While we didnt come to terms on my vehicle I sincerely appreciate the salesperson that quickly took my information, all the car details, took pictures and we parted in a friendly manner. I would go back. I did buy a car from Zeigler Naperville a few years and I had a great experience. Just understand that salespeople and managers routinely change jobs. You may get someone different when you go. Once I would go back. If your buying understand the used car market is tight right now.

I have spoke with Kathia Pereda on several occasions and she just seem uninterested in helping, I called and spoke with Stephanie who told me the info I had they could help me and then she had me waiting on her to send me a text msg to send my documents, I then had to call back and then got kathia who sent me a msg and then I sent documents to have to call back again and for her to tell me she was going to go check and call me back but never did. I’m glad Kia was able to put me in a vehicle, I will let everyone know not to go to your dealership.

NEVER AGAIN! They tried to get me to buy a car without test driving or seeing the vehicle. Apparently, there is also no 15 day return policy (which the salesperson said they do have). Also, said I would get the car at 5.9% but paperwork said 10.9%. In addition, monthly payments were suppose to be $319 with everything included. However, paperwork showed $419. Salesperson refused to show the car fax and only told me what I wanted to hear. When I asked for a copy of the car fax, she responded they no longer use car fax (even though there was a poster on the office door.) When asked about the price of the car, she said she does not have access to it, but that it’s online only. If I can give this place NEGATIVE STARS, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. BUT GOOGLE INSISTS TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR. I GUESS FOR PRIDE REASONS
I inquired about a truck they had listed for sale. A salesman called me multiple times to get me to come buy the truck. I live 2 hours away so I made sure with the salesman that the truck was still available before I made the trip to buy it, and they confirmed that it was. When I got there a different salesman greeted me so I told him what I was there for. He quickly directed me into his office to start the paperwork before even seeing the truck. He had an associate come in to continue the paperwork and that is when she said that truck had sold that morning. It was 5PM when I got there and I had spoke with the salesman to confirm everything less than 2 hours before I arrived. This is a very poor put together establishment who doesnt do their due diligence and is only looking make a quick buck . Buyers beware.

I seen a car I was interested in so I called to see if the vehicle was available and it was. I explained to the salesman that I was coming on lunch break for a test drive. When I got there the person I talked to couldn’t be found. Next they wanted to run my credit and try to get me to stay past my lunch break. Why would I apply for an car without a test drive or without even seeing the car? This is one of those car groups that run your credit then try to put you in a car they chose. Be careful I lost 8 points off my credit score for nothing.
Was intrested in a 2013 GMC Sieria I saw on line contacted them to go see it and sceduialed a test drive last thursday at 11am the truck was no where to be found. Contacted them again they said the truck was in service and would call when it was ready. They strung me along for six days and called me yesterday to say it was ready. Went there today truck no where to be found when talking to sales person he said it was sold last thursday and the motor had a knock but since it was so clean the person bought it anyway. The Sales men apologised and gave me his card that I through in there garbage can and told him why would I ever buy a car here there untrustworthy and lie. Wouldnt buy a truck from them if they offered 50% off.

I give this places 1 starOn January, 2020 I purchased a car at the location 6539 Ogden ave Berwyn IL, I purchased an infinity G25x 2012A month after I bought the car it stopped working I took it to get it checked at the steering wheel was hard and until now it still is never got fixed, also the drive belt and they where making me pay 1,300 to get it fixed after arguing with them they ended up paying for it.A few months later my car stopped working again wouldn’t turn on and I had to take it back again, they checked it and told me nothing was wrong with it and that they couldn’t do anything about it. Weeks later I had to take it back again because it stopped working for me again they checked it and this time they did find out what was wrong with my car it had something to do with the computer and they told me they couldn’t do nothing about it told me to take it somewhere else to get fixed. Ever since I bought this car overall I have had to take it get fixed more than 4 times in a year.Most of the time that I have had this car has been parked because it doesn’t work or at the dealer.
Never again will we go there. The first sales person William was awesome, his coworker( super fan look a like) abruptly interrupted and tried to sell us a rusted 2008 Lexus.. He went on to say there was no rusted, typical sleazy sale man. We walked out disgusted with his behavior. We found our perfect Audi the following week at High Line in WillowBrook.

