Went here to buy a polaris ranger. We found one we loved and the first thing we asked if it came with a warranty and the answer was yes absolutely. I put money down on it for them to hold it for me and got cash money to pay for it 3 days later. Gave them the money and then asked again how long is my warranty and they said There is no Warranty After going back and fourth for 45 min without them honoring the deal we made I had to take my money and go elsewhere to purchase the unit I wanted and I am so glad I did. If you go here make sure you have everything in writing before you walk out the door. They do not honor what they say. Never again will I step foot back in this place.

Yesterday I drove 11 hours total to purchase my Yamaha YFZ450R from my favorite salesman NICK! Nick Crosby is my contact at Pinnacle and he is AWESOME! I called about a 2006 Goldwing and he turned me onto a 2008 Goldwing with a comfort package and other amenities. The price was $500 less than other dealers for the same bike without the extras. They have a knowledgeable staff and their Business Manager, Greg Varner, was extremely amiable in explaining the financing and Pinnacle Motorsports policies. By far the best experience I have had buying a motorcycle. Pinnacle will be my choice of dealers for future purchases and upgrades. Great place to do business with...I had a problem with my Gold Wing, 2002 model...Found there was a recall that applied. These guys had the repair kit, but had to order associated parts..They kept me informed through out the process...Feel like they went the extra mile to get me fixed up...I can recommend these guys with out hesitation. Went to big #1 first without much selection. Then stopped in at pinnacle to see Cody Wood. He was very upfront and helpful. Got us into a dirt bike and a 4 wheeler on our first purchase.Highly recommendHad to give 1 star after trying to get the parts guys to help me get parts for the dirt bike.First guy was rude and stayed on hold 10 mins.Called again and next guy would call me back with updates. Sales is pushy when people are trying to look. Should just offer assistance and if not needed stop asking to much questions. I dont like people being persistent! So I left. Also they need to invest in better places for their helmets considering they are of high value . The shelf is not sturdy.

Due to inventory shortages everywhere, I had to purchase my bike from another dealer. I went to Pinnacle for the 600 mile service and was blown away. From the front desk greeting where I was offered a bottle of water on a hot day all the way to the back of the store where the service department far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Pinnacle.

Wont mount tires on rim unless on bike but Im installing new rim on bike and just need tire mounted. Refused to do it because of new policy.

These people are great, especially Karla Smith my sales associate. I bought a 2021 Kawasaki Vulcan Sand absolutely love it. Karla was extremely helpful and patient. The only reason and I mean the only reason they didnt get a fifth star was not of there own doing but because Kawasaki didnt send them the ergo fit kit for this particular motorcycle. However after talking to the parts department they are going to get said parts A.S.A.P. and get me back in to get this mater resolved. At which point I will gladly give them ther well deserved 5th star.

I am the owner of multiple motorcycles and I happen to call them to see if they would do some work on 09 motorcycle thats been well maintained, mind that all it needed is two tires mounted and they tell me they wont take it in because they wont work on any bike thats over 10 years old. I miss custom. Glad theres a great shop over in Pelham off 31. I guess theyll keep getting my business and my freash crisp $100 bills they like and Ill keep buying my motorcycles from them as well. I went to several atv motorsports dealership today, two in particular Halls in Pelham, and Pinnacle in Bessemer. I walked around in Halls in Pelham for more than 5 minutes and no sales person even greeted me. Therefore I walked out and drove to Pinnacle Motorsports and was greeted at the door given a sales person and shown the inventory on the floor. Bayleigh Evans was an excellent saleswoman who was knowledgeable, and professional. With out a doubt this is one of the best motorsports dealership in Alabama. Thanks again Pinnacle for your service. Over $700 for tons of made up bs on a four wheeler. This place is a total rip off ... be very cautious!Their response was, where else can you buy a four wheeler for $700?I wasnt buying another one ... I had some light smoke from under the seat. Which was from the carb.

Every employee I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been kind and helpful, but has not been overbearing like some typical salesmen. This is a place I can go to any time to shop around without any pressure. Most recently, Cody helped me out with the purchase of a new dirt bike and I got in and out within an hour or two. I visited Every Power Sports dealer in the Birmingham area over the last month looking for the perfect deal on a motorcycle. In the past Ive dreaded dealing with other dealerships and their pushy sales tactics and confusing price structures.I can honestly say that i have never had a better experience dealing with any Motor vehicle retailer than I did working with Pinnacle Motorsports in Bessemer Alabama.The entire sales staff, the financing dept, even the wonderful folks who ran the front desk, and the accessory counter were super helpful and more than fantastic to work with, they were able to work with me to help me figure out what kind of bike I wanted to buy, negotiate with my finance company to get the price and financing that i was happy with, and even had a great deal on a new helmet in my size!!! (which never happens to me!) I was also shocked to find out that they even offer test drives on certain units. I have NEVER been able to test drive any motorcycle before buying and i have bought several. This was a wonderful thing, especially for someone unsure of what kind of bike to buy.If I can tell you one thing with this review that will give you an idea what kind of service to expect from Pinnacle, I had SEVERAL questions that I needed answered during the sales process and Jamie and the rest of the team bent over backwards to make this deal work for me. I never had a problem getting someone on the phone even when it was busy. Cody was great, all staff was really friendly. Except for the time he told me it was gonna take to get my new side by side ready to go. He told me a good 2 hours. Ended up taking almost 4. Just be sure that you get an acurate time frame. Other than that, total visit was great.
