issue the tags”. How can this be acceptable? We are first time buyers, we asked them multiple times for what to do, and they kept saying they would do it and DMV is backed up. And now they are blaming us…
I always say a company is only as good as the people who work there. This could not be more true for Jim Coleman Infiniti. Their sales department consistently provides excellent service but most importantly their service department is always a pleasure to deal with. The reason that is are people like Danielle Watson, she is friendly, efficient and consistently over delivers on service. She always goes beyond to make sure your experience at Jim Coleman is a pleasure...and because of her it is.
Infiniti Service center was very friendly and gave me great service.I’m writing this review March 2021 still during the global pandemic. Whether we like it or not, we have to wear a mask. Plenty of signs, warnings and hand sanitizers. All the norm for this time.But what is not cool is there are a few salesmen that wear a mask like a chin guard. Heck, one guy had a bulldog sculpture in his office that’s wearing a mask, but he himself couldn’t wear one correctly.Personally I’m gonna stay away from waiting for service and just do drop off next time.
I had a very satisfying experience buying my new vehicle. I spoke to Phillip Dickson and texted him several times to buy the vehicle that I was interested in. He was always quick to respond and very courteous. Since I was driving from a different state, I wanted to complete the deal over the phone. I was able to do that fairly quickly. I went over to the dealership and the vehicle was clean and ready. I test drove it and completed the transaction without any hassle. There were no sales pressure etc and I had a wonderfully pleasant experience and satisfactorily drove my new vehicle out of the dealership. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and will deal with them in future if a need arises.