I wish I could give these scam artist 0 stars. After speaking with Marie 2 days in a row and filling out their credit application online I set an appointment with her. I drove almost an hour to the location only to find out that she is just a person who will say anything to get you to come in with no truth in what she says. I sat alone almost 40 minutes waiting to have someone else come tell me that my quoted down payment went up 3 thousand dollars and interest rates of the highest level Ive ever heard. My credit score is not that bad. Then when I looked into the car that I came to see, the description of features were incorrect and the carfax says the truck had frame damage. Please save yourself the time and go to a better place than this. I cant get my time back but you can.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!First off the car is advertised as a special edition. (Higher trim level). When I got to the dealer the car was not the special edition. It was a base model with missing pieces and not what was advertised. Also the car was advertised as a “one owner” but searching up the VIN it had 2 owners already a bad start. It’s a sports car so the previous owner had modded it. Except it was missing the back seats for weight reduction and also had an aftermarket steering wheel which btw the horn did not work. Besides the horrible condition of the car the price is was above market and not what was advertised.Besides the lies about the car the sales rep was horrible and had no clue about anything of the car. He didn’t even know how to open the trunk and could not answer basic questions about the car and simply replied with “I don’t know, I don’t know”.HORRIBLE DEALER MAKES ALL OTHER DEALERS LOLK BAD

Horrible dealership, ran our credit without permission, tired to do a bait and switch, and took hours on hours of our time to try to exhaust us into buying a car. We came in for a Mustang GT and after over an hour of wasting our time grabbing our information including our SSN they tell us the car isnt available right now and that they have another car similar to the one we wanted. We even called to make sure they had the car and we have to start a big fight between them for them to bring the car from services to test drive it. It took them 45 minutes just to grab the car when they lied of course and said it would only take 10 minutes. The car itself matched the one we saw online and ran great but when they gave us the price it was more than the online price and on top of that no haggle. We wasted another hour or two with that as they would take 15-30 minutes in between to try to get someone else in to work with the terrible price they gave us and we ended up leaving and buying it from a different dealership. A few days later my mother checks her credit and sure enough they ran it without our permission and claimed we agreed to it when we mentioned several times that the info we gave them will not be used towards a credit check until we want to buy the car. While we did sign a paper, it never mentioned anything about running a credit check and we made sure to also ask that signing this didnt mean we agreed to a credit check and the person showed us the paper that would mean we would allow a credit check that we did not sign. I mentioned this because when we went to call in about why they ran the credit, the sales manager said the paper we signed connected to the other 2 documents which were about a credit check which made no sense as those 2 other documents required a signature and plus the first document doesnt mention the other 2 either. Very, very shady place... Dont come to this horrible dealership they will ruin your experience, waste your time, play games, and lie to your face. Seriously just look at the reviews, lying comes up a bunch of times. I wouldnt be surprised either if some of the good reviews were written by some of the employees who work there.
The car I purchased was stolen off there lot and nothing has been done I got the run arounds and they told me to use my insurance to make a claim but it was stolen off there lot never get a car from them at all
The day I purchased my suv I asked for them to clean the vehicle and it looked like they just added tire shine. The vehicle still had a lot of dog hair and crumbs all over the vehicle. Seats were stained and engine bay was filthy. They do not detail their vehicles or any. On the second day of having my suv the check engine light went on, I took it back to them and the service guys said they don’t have the machine to fix my truck and that I might need to take it to the manufacture. This dealership gives you the run around everyone seems so confused on how to handle clients.

