Quick lane department has been contacted more than twice and I am still waiting for a call I took my newly purchased truck there to have the oil changed and they left the drain plug loose. They sent someone to mu work to fix it. But both my wife and I have had multiple issues with them not putting our underpinning on the car back correctly mine almost fell off after this last oil change good thing I seen it after I got out at the grocery store or I would have lost it and I could only assume they would hold me liable. My wife had that same problem. And when the oil drain plug was loose it was keaking oil all down the underside of my truck and I know its petty but I am a clean freak and that truck isnt cheap. When I got it back from cleaning it looks like all they did was pressure wash the bottom I could have done that. Anyway I left plenty of voicemails I wish they would call me back before I decide to purchase my next vehicle somewhere else.

I recently traveled from NC to AL to visit family for Memorial Day weekend. During my travels, I had a collision with an animal, but I didnt notice the damage until I arrived in AL. Exhausted, I started the claims process with my insurance and called the nearest Ford dealer to determine if it was safe to drive my car back home. Not only did, the woman (sorry I dont remember her name but she had blonde hair) I spoke with over the phone in the collision department, patiently deal with my deliriousness, but she also allowed me to send her pictures to her phone and reassured me it was safe to drive my car to their location. Once we arrived, they evaluated and reattached my bumper and the thing hanging underneath so it would be safe until I got back home for repairs free of charge! If this weary traveller received top-notch service, I can only imagine what local and loyal customers receive. I highly recommend this place! I wasn’t going to review just work with the people to get it fixed until the service advisor call my service issue a “wrinkle” like it’s a joke and I should just deal with it. It’s not a “wrinkle” it’s a malfunctioning exterior part on a brand new 2021 F150 with only 4K miles on it. The active air dam does not open/close properly. It gets stuck together and is coming weaker looser every time. I’m afraid it might fly off while driving. It needs to be replaced and/or brackets repositioned. It’s an eyesore that looks like it’s been damaged and I have hit absolutely nothing. There are also multiple threads about the active air dam issue, so it’s not just my truck. That’s why I’m taking it up with Ford directly as well. I need to purchase two more vehicles for my facility and I can guarantee it won’t be a Ford.
