THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH TRYING TO UPGRADE MY PHONES I TRIED TO UPGRADE 3 OF MY LINES THE GIRL ARISPEL SWITCHED THE WRONG NUMBER OVER SO I SPENT 2HRS IN THAT STORE ONLY TO BE TOLD TO COME BACK TOMORROW BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULDNT SWITCH THE NUMBER BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PHONE THAT IT WAS SWITCHED FROM BECAUSE THE GIRL MESSED UP TOO MANY TIMES SO I LEFT WITH NO NEW PHONES FOR MY LITTLE ONES FOR CHRISTMAS THEN IM BEING CHARGED $45 FOR NOTHING HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IF I DIDNT JUST PAY MY BILL I WOULD SWITCH COMPANIES!!!DONT EVER GO HERE
Poor customer service ! Store employee Ella tried to over charge me $300 for 2 lines i wanted to port over from boost, promo states $29.99 when you switch over from another carrier ! She had a nasty attitude and tried getting over on me id appreciate if corporate contacted me i wont be wasting my time at this location with unprofessional staff like the ine at this location!
Dont come to this place they want to sell you but if you have a problem they dont want to help you this place really sucks I purchase a case for my iPhone it was defective and now they dont want to exchange or give me credit
