Okay maybe they aren’t the friendliest here and the location can be awkward especially when it’s busy but the taro milk tea with 50 percent sweetness doesn’t fail. I want to branch out and try other options.

Horrible customer service. My order is ready but I have to wait until they make five other orders until I asked why am I still waiting and my order is ready just sitting there????. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!. Too many bubble tea places in the area and it’s very mediocre anyway. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Not a good place to drink hot green tea. It was expensive close to $5 just got a hot tea even without a sugar added. I thought it would be worth the price.

Ice is NEVER blended enough. I always order slush/snow cause everyone in my family is a fan, but I feel like I’m eating a snow cone they would make at county fairs or picnics. Because it’s never blended enough, you literally just have the juice/flavor and the bitty chunks of ice mixed together as opposed to blended together. The Kung Fu Tea in Rockville always makes great drinks, go there instead.

Waited 30 mins for my drink only for their rude unprofessional employee who refused to give me his name so I have to describe him by his race (Hispanic ) to tell me they were out of mango (I ordered a mango creamsicle ) he said I could order something else to which I said no after waiting already 30mins I had no more patience to wait for anything else but a refund . I ask for a refund and he told me I had to get back in line to get it . To which I said was ridiculous because I was not going to get back in a long line I already stood in .. He told me it was not his problem (yet he’s an employee so it is his problem ) we exchange words and luckily another employee who was more professional took care of my refund . With trash employees like that and slow service .. will not go back !

I don’t like this place. It took 30 minutes to get the boba tea. It wasn’t good it tasted like water. the service was not good. This lady order right in front of us while we were waiting for 30 minutes. After she order she got her drink right after us. I was so annoying and wanted my money back. Never waiting 30 minutes for nasty boba tea.

My first time yesterday. I loved my bubble tea. I got a mango green tea with herbal jelly and mango jelly. 🥭 The service was super fast and organized.

They need to train employees before they can order or make drinks for the customers. We ordered six drinks and three drinks were not satisfied. Wrong sugar percentage or wrong topping. Literally the worst TMGT drink I have ever had.

THEY TOOK SO LONG!!! it took 20 minutes and the boba didn’t even slap. And they were serving many people before me right after a lady ordered. And they forgot about the order. Unacceptable!!

I ordered the winter melon tea with boba and it tasted inedible. I have tried other teas from here like their coffee tea, Thai tea, and house black tea, but they are all mediocre.

Its OK for bubble tea, better than a lot places, but definitely not the best bubble tea in town. Their milk tea is not bad.

Me and my friend went to Kung fu tea at Westfield Montgomery Mall Bethesda Maryland and my friend got his drink. First he poked the straw in the top normally, and the whole side of the cup cracked and the drink spilled all over me and my friend. We kindly asked if we could get another because the cup broke. But the worker refused to give us another. We tried to explain what happened calmly but the worker aggressively remarked back with a statement saying, “it’s your fault it broke”. Me an my friend are very disappointed of the costumer service at the Kung fu tea. And personally I don’t think this is acceptable.

The establishment serves out the standard tasty Kung Fu tea. The management is a bit... harsh but nonetheless, great tasting products.

TERRIBLE Service, very bad attitude, when I ask why my tea tastes super sweet when my order is clearly stated least sugar. Also I don[t understand why tips is clearly stated when signing the purchase order, and I believe the attitude also related. But since when tip becomes mandatory when just ORDER a TEA? Will NEVER go this location again.

The tea tastes good and is very popular but when I watch them making it and taking it out of sketchy looking buckets, Im not sure how cleanly the tea is kept. Thats the only thing that I dont like about it. Besides that very friendly staff and the tea tastes good.

The menu is not as comprehensive as other stores, but this is just a kiosk so thats understandable... Im not sure they offer medium size since their menu only shows prices for Large size and we got Large size today. Also the cashier, though friendly, should ask customers about sugar and ice level. BTW its in the food court, near the entrance.

High quality tea, boba is excellent. Definitely recommend the honey tea! Wait times can be long if there are more than a few people though.

My husband and I took our daughter to king Fu tea and the service was horrible. My husband has a food allergy to dairy and he is vegan and wanted to be sure that the bubbles did not have or animal product or dairy before getting it included in our drink. The two females who were working on Saturday February 3,2018 refused to answer my husbands question and was rude towards us. I will never go there again.

The tea is okay. I honestly think Kung Fu Tea is overrated. Much better places to get tea out there!

Most Kung Fu Tea locations are great, but this locations service is slow, their menu is not comprehensive, and they dont even accept the loyalty app. I would recommend going to a different location to get your tea.

I love it fast service and very delicious

Too noisy so they can barely hear the order. When they get the order wrong are very rude about it. However the drinks are alright.

Menu could use some clarification to make it easy to order when there are similar looking items but the staff is great and the tea is good try the winter melon green tea !

A bit on the pricey side. I usually spend about $5.00+ when I get a drink from here. Needless to say I dont get too many Lychee punches these days.

They might short change you and flat out denied you when you said that they did. Anyways Im not going to hold up the 15 people for 5 Dollars. Buyers beware and be alert. We will count it as a tip money, move on, and avoid this Kung Fu Tea tell next time.

When ordering the person at the cash register looked at me like I was stupid because I wanted one drink to be a medium but they’re not doing mediums for who knows why,, then the drinks were just not what they should’ve been my passion fruit drink was wayyyy too sweet and my honey milk tea had stuff at the bottom like it wasn’t properly made or mixed.

Good products ... I like it