Posted my car on KBB for offers. Was emailed to come in and that theyre EXTREMELY interested my car. I show up and I dont even get to see to whom I spoke with on the phone. Then the person who attended me seemed very uninterested and was constantly leaving the room for other purposes. Then finally I get told that my offer will be less than what was mentioned. Waste of my time.
They are not standing by their advertised prices when you get there they changing the prices raising them at least 1500 when the price in their system is even coming up as it was online when u get down to the bill of sale/quote it reads a totally different price and their auto checks are not telling you rather their cars have been damaged or not carfax those cars before purchasing from them

I made an appointment to have the car evaluated for sale. I arrived on time, and no one was aware of why I was there. Most concerning to me is that it appears that the dealership did not follow any COVID-19 precautions. None of the employees I interacted with were wearing a mask.
I struggle to give the dealership even 1 star. For starters they had absolutely no parking and none of the vehicles were cleared of snow. Sat for 45 min waiting for them to pull up a vehicle to test drive and they never did. Now mind you I had scheduled an appointment early in the day. Complete waste of time and the sales manager could care less. Would never go there again or recommend.
On March 17th, 2021, I purchased a car at your store located at 6539 Ogden Ave. Berwyn, IL 60402 - Mercedes 2019 glc300 coupe, at a price of $43,591The purchase agreement was made by a sales representative named Odie Odie. The sales representative provided a history report from Autocheck and communicated to me that the history was clear of accidents and previous damages.After purchase, It was found that the car has been in previous accidents and had major damages. The sales representative provided inaccurate information on the car history specifically around previous accidents and damage.I came back to the dealership and ask to revoke my contract and return my money back.The store manager Joe said that this is impossible.I also asked for a settlement, because damaged car with a bad Carfax report doesn’t cost that much.Nobody even tried to work with me.
I went to Zeigker in January for my daughter to look at a vehicle, wasnt thinking about purchasing one at all at the time the sale rep insisted we try out a vehicle . I told her run my credit once as me as a cosigner for my daughter ONCE. 3 months later Im still getting noticed from different banks, etc.... on denial of financing. This is making my score go down. If your not gonna buy a car dont allow them to run ya credit, theyll do several times with out your permission would not go back or recommend zeigler in Berwyn.

So I talked to them 3 times over the phone to make sure I was approved before my hour drive was not a waist of time I was told 3 times I was approved. I get there and 1. The person I talked to wasnt there I got someone else 2. The truck I was approved for was not there 3. The guy I was talking to acted like he could care less if I was there. So do not waist your time going to them everything they said I had to do at the dealership I did online with another dealership.

Let me begin with saying that this review wouldve been a 1/5 star rating if it were not for their technician Maximilian Gardocki. 5/5 stars is being overly generous at this point but Max deserves a lot of spot light here as he single-handedly saved this place from having my two attorneys come down upon the sales staff. Before I get into detail about Max, let me give you my experience dealing with Zeigler of Berwyn.I came in about 15 mins early to my appointment with Niko, like I usually do for all my appointments, and it turns out Niko was too busy to handle my appointment in the first place so I was shuttled to Odie. We talked a bit but finally we took the 2013 BMW 535i xDrive for a test drive. Here is where Odie completely falls apart. I ask him the standard questions to test his knowledge and it seems like he has owned a BMW before but as soon as I brought up if the car was certified pre-owned like the sticker says on the top, his response was Certified? Where did you hear that? Who told you that? Right off the bat, Odie becomes very defensive and slightly aggressive like any novice sales person with something to hide but still trying to make a quick deal. We get back, took over 4.5 hours to sign papers which was ridiculous, never gave me a full service record of the car even though I asked multiple times, instead gives me some BS history of the car which tells you barely anything except where the car was sold, but the car was pretty good at that price point so I walked out the door with it. Odie and I shook hands around 8:45 pm Friday on August 24th (they were open late for a car show that weekend).NO LESS THAN 12 HRS LATER: As you can see in one of the pictures I posted, the very next morning around 8 am in the morning, I drive this BMW about 12 minutes away from my house in Darien down only residential streets going the maximum of 45 mph and the car overheats and shuts completely off. Mind you this was barely less than 12 hrs after driving it off the lot Friday night. I was lucky to pull my car off of the road as I almost got slammed by the car behind me because the car completely shuts off at that temperature. I call Odie, yelled at him, asked for the service record AGAIN including the inspection list done by Zeigler, and he had the audacity to ask if i could drive the car back to Zeigler! Finally he sends out a tow truck to pick us up (which took well over an hour to do) and said he would have the service record and inspection list on his desk when I got there. Low and behold, I get there an there is no list or record to be found. The sales manager looked pissed at Odie and quickly put us in a loaner.Max somehow got my number and reached out to me about my car. He said that Odie basically handed him the keys, said it overheated, fix it, and then left. Max actually took the effort to call me to hear my side of the story! Talk about customer service that is above what is needed. Before we even got to talking about the car, he asked if i got a loaner and if i was ok. Turns out the water pump blew and needed to be fixed. Fast forward 4 days after the water pump was fixed and im looking at a decent sized puddle of engine oil dripping from my car. I texted Max and he immediately offers to look at it today before he leaves work. Im super upset about my car but Max deserves an award for some of the best customer service Ive ever come across. Right now I am in a loaner still waiting on repairs as it has not been even 15 days since the point of sale and this car has been in the shop for 9 of those days. Max even did an inspection list for me because apparently one was not done before the car was sold to me!!! I do not advise buying from Zeigler at all but I would hire Max in a heartbeat.*Update soon to come in the next few days once I get my car back*

