Was on my way yo work prices good and drinks cold

So I used to stop by when I lived down the street all the time. And always had great service. Today my car died on me and had no one else to help me out. I go inside and ask for help and Jason helped me out! Ten out of ten best service and customer service ever! I’ll keep coming here for gas and anything else I’ll need. Thank you oncue team!!

I LOVE this company for giving the community an alternative to 7 elevens and for how CLEEEAN all their stores always are inside and out. Some of their locations employees needs more customer service training or shadowing. I wish theyd be the first to implement some kind of customer service tracking system to encourage community employees who do not like to mind their manner to mind their manner. I am huge on greets and being thanked for my business. Ppl who act out in retail businesses shape the community; if they comfortably worked their run at retail businesses not doing proper customer service they many times take this manner with them to work communities that are suppose to stand for kindness and honor, such as nurses, firefighters, military, etc.

The two working up front at the counter are great, definitely makes it worth coming to this location.

Good place to stretch your legs on a trip accross Texas. Gas prices were average for the area and they had all your typical snacks you would expect in a Gas Station. Restrooms were not the cleanest I have seen but we generally stop on the weekend during the busy times.

Elisha is sooo kind, consistent, and serves each morning efficiently with a smile on her face. She is a blessing to me each morning before heading to teach middle school at Woms. OnCue.... she deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated and I can’t sing her praises enough. Every Monday thru Thursday I know she will be there and will get the job done. Woo hoo for Elisha!

Froyo has been messed up for years, but yet they continue to act like it works fine.

No complaints aside from insanely busy at times! Staff is great and restrooms are excellent!!

Drive through literally takes 10 minutes PER vehicle....also they NEVER have beer in stock unless I get a 30 pack or something....Im one tiny person...I would like to get a 6 pack sometimes so I dont have to drink EVERY day until my beer is gone. Cant just let it sit in the fridge...now my bf calling me an alcoholic because all the alcohol in my fridge

Usually the bathrooms are shiny and clean but this stop I had to open almost every stall to find one that was clean. One, the toilet seat was super crooked, the seconds was clogged and the thirds had toilet paper sticking out. Definitely not impressed.

OnCue just makes every other place look sad.Drive-thru service. 100% gas. Super clean LARGE restrooms. Great Customer Service.Its like they took everything you ever wished a convenience store could be and made it better than that.5 Enthusiastic Stars!!!

I go to this Oncue every day. Sometimes twice a day. And I have yet to have a bad experience. I love all the employees here and theyre always kind and helpful to everyone! Thanks for working hard to make our experience a good one every day!

The cashier Jessica Gave me horrible service and treated me like a peasant which really hurt my feelings because I’m a loyal customer but I will never come back there again and would advise nobody go there I would give you guys 0 stars if it were a option