Sales person didnt show us any of the features of the car. When I asked him if he would, he said, What do you want to know?Got some misinformation about the certified warranty. One person told me its from the date the car was put on the lot; the other told me it was from the date the car was first titled to the dealer. Youd think people would know this.Not very responsive to messages AFTER the sale.
I don’t normally post reviews for anything good or bad… Lazy I guess. But I just had an experience with Jim Coleman Infiniti, specifically master salesman “Captain” Kirk, that I have to share. I’ll make a long story short by saying I’ve been buying cars for a very long time and this experience was by far the best that I have ever had. Salesman Captain Kirk was exceptional. Knowledgeable, Polite, Responsive and… wait for it… Honest! Yes you heard/read correctly an honest car salesman. Not only him but the sales manager also (Sorry I don’t remember his name at the moment). They appraised my trade by looking at photos of my car and honored their appraisal. The condition of the new car was exactly as advertised. And the financing was exactly what was discussed. When I arrived the sales manager promised I would be out of there in 30 minutes. We we’re done in 28 minutes! There is a lot more I could say but suffice to say if you want to buy a car try Jim Coleman Infiniti and ask for Captain Kirk. You will not be disappointed!
I called this establishment about a vehicle I was going to see. Made an appointment with mr. deon. We set up a time I was coming, we text about the vehicle. He informed me he would put the car to the front of the lot only for it to be ready and for me to test drive only for him to call me when I was 10mins away in an Uber to say he sold the car. Very unprofessional, and money hungry. Like who does that.
I recently purchased a Q50 from Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda and the experience was very smooth and the customer service was excellent. My sales consultants Noah and April went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle for my wife and I.
I had been speaking with a staff member about a lease deal on their website and we scheduled a time for me to come in and see the car. I called her to confirm the pricing so that I could avoid any hidden fees. She was transparent and confirmed my understanding of the price. However, when I arrived, she was not available to see me and the men who helped me were condescending and kept reminding me to read the fine print. I told them that my understanding was based on what one of their colleagues had told me but apparently it was wrong. That would have been fine - a misunderstanding. But the men laughed at what I thought the deal entailed and were very condescending. I left and bought a vehicle at another dealership who did not treat me as if I dont know anything about cars.
I had my car (QX60) loaded to go away for the weekend and my notification light came on that my tire pressure was extremely low in one tire. I decided to take it to the dealership rather than just fill it and run the risk that I get a flat on my trip. Rian greeted me and immediately assumed responsibility for getting it done. I don’t know how he squeezed me in, but the tire was patched and I was on my way in very quick time. He never made me feel like my request was an imposition. I know by putting me in the queue I was probably bumping other service later in the schedule.(Sorry!) I was extremely grateful and glad in my decision to come to the dealership for help (I purchased my car and have it regularly serviced at Jim Coleman). Rian’s superior customer service has made me a believer and I definitely want him to be my service rep moving forward.
Infiniti blew me away by voluntarily agreeing to honor my recently expired warranty to complete my service as a goodwill gesture. Jim Coleman will be my first choice for all of my future needs. My consultant Gregory was extremely communicative. You don’t get service like this very often from any type of company unfortunately. Jim Coleman is the blueprint!
This was my first oil change. I bought the car new 6 months ago from Jim Coleman Infiniti and it was a great experience. However my experience with service was a strange one. Paperwork indicates & I have been told tire rotation done. I dont know how they did it without using the wheel lock and they did an amazing job spreading the break dust back to the front tires. 😆. Obviously no rotation was done. They said complementary car wash but inside was not vacuumed for sure and I had to wipe off greasy fingerprints from the hood. Plus I had to move all papers and plastics they left inside myself. Only good thing was 1st oil change service was free.. Sales was great but I dont think I am coming back again for service.
Drop car off to get auto trans fluid replaced/flushed and fuel sensor replacedPick car up, has a huge scratch on the passenger side (Pictures provided)4 different people tell me they will take care of it, along with Will from the body shop telling me all the things he is going to be able to fix for me. At this point I have high hopesRental car is given to me and I spend 24 hours at home. Next day I get a call saying my car is readyScratch is still extremely noticeable and the giant chip next to the door is still there, along with scratches on the passenger side quarter panelTaylor tells me all she could do was buff it out and not paint it, which is exactly what the 4 people I spoke with told me they weren’t going to do. Proceeded to tell me to call the general manager to work it out.The fuel sensor still doesn’t work, as my gas gauge still reads completely full even though I drove it around 60 miles since the original “fix”.At this point I am so far beyond the paint that I figured there’s nothing I can do or anyone else is willing to do to fix it. I just spent my entire stimulus check on the “fixes” and only one of the “fixes” seems to work (the auto trans fluid)At this point I would like a reimbursement for the fuel sensor, as that still does not work and I paid around 700 dollars for it. A first time customer should not be dealing with these kinds of issues. It should have been a simple fix, and the car should not be received in worse condition than it was prior to being dropped off.I’m chalking the paint issue up as a loss, and that my car already has imperfections. But the fuel sensor not working is a big deal as I have tried to pass emissions 3 times and all failed.

Exceptional service at this location. Purchased my QX60 about 8 months ago. I live 30-40 mins away from the Bethesda location and have 2/3 other Infiniti dealerships that are closer but this is the ONLY location I visit for ALL my maintenance/service needs. The customer service here is phenomenal. Taylor Hopkins and Ryan B. provide a very smooth professional process from beginning to end with exceptional customer service, and superior knowledge of your vehicle. All the work on my vehicle has been completed in a timely manner, the staff here really goes over and above to provide you exceptional service and help find/take home a new car. Highly recommend.
This place. Go there and buy a car you wont be disappointed. After much research and looking I purchased a pre-owned Lexus 460 here and the service from Irina and staff was superb. My car looked new and was above and beyond expectations. Nice job.
Beware of unbelievable added charges at the end of your lease! I leased a car from Jim Coleman, and after 3 years I returned the car with a total of 8000 miles. Regardless, I was charged nearly $400 for a nick in the bumper (operative phrase, bumper). The employee said to me, straight faced, If you had bought another car, we wouldnt have charged you for that. Wait, what? Isnt that sort of corrupt? THEN, several months later I just received another bill from infiniti with a disposition fee - the equivalent of a MONTHs lease. When I called and inquired about this, the gentleman said, Oh yes, if you had read the fine print, it said that if you dont lease another car you get charged a disposition fee! SO BEWARE. Nearly $1000 worth of charges that wouldnt have been charged if I had leased another car. So you might want to GRILL the salesmen to make sure that the cost of the lease will multiply at the end if you decide not to lease another car. Extortion seriously. Per your request to reach out, Ive noted you can call me but the only person who called was literally someone who started out the conversation with, Hi, What can I sell you today?