Let me share my experience.Very unprofessional behaviour.First of all, I made appointment for car appraisal weeks ahead.I came over 10 minutes ahead.I was waiting patiently for 30 minutes pass the appointment, just to be told by Selena Castelo that I have to wait more time or reschedule for Monday. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Why bother with appointments if you make customers wait anyway. Make it FCFS and than no problem at all.Waist of time. BAD BUSINESS!!!Second think that came to my attention is that employees does not were masks or social distancing.Gentleman whose office is the first on the right from parking lot entrance, parade without face covering mask, touch customers and shake hands with people around. Good job with spreading COVID-19! Very childish and irresponsible behavior.I am never coming back. Are you taking a risk?
All the employees were very nice and made my experience very comfortable. Especially Frank, he took his time explaining everything to me. Along with Odie and Stephany making me feel comfortable. With the help of the staff I was able to find exactly what I wanted within a price range good for me. All of the staff was very helpful and welcoming. TDLR; unprofessional, no sense of covid procedures, no promise they’re clean, pushy.Our experience was as follows:Seemed quite nice at first, made an appointment to get our truck appraised. We are on time for our appointment. But those are apparently handled at the business center. With no communication to the location.The sales man had a mask on for half a moment before promptly removing it and inviting us to sit in his office. And seemed unsettled when we asked him to have his mask on.No one asked why we were there, just assumed we were buying.He started taking our info and looking at the website for some cars on the lot. We find one. Awesome! Except for the extra 995.00$ to pay for advertising for the car, it’s travel here and the repairs that they had already done to it. Why am I paying for what you have in the lot? And for their advertising of it??Then they start talking about our income. How we should fudge the details a little. Asking for Deeper information for it. When we said “we aren’t interested in having our credit ran today based off this. We are strictly here for information” they didn’t seem pleased.We allowed them to take the keys.Finally I couldn’t stay seated.This was when we noticed the lack of ANYONE with a mask. Let me tell you. THERE ARE NO MASKS HERE. No one. Wears one. Owner. Businessmen. Etc.they did offer to accommodate my partner and I wearing our masks. It’s not like covid just started. Or the rules have changed. We left the building to retrieve our keys. One of the manager appearing to have followed us out.Asking if everything was okay.I expressed with calmness that I do not feel safe, I am not interested in shopping here.He pushed back a bit on it, I thanked them for their time and patience. This dealership is using deceptive and misleading advertising to induce and entice people into visiting them. For example, the ad I attached states that they specialize in no money down despite bad credit, collections or repo. Well, when I visited.. I was told the contrary and that I needed money down or a cosigner in order to even look at a vehicle. Thats not what the ad says. This practice is also against the law which is also attached

A very well-run scam. Sneaky tactics. Set an appointment and wait for an hour. Run your credit without telling you or let you look at a vehicle. They scam you to get your social security number, income history, and they know they already sold it to someone else.

