Kozel auto parts have very helpful people working at this store. If you have a question about your car they will come out and look and try to give you an answer. Love this store.

The website let me order tire balancing beads showing the store was open until 2pm. The site showed others closed today. Needed the item that day and thats why i ordered. I go to the store to be there for pickup before the were scheduled to close and find they are closed on Sundays for winter hours. Napa is a big enough company that their website should work right for store hour updates.

If they dont have what you need they will get it in reasonable time

OD took the time once again to get the job done right the first time measuring bearing tolerances down to the .001 inch. and then cheched and doubled checked across interchange references. Extremely patient and professional. Im confident i got the right parts which will save me hundreds of dollars since i wont have to go to the dealership for service.

Terrible! Wont endorse their own product!!!! In June 2014 I brought back an auto battery that was 3 years that I purchased from the very same store. The battery was shot, and I asked for a pro-ration on a new one. They said they could not exchange it without the receipt. The battery was clearly marked NAPA. Can you believe that?! Why should I have to provide a receipt of purchase when the battery clearly has the year and month of purchase scratched out on it??! This is the poorest service I have EVER experienced in my 40 years of buying auto parts. With all the competition in Bethel Park PA auto parts stores youd think this NAPA store would try to stand out. I will NEVER buy a damn thing from the low life owner or sales people. I hope the local competition gobbles you up!! Ill never be back. Let this be a Fair warning to honoring warranties to all your customers! -- Dont buy from this store.....

Its NAPA. Kozels is what a parts store should be. Walk in with questions, walk out with answers and the parts you need. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! If you go anywhere else for auto parts, you went to the wrong place!