Long story short, I found this 2018 Infiniti Q50 at Jim Coleman Infiniti located in Bethesda Md. I made an inquiry about the car and received a quick response. I was so excited to test drive this car. I made an appointment with Oba James. A great sales consultant. Oba’s professional and friendly service made the process smooth and efficient. The entire team that I encountered complemented the other so well. I was so dreading a long and exhausting process but to my surprise the entire experience was much better than I expected. I purchased a CPO INFINITI from Jim Coleman Infiniti 4 months ago. I had done my research, knew the exact make model and upgrades that I wanted, though I had never owned an infinity before. When I asked the salesman to go over some of the highlights of the car, he turned around and spent the next hour on his computer shopping for a grill while I waited. Im crazy about my car, but walked out of their feeling quite underwhelmed by the salesman, the manager, and the financial representative. Unfortunately, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which the car was totaled. I felt insanely safe in the car and was compelled to purchase the exact same car. Sheehy INFINITI in Chantilly had just the car! What a world of difference. The salesman actually took the time to go over everything about the car. Everyone at Sheehy treated me so well! They were lovely enough to work with me, explained every option and provided discounts because I am a nurse. I did not get that from Jim Coleman. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Jim Coleman. The one star is because the car is awesome!
Beware of their eagerness to sell their own financial products even when you have your own financing lined up. They would pull your credit multiple times to get to their achieve their business objectives.

This was important being a female who experienced negative car buying experiences in the past. Dion Calloway, Finance Manager, was direct but also respectful and helpful as he explained the various warranty packages available IF I wanted them - no “pressure” sales. He also addressed my questions during the payment process. The wonderful customer service did not stop there. After receiving my keys to my car and the 21 -30 days waiting period to receive my permanent tags, Noah was always accessible when I asked my “How do I…?” questions about my new/used RAV4 car. I tried to purchase a cargo box. I placed an order. Never received any communication. Charge was pending on my CC for about a week. I tried to contact them via phone and e-mail multiple times with no response. Finally they just cancelled my order without any explanation or communication. Just horrible customer service.

Spent weeks looking for a Black on Black 2018 Infiniti Q50 3.0t AWD w/ essential package and this was 1 of 20 dealers in a 200 mile radius that had one.I just want to say that I drove 200+ miles (Hoboken, New Jersey) not only because they gave me a great deal but they treated me with respect as if I were a human being and not just another dollar sign$ walking around. I negotiated with Cesar Yanes who was fantastic to speak to because he kept it real with me the entire time & was just a genuine guy (you could tell). Stanislav Odnolok made sure the car was to my liking and constantly asked if he could do anything else for me. Financing manager Jass Dzinic explained everything and got me some of the lowest used car rate loans (I was surprised haha).This is the most important thing:I’ve been to dealerships in NY, NJ, CT& PA, by far they were the nicest over the phone & in person. Went to another dealer and they did it for $700.I tried to call dealership twice for an explanation and left a voicemail once. No response other than the reply below until I posted here.

