Went in there yesterday and I can say I wasn’t having a bad experience but Jen done something unexpected; she show that she actually cared about the customers. They only had one cashier no one was complaining about it because the line was moving at an expected pace; but Jen walked the lines offered up apologies for any inconveniences that we may have been experiencing due to one cashier and past out a small sweet treat as a thank you for our patience. It was a big jester but it really spoke volumes into who she is and how much she cares. Thank you Jen for being so genuine. You left a great impression on me. 🌹🌹🌹🌹✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨💥💥💥💥💥💥💥

Very slow online pick up process, it doesn’t take all day to grab an item off the shelves, the point of online pick up is for quick painless transition which they don’t provide

Went in looking for shoes for my 7month old. Went to the restroom to change her diaper and there’s no changing table. Unfortunately, I had to kneel down to change her on the floor…which was disappointing. Notice red splatters on the floor hope it wasn’t blood.Good thing I had a changing pad in my diaper bag.

Rude and unprofessional. I went and planned to buy 3 pairs of shoes and I needed some assistance grabbing a box that was stacked up high so I asked a worker there that I unfortunately didnt get her name but she was an African American older lady with shoulder length hair if she can help me and she snapped at me and days to me hello how are you doing? Im fine thank you for asking me. So rude and obnoxious ! I was in shock and caught off guard. She handed me the box and I told her I didnt want them any more and walked away. I didnt do anything wrong and I know I was respectful to her and used my manners. I didnt purchase anything and left the store and went elsewhere to buy shoes. I will not return any more thats for sure.

The shoes are good and everything they have good brands of shoes but this guy that is Mexican with glasses that works there didnt even care when i asked him if they had soccer shoes he just said no no no walking by me he didnt even stop to talk to me and show me and then I ask a woman that works there and she said they have soccer shoes and was so kind and actually cared

I have never walked out of shoe carnival more happy than I did today. Fernando was the person who took care of me at the cash register was so polite and professional He mentioned that if I where to put all of my items and my sisters togetherI would get 2 free socks, and get to spin the wheel for a discount. He also tried to get me the 10 dollars off that is on the website but it was not allowing us so he went directly to his manager to figure it out. He was not able to use that coupon so he still took the 10$ off my whole purchase. Awesome customer service,we need more people like that working in retail!

I normally find several shoes that I like at an affordable price and this trip found nothing. As matter of fact it was as is the associates and there were many were afraid to speak and looked worried you would ask a question. Not sure I will be returning to this location.

Nice and polite staff. Take advantage of their shoe sale they were having. if they dont have it in stock they will check their main Warehouse. And they will ship it to you which I found awesome because they didnt have the pair of shoes that I wanted in stock. But now they are on their way being shipped to me for free. I can share was nice and pleasant. Definitely keep coming to them to get our shoes!

My first time at the Shoe Carnival. Excellent variety of name brand shoes; each in many sizes. Store was clean and neat. Service staff are available at the entrance. Young man answered all of my questions and checked to see if another store in the area had the boot I wanted in my size. No pushy behavior at the register. I had to encourage the cashier to tell me about the products to protect the suede leather I was purchasing.Ive been to DSW many times because of its proximity to my house. I think Shoe Carnival beats them on selection, sizes and price for mens shoes. Ill be going back.

Prices are fantastic and they have good shoe brand names, to. Quality shoe brands! I have a frequent buyer card from then and they sent me a birthday coupon. Between their already low pricing and the coupon, I made out like a bandit. The only thing... They may be limited if you have extra large feet, or some other hard-to-fit detail. Also they focus on feet; no purses, no other accessories. Shoes and socks. Oh, and back packs.

They could definitely use a greater variety of mens casual shoes and offer more wide sizes. The one person that did help me told me they dont have wide in a certain shoe and didnt offer to help me find something comparable or offer online ordering.

The store was clean, there was a variety of shoes to pick from, a decent clearance section, and nice staff. My only complaint was the number of times that an employee announced stuff over the intercom. It was horrible. Nobody needs to be told 10+ times that if they buy waterproof spray or socks that they get to spin the wheel which will garner them savings worth less than the spray or the socks. It was really annoying and loud. Sometimes it was so loud that I couldn’t hear the family members right next to me and I don’t even have hearing problems. I’m not going to go there again because of that. I get it’s called Shoe CARNIVAL, but I don’t want to be playing games when I’m shopping.
