So far service has been great for what was done. However, the service is on going and not complete I give the rep. an A for service .
Top Notch Customer Service!!! My Sprint hotspot wouldn’t come on and the tech I talked with on the phone told me to take it to this location for repair. The information I was given was wrong. They are not a repair center but Tiara took my device and started working with it to see what might be wrong. She figured out the problem and had my device charging and coming on before I left!!! She was so kind and helpful. I will definitely go back when I make my next phone purchase!! Thanks Tiara!!!
Great customer service they are very friendly. Also they checked my phone without saying but unlike in Hoover they didn’t even give an effort to do it and it was really easy. They will joke around with you so don’t be scared.
First and foremost, Id like to start by saying that we have been loyal customers of T-Mobile for several years. Weve purchased several phones and lines and have never had an issue. On this particular Sunday, my husband and I visited T-Mobile because of an issue with my phone. The two customer service representatives were very helpful and once the issue could not be resolved and they examined the phone, I inquired about having the phone replaced. The order was placed and I was told that I would have to pay $5.00 to have the phone replaced because I have insurance. On Monday I received a text stating that my replacement phone was at the store (I was extremely excited, as I am currently working from home and need to use my phone occasionally for work related issues). On Tuesday I enter the store and notify the Amber that I had received a text regarding my replacement phone. She immediately gives the phone to the manager (Anthony) for inspection and he states that there is a scratch by where the pin enters the phone on the corner. I stated that I have had the phone in the case the whole time and that he would not be replacing the phone. Furthermore he states that the phone had been dropped (which it definitely HAD NOT). He stated that he would not accept the phone and that if he took the phone back, the store could be help accountable ( I certainly would not want the store to accrue any fees). My problem is that I feel like the phones body is in good condition. I have sent phones back before and have never had this issue. If there had been a negotiating party to look at the phone, I feel like the small nick on the chrome part of corner of the phone, was certainly not enough to keep me from receiving my replacement phone. Moreover, I also felt as if I was accused of something that had not happened, not to mention that I had gotten off work early and driven across town to receive a phone that I DID NOT get. I also asked Anthony for a business card and he stated that he did not have any because he was new to the store. I would like to reach out to the district manager if possible, because I felt as if I was treated unfairly as a customer. I felt like the manager had his mind made up when the salesperson walked up to him. I certainly hope that you all will consider my concerns and look into the matter. I am confident that if my phone was inspected by an expert, they would find that I had a reasonable request and although I admit that there may be a scratch on the chrome by where the stylus pen enters the phone, it was certainly not enough to prevent me from receiving the service from T-Mobile that I am accustomed to. Thank you.
The customer service is horrible at T-Mobile across from Walgreens in Bessemer, Al, employees by the name of Brian were very disrespectful to my sister today. He call her everything but the N-Word! We had to leave the store because he were not patient when it came to explain what we’re going on with my sister phone. AT&T has a new customer thanks to Brian ! We will not be disrespected and paid for poor service too .
First time been in this T-Mobile store. Victoria was helpful in accomplishing my goal there.
Anthony and Tierra was doing their jobs. Friendly and made sure my dad was taking care of. Teamwork is what they did today.

This store has the worst customer service and really needs to be shut down. I have had the worst experiences at this location. I drive 30 miles out the way to the Hoover store if I need anything t-mobile related. I have witnessed this one particular female worker(Short-bright skinned) on several occasions be one of the worst human beings possible to customers. I will never set foot in this place and I hope the higher management acts on this!!!!! Horrible. I have seen this young lady laugh at a customer in need of help and refused to even answer the simple questions because the customer balance was past due. Same visit, she openly discusses the customer account(out loud) after the customer leaves the store. I was so disgusted by her actions. This lady really made me start looking else where for phone services but I have been with T-mobile for a very long time and decided not to switch and just stay away from that location.
Brian and Quise at this T-Mobile location are so helpful and friendly. Husband and I have been in 3 times the past month to get upgrades and every time we have been in we have had the best of help from Quise. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy.
This place makes their own prices and dont even know how to put a case on a phone

Great Service and Good People
Very poor customer Service rude to customers. Spent over 800. On phone an assesories for one of my items to crack less then 6 days of purchase. Asked the store management team to replace the $49.00 item that had cracked with less than 14 day of purchase. I was told no an I could get a manufacturer warranty though I had to go through the product manufacturer. Keep in mind if you bought something at Wal-Mart the company would claims the item out an at least exchange the item to keep the customer happy. I called another T-Mobile store in the local area an they explained to me the first mistake I made was going to Bessemer. I will not be back to this location I am very unhappy with the service that I received from this location. On top of that the lady didnt offer to explain not help me feel out the warranty to get a replacement part. Very disappointed as a whole.

When I went there to pick up my phone, the young lady said that whatever they use to transfer my info from my old phn to my new phn was broken, so I ended up spending $37 for a new Sim card. I was told that I couldnt take my phn to another location for them to do it because the phone had already been scanned at that store.
New building is a lot nicer and the staff was very helpful.