I contacted Jim Coleman to inquire about a vehicle shown online. I was directed to Cesar who gave me a great overview; and then I was directed Kirk, who was extremely patient and knowledgable. He informed me of all offers/incentives. In addition, he was not pushy. Two days later I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. I worked with Kirk, Benjamin and Cesar. They were all very patient with me, explained everything to me regarding the vehicles features, the warranties, available optional coverages, etc. AWESOME TEAM! I went to another dealer, before coming here. Although that dealer some what tried to help me.I was unable to purchase a vehicle from them. So I read the reviews at Jim Coleman and was even more skeptical on going there. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice gentleman forgot his name. He directed me to a salesman name Brian. Brian, Cesar, and Benjamin were all great. They were very professional and patience with me. I recommend going to them. Brian was great in telling me different things about the car. He was also able to retrieve some of my items that I left in my old car. Was very thankful for that. Cesar took the time out to make calls to other places to get items installed that I wanted to put in my vehicle. Benjamin was absolutely the best in helping me get the finance I needed. I was very glad that I came here to purchase my Vehicle. I thank them all. I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I AM IN SHOCK. I am selling my car and Tim contacted me (see text messages below) stating that they would like to purchase my vehicle. I expressed that I already had an offer and that I didnt want to waste either of our time by coming in to get my car appraised for no reason if they couldnt match my offer. I brought my car in and they offered me 12,500 even though Tim promised to offer me the same or more as my highest offer yet. I spent so much time for NO REASON bringing my car in. It is unprofessional, sneaky, and just plain cruel.

Floyd didnt waste any time and gave me the numbers I wanted for my last 2 car purchases. He is beyond patient and kind. Devin has been my service rep for years and I cannot express what a great experience its been working with him. He is the reason I keep coming back and wanted my newest Infiniti serviced here. Saying he goes above and beyond us an understatement. Hes so honest, makes recommendations of what needs to be done, what can wait, even for which items I should get extended warranty and which arent worth it. He always has a loaner ready and is also super patient and delightful to deal with. Sadly weve had the opposite experience at other dealerships, so this one is one to stick with. Cannot recommend them enough!

And look at google reviews for other car dealers... they are normally pretty bad because car dealing can be a nasty business.These guys will be honest with you, and with me, they gave me offers that I honestly didnt know any dealers would ever give. Just a few notes - Have a set office responsible for customer inquiries for items such as tags or questions once a customer purchases? This way they dont get the run around when calling back due to incompetent People who say they are going to do something but fail to do it and lie in the end. I totally agree with a previous review, this dealer really needs to go back and rehire some professionals who not only know how to sell a car but know how to provide customer Ahmed (?) needs customer service training 101 ASAP. I will not refer anyone to this dealer due this horrible experience with my tags.

I purchased a 2016 Acura MDX Advance from Jim Coleman Infiniti. It took days to negotiate the deal but, ironically, the process was extremely pleasurable. Kirk was my salesman and he worked to ensure the deal was made. Benjamin was my sales manager. Both were thorough and transparent, which allowed me to feel comfortable with my purchase.

I have purchased two cars from them with continuous ownership since 1996. They have also serviced my cars. Easy to schedule appointments including loaner cars, they never try to sell services that are not needed, never had to take a car back a second time for same repair, extremely reasonable prices, overall superior customer experience from scheduling appointment to back on the road.
I have been working with Devin Walker in service for about a year. A+ customer service. He has been going out of his way for the smallest things. He definitely has a focus on the customer experience and represents the Jim Coleman and Infiniti brands well.

This was my first experience with Jim Coleman Infiniti service, because this is the first time my 17-year-old car needed service. I purchased the 2002 G20 with 4 miles on the odometer from Jim Coleman in February 2002 with the assistance of an exceptional salesman – wish I could remember his name. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the car, the anti-theft device needed replacing. My G20 is starting to look its age, but remains a solid and reliable car. I have no plans to replace it.
Taking my infiniti to Jim Coleman since I bought it in 2012, great staff, very helpful and accommodating, specially Devin he is always helpful and advised me on my what to do with my car, new tires when needed, brakes and oil change.

