Our experience was fantastic. The sales associate answered all of our questions. We sat on all the different couches. The order process was easy and I love the 60 day in home guarantee, we were between two colors, so if we dont like the color we bought we can exchange it. Also we placed the order at 10:30 am on a Saturday, and it was shipped by 4:00pm that same day and is expected to be at my house on Tuesday. I cant wait to sit on them.

Kristi is what all customer service professionals should aspire to. She’s patient, understanding, down to earth, and went above and beyond to make sure my delivery was perfect. I don’t like in PA, and have no idea how I got connected with Kristi, but I’m sure glad I did. If ever at the South Hills Village location in PA, ask for Kristi. You will NOT be disappointed!!

V was very helpful with configuring my sactional. I definitely recommend coming into store to order, all my questions and more were answered. Their computers went down that evening so I couldnt order. I was just disappointed when no one called me promptly to complete my order the next day.I feel like for the price of their sactionals, there should be more affordable softer covers for it.

The people at Lovesac are great! I ordered a new sactional during their 30% off flash sale recently. It came in a lot of boxes but I just received the last one, all in under the 2-4 week time that they said it would take. Ill definitely be going back for more furniture in the future.

Our experience at the South Hills Lovesac store was beyond excellent. Cathy, the sales associate, was kind and professional. My husband and I look younger, and we often deal with age bias when we shop, but Cathy never treated us with anything but respect. That was so refreshing! They store is taking great care with Covid restrictions, so we felt safe and comfortable in the store. The manager, Kristi, was very helpful and friendly, when it came to making our phone order the next day. Highly recommend. Now we just wait for our sactional sofa to arrive!

The lady who seems to run it, “pretty womaned”me! You should really treat your customers with more respect. However, the woman with the accent who helped us was very sweet and helpful I would have bought a $5,000 couch from HER.

The employees at Pittsburgh’s South Hills Village store were wonderful. Our Sactional was shipped very quickly. Currently, our couch is in storage awaiting completion of our new home build. We can’t wait to see how the Sactional completes our family room!

Had a great experience purchasing. I bought 8 seats and 12 sides but when I tried to return 2 of the sides it was a nightmare! Took over three weeks and to track a manger down and when I finally did I was told twice by a manger the return was processed and I would get return labels via email but never did. I had to call the national customer service line to finally get help where they informed me the return was never actually processed.

Love love love my squattoman and super sac! It’s amazing how compact the supersac was when it was delivered. My only complaint was that it was impossible to get the sac insert out of the duffle without the duffle tearing. I don’t anticipate returning it so this is a small issue, but if you are going to market the packaging as a reusable duffle, the bag should not tear when removing the product.

We had a general idea of the configuration we wanted prior to arriving at the store, but the employees helped us figure out the correct combination of pieces to achieve our vision. They also assisted us with fabric selection by asking us the variables in our daily life (e.g. Kids, pets, color of the flooring and walls, etc). We didnt feel pushed into purchasing anything and were completely satisfied with our experience. All employees we encountered were knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. Absolutely love the South Hills Village store customer service. They treated me wonderfully and I live so far away that getting there wasn’t possible so they did a phone order. My original order was 4 years ago and they found my order and my custom cushion OMG I LOVE THEM! Drew took amazing care of me and kept calling me back to walk me through the whole process. You just Can’t find people like him today in customer service.

Very helpful employees that knew their product. No pressure sale, great in store experience. I prefer the brick and mortar store for a product like this. I want to sit in and feel the product that Im buying. Delivery is suspose to be 1 to 2 weeks we will see how that goes.

He took me all through my options for configurations for my space, he helped me pick the best type of fabric for our lifestyle, he showed me how the covers and connections worked for assembly. And then he went through it all again for my husband when I brought him in the next day for purchase.

Great experience salesmen was very helpful but they were super busy with the current sale going on that they didn’t have enough sales people working to help everyone our salesmen had to keep helping others along with us so it made the process longer to wait for him to finish with one customer to get back to us

I have done research about this Sactional for awhile. Went out in January to sit on it and see some details. Justin was so kind. He answered all questions even though I said I had no intension on buying that day. He took my email down and said he would let me know my cost estimate in a week. He sent me an estimate in that time and I told him I didn’t want to spend that much so he told me he would let me know the next friends and family sale where I could get free covers which would save me a ton of money.As he promises he sent me an email a week prior to the sale event and I asked even more questions and he was still most helpful. I showed up at the store on the day of sale purchased my sactional with the covers I wanted for a great price. He reminded me to call the store if ever any issues. If you are looking for a great adaptable piece of furniture look no further. And ask for Justin. He is superb!

Came in looking for a sectional received great customer service happy with my purchase

One of the worst sales experiences I have had. My husband and I walked in, no one was up front. A young man walked from the back to the counter said Hello and that was it. We were there for about 30 minutes looking as we are going to be buying one in the next few months. I had a bunch of questions but the employee ( who wasnt wearing a name tag) seemed too busy on his phone to assist.Edit: we were contacted by lovesac and I was assisted by Justin. He answered all of our questions and helped us get a price and quote one our purchase order. Really happy with the second visit. ( rating changed from a 1 start to a 3)

So polite takes to the manager and was able to price match and get our couch perfect will definitely be a repeat customer

I left being a new owner of a Lovesac...but I had to go to another store to ask how to assemble it. I guess the lady was so hung up on commissions that she forgot to tell me how to assemble it.

During my visit today upon entering the store the sales associate was not present. Upon his return he interrupted our conversation with a snarky remark. Prior to his comment we asked him the benefits of having the position and he replied with “once you get higher up you will know our discounts, except we don’t hire often”, when we were just trying to make small talk. His comment was unnecessary and uncalled for along with his attitude. He then proceeded to be quiet for about five minutes and then rudely interrupted by saying “this isn’t a hang out spot”. We promptly asked to speak to a manager and informed him of his crappy attitude and potential loss of customers with said attitude. He then repetitively said okay and did nothing to resolve the issues, nor did he apologize or get a manager. I believe he should not be representing the brand in the manor that he did. I’m genuinely hurt by the experience we had today, mostly because we were in your store for not more than 10 minutes and he acted the way he did and basically kicked us out when we weren’t in the wrong.

Really good experience with the friendly staff here - we were able to get attention quickly and got all the help we needed to make our decision. We bought a couch from here which is AMAZING. We come home from work every day and cant wait to sit on it. Two weeks later, yesterday, we just replaced our couch in the basement with another Lovesac. Modularity is impressive and easy to modify, washability is not something you find on any other couch. Best yet - we built a super couch (referred to as a pit) which is amazingly comfortable.
