I bought some gold earrings and a necklace for my daughter and turns out it was fake and it broke my infant daughters neck outSo beware getting gold from here cause it is most likely fake!

On August 24th at 1700, I got my septum pierced here. The “piercer”/ stripper/bottle service (yes she mentioned this) had to strike my septum twice. Today, I went into a more professional shop back home in WI to get the jewelry changed. Apparently, the original “piercer” pierced my cartilage instead of the squashy in between spot for septum piercings. So I had to take it out. I’ve had countless piercings in my life and this was the worse/made me realize that I’m done with getting piercings. Please look into a better, more professional shop!

I will not buy anything from pangoda. They sold me a fake gold chain and refused to change it. The sales ladies were very rude, not helpful at all. I donated my money at this store and l will never buy or refer anyone there. Am very disappointed

Have little ones and are afraid they wont get their ears pieced?? CALL AND ASK FOR ALEX! My husband and I have tried time and time again to get our daughters ears pierced at different pagoda locations and my daughter wouldnt go through with it. We were at mont. mall one day and decided to give it another try. Alex, came over with a bright smile and instantly connected with my seven year old daughter. They laughed and talked. She reassured her that everything will be okay. Her customer service was more than what Ive ever received anywhere!!!! It was time to get her ears pierced, and I was happy that she also included me in the process. She asked me if I liked the dots, and was very patient with my daughter. She was talking to my daughter the whole time, telling her everything that she was doing. When it came time for the piercing, her and another kind employee who worked there pierced her at the same time. My daughter was so happy and I was left in tears of joy. I cant say enough good things about my experience that I had, and I will defiantly be telling my friends to bring their daughters to get pierced by her! She also took down my number and said shell call when they have special deals. I really feel like my daughter and I got VIP treatment :). Thanks ALEX!!

When I arrived at the kiosk I was immediately greeted with such a warm smile by a beautiful young lady who introduced herself as Alex. I was quite surprised and felt welcome when she had asked me my name, and that made me feel very welcome. Alex was so sweet, and very patient with me as she showed me so many beautiful options around the kiosk. I was looking for a very special gift for my sons birthday. I felt quite bad having her take out and put back so many items, but she continued to reassure me that it was alright and that my sons gift had to be perfect. It was nice to know that someone actually cared about ME than my MONEY. Alex and I ended up picking out a chain for my son, and also mentioned that pagoda offered a one year garantuee! I respected that she was honest about the extra cost but she was so sweet and had explained the benefits to me, and I thought it was quite wonderful.Overal, very professional, so sweet and a five star service! Will be back again soon with my husband!

Woman who runs the place was incrediblyhelpful. I ended up picking a chain that was slightly too long for what I needed and was also extremely helpful and efficient in the exchange process a few days later.

They lie about helping when an earring gets lost or damaged. I got 4 piercing and they got infected I had to throw the away. They didn’t help me at all!!!

Got charged twice for an item I never ended up purchasing and was told to call a phone number to get my money back. Now I’m waiting hours just to get my money back for something I never purchased. Horrible experience.