Not only do they have a brand new building but they have a brand new perspective of customer service here at the Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda. I have been a customer for about 10 years now and can confidently say that My recent experience(s) here have been amazing!Devin and Shea have especially gone above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle during the past few maintenance appointments I had for my QX60.I want to emphasize the fact that this branch has made unbelievable improvements in the customer service aspect of things and they have a new building that you just look forward to walking into every time!! Also the new waiting area is so cozy it helps the time fly while waiting for your car!!!
Kirk was an excellent salesman, not pushy and very responsive. I met Devin, communicated with him about an outstanding issue - the tail-gate motion sensor doesnt work properly - and he promised to address the problem during my first service visit, which, unfortunately, will occur in a couple of weeks as the vehicle, a white QX50 demonstrator driven by Mrs Coleman herself, has never had an oil change in its 6100 miles. Should have been done before we drove the car home, as Im sure youll agree. Dispensation is granted, as we bought the car on a Sunday...Love the vehicle; a very intuitive dashboard, which is a great help. Much superior to our RDX, which we also like a lot. So you know...
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the total experience was awful. First they attempt to get you to buy products that does not necessarily fit your needs, but pad their pockets. If you reject their attempts they behave in an unprofessional matter. This was the first turn off. Secondly, I am from VA and would have to get out of state tags. To date I still havent gotten my tags and the only thing I get is the run around from these folks. I see that some people have left positive feedback about their experience with this dealership, but I can only think that this is possible if they pull the wool over your eyes. This whole group of people are liars and thieves. They only want your money and once they have it then they do not care after that. If you want to be treated with respect and a value customer my suggestion is to not come to this place. You can go anywhere to be disrespected and taken advantage of - you dont have to come here. Lastly, I must say that in all of my years of buying cars this has been the worst experience I have had to date. These guys are the bottom feeders that give car salespersons a bad reputation. Spend your money wisely and stay away!!!! Go to a place where they will respect you, your money, your decisions and not try to take advantage of you. Let the buyer beware!!!
Luis in service was absolutely awesome, after breaking down on the side of the road on our road trip from Philadelphia to Tampa he made sure to get the part we needed as fast as possible and got us on our way! Cant say enough about the work ethic from him!

Hands down the best car dealership Ive ever been to. I dont think Ive ever left a place and wanted to go back just to hang out with the employees. These guys are a class act. Most importantly I never felt pressured or like I was on the outside looking in. Very open and honest about everything from price to comparison to other brands. I even mentioned that I was going to the Washington auto show to do some shopping around and they gave me tickets I mean really who does that.

Theres a reason that I keep coming back to Jim Coleman Infiniti for every service, whether its a 100K mile check-up or just a simple oil change, and that reason is the quality of the staff. Unless they discovered something totally unexpected, I have always gotten my car back repaired (or oil changed :-)) and cleaned and in much better shape than it was in when I left it there. Jim Coleman Infiniti has been servicing my car since I bought it a little over 9 years ago, and I anticipate them continuing to service it for another 9 years. And in that regard, I would like to say that Devin Walker has been my service representative for some years now, and is far and away the best one I have had the pleasure of working with.
Purchased multiple cars from Ryan (General Manager) and his team. Owned many luxury brands from Benz from Euro Motor, Acura from Chevy Chase, BMW of Rockville to Lexus but hands down Jim Coleman has the best service and sales people that appreciate you as customer.I highly recommend checking out Jim Coleman before you sign any deal as they will match it or beat it with better service and help
BEWARE of this dealer. They will take your car, do a lot of work you did not request, and then you have to pay in full to take your car.And I dont understand all these short, 5-star reviews, always with the agent name. It must be that they ask you to write a review before they give you your new car, as they did in my case.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at this infiniti dealership. Devin was a pleasure to work with. My car had to have several major repair jobs done. (used cars, what can you do?) And Devin was fast, professional, and even went out of his way to save me money. I will definitely be returning if I need to have any more work done!

Im a car guy, and have owned over 100 vehicles in my lifetime, many new, so Im no newbie when it comes to buying a car. My honest opinion of this dealership is that they are a cut above, and I guess they should be as they are selling a luxury brand. The dealership was very clean and well staffed.I live two hours from Bethesda. That makes negotiating a trade very hard as they cant see the car. To their credit, they made me a reasonable offer for my car over the phone, and most importantly, held to it when I got there.You wont find a nicer guy than George Sanchez (salesman). I find that most car salesmen really dont know very much about the car they are selling. Not so with George. Hes a hard working guy who knows his product, and will do what ever he can to help you get the car you want.Thanks George, enjoy the honey!B
