This Store has a brand new staff v. When I went in a year ago. Very helpful, and knowledgeable in safety, lifting and rigging, and they even helped me with my company’s custom vest.

All but yelled at on the phone by a staff member for no known reason. It seems they dont have a corporate office that handles complaints. Genuinely concerned with that staff member dealing with customers. He told me to call back after 5 (their closing time) to speak with the manager.

Very incompetent staff.....will post “back in 15 minutes” while employees are inside doing god knows what....and that 15 minutes is more likely 30+.Just order it online.....I understand everyone has off days but it seems this store has problems just about every time I’ve visited it.I suspect management has a lot to do with this.....
