My second Baskin Robbins tonight, this one IS open, but when I asked to order ice cream, I was told that they were in the process of throwing things away by 1:30 am, so no (dairy) ice cream, only coffee at this time.Complete bummer !

This DD has its check marks with me . most of the time i go there, there out of something or not able to make it ...smh!

No counter service, unless you count rude remarks from punk employee / parolee with neck tattoo who stares at you while you stand at the counter and wait. Manager must be scared of him.

Went at 10:50 and they were out of Oreo ice cream. So I had to drive to oak park. :/

The service is good and the staff very friendly. The only unique problem is that at times they run out of ice cream and the management has to to be more aware on ordering when more items before they run out.

I called this location to confirm they had a specific flavor of ice cream. They told me yes but 10 minutes later when i arrived the answer was no and we just ran out.

So I ordered the large vanilla milkshake and the milkshake was mostly liquid. They put too much milk in my shake and it was like I was drinking just milk and barely the vanilla

If I could give zero stars I would! I had THE MOST Worst experience ever here. I was treated horribly. The service was rude, the drink was sloppily made, I will never recommend this establishment or spend my money there again. The person who took my order blatantly ignored my requests, treated me like I was not a paying customer, I paid for my order and ended up throwing everything away, I was disgusted at that point.

I was just there ordering the new stranger things sundae (first time ordering) and it bothered the crew that I ordered this item especially the manage or whoever the hell he was (he wears white glasses) started give attitude towards me and some of his staff again I first time I ordered this product
