Spoke with one of the parts technician, asked him if they have a part in stock. The website I used parts.toyota.com if you know the site, lists all dealerships near you and sometimes cheaper prices. I asked if I place the order on Thurs would I get that part by Saturday 24-48hrs. He said yes, and he checks for the part says he has it in his hand. And he spoke with the technician processing online orders. Called on Friday, see if any progress was made said that we have a lot of orders and he said give me the number of the order and Ill let my processing guy know and give a callback. Now its Saturday no call no update or email, Saturday no one wants to answer the phone.
