Don’t go here, they’re overpriced for no reason. I paid $300 to get my 11 max pro fixed, left with a screen protector, and a protective case. Now, with this new screen, it was 10x more sensitive than my old one, and when I turned down my brightness there were lines. I dropped my phone twice within a two month span & the screen cracked on the inside with screen protector and case on. Tell me why I go back and the guy who works at the front counter tried to give me a discount for “$250” when all he did was take the taxes off. Moral of the story is, don’t go here. If you know somewhere cheaper, just go. Don’t even waste your time.

I bought a new phone last week and they put a new battery in this week they are very good to their customers. They have always been good to me I havent been in about 2 years. But they treated me with respect. I highly recommend iCellphone for any cell phone products and accessories.

Im pretty sure that Im going to take my slightly humid, accidentally overly moist LG Google phone here to undergo the drying out process. Quick, reasonable, effective celly repair and sales place. Bessemers finest. We recommend it highly. On the Bessemer Highway in Bessemer, of course, not too far from the Flea Market, and located next to a Sharkey Eatery. Dine while your talk box is being rejuvenated. We did; you should as well.

Awesome customer service and support. Unlike with Apple, there is a more personal touch with being able to speak to a person without having to wait for an hour to some times four.

The owner of the shop be trying to rip people off. He acts as if hes the only cellphone store or business out here. Id rather buy 3 chargers for 12.00 from Amazon before buying 2 for 20 from him and the ones he sell arent even long, theyre the basic length cords. Hes never stocked up either.