Ulysses was a great salesman. Great personality. He gets 5 stars. Management and another salesperson not so much. The manager let it get personal and wouldnt honor his OTD price he gave 2 days before. In my opinion his attitude was very poor - almost out right rude and unprofessional! The car description said new tires and brakes but the dealership had no paperwork or proof of this and would not confirm. They also wanted to charge a $995 destination fee on top of the advertised price. To my knowledge this fee is not disclosed or discussed anywhere in their advertising or at least in the link they sent to me.

Horrible customer service from the moment we stepped foot in there. Had an appointment set up to test drive some cars. Previously, spoke with a salesperson and asked was a credit check needed or anything to test drive a car and her reply was no. As soon as we got through the door, they wanted to run credit checks just to test drive. And was very aggressive in their approach. The salesperson asked her manager just for approval to even look inside the vehicle, they wanted to make a copy of my license and still asked to run credit. The manager can be heard loudly saying no we need to prequalify them first. So, we decided to just say no and proceeded out the door. Was a very poor and unprofessional experience for me. We wasnt even in the dealership more than 5 minutes. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO RUN CREDIT TO TEST DRIVE!

I came in today to do a trade-in and pay the balance cash on the 11 Audi a6. The vehicle was originally 6600. Which I expected to push 7000 and which i was more than willing to pay. The 950 dollar detail bill was what I couldnt get with. How does the customer get charged to make the vehicle presentable for sale and 950 dollars at that. Ridiculous...a deal breaker

Just bought my new 2018 Honda civic sport here and I couldn’t be happier. They were very helpful and accommodating especially the manager Victor Gonzales. I would recommend Zeigler auto group to anyone who is planning on buying a car. Mike Namernah was exceptional as well. He made the whole process go by very smooth and answered any question I had.

Would have been five star rating had it not been for really bad response to service center issue. Vehicle was not fully inspected as told by sales, had faulty battery. Was told would be replaced during sale but never was. Had it inspected afterwards by certified service center from the actual manufacturer. Battery had to be replaced but Zeigler did not want to reimburse even with full documentation. Will be reporting to all necessary agencies. Beware.
Please save yourself from frustrations and probably from catching covid. This place sucks.
Don’t waste your time...I called before hand to confirm they had the car I wanted in stock and they told me it was there. I then asked a second time because it’s was an hour drive to there store. They confirmed the car was there again. Well I get there and NO CAR. Ya just read the other reviews.

Wish I could give zero stars. I had an appointment for 6:30 with Anissa who never showed her face. I completed the online finance application and gave them a call to make sure I was approved for zero down. There was never any mention of paying taxes. I know my credit isnt perfect which is why I completed the preliminary parts prior to going there. I live in south shore which is about a 40 min drive. The salesmen were only assisting a wealthier client who was paying cash for a vehicle. There were 5-7 employees catering to this client. They looked at me as if I were bothering them. They had no idea if I had a million dollars or zero dollars. I felt like I didnt matter at all. My husband and I did not leave until 9:30 after one salesman came and took my paperwork then disappeared only to have another salesman come in and ask me to repeat the same information I told the prior guy. The customer service was terrible. As I waited to be helped, I browsed the selection of cars which were not impressive. Over 50% of their inventory needed new tires, many vehicles smelled like smoke and had body damage. I couldnt believe this experience. I have gone to larger dealerships, with better reps and impressive inventory and treated 1000 times better. The only salesman that appeared to care was Niko. I will not be returning to this location when I gather the 3-5k for down payment. I would never refer them to anyone. As a legal professional, I would never expect this type of treatment.

Omg I just bought my sister to Zeigler and we met with Izzy. This man was nothing but amazing. He was super friendly beyond kind to everyone in the room. I would recommend everyone to come to him. $500 down no co signer is a real life deal. GO SEE HIM!!!!!
First time here and I am amazed at how they take care of their customers. First and foremost the associates here at Zeigler make you feel comfortable while purchasing a car. They explain every detail, the calculations and payments. IZZY and VIC are angels! The work they did for us while buying a car was awesome. If you are buying a car you must go to Zeigler in Berwyn, IL and make sure you see IZZY and VIC. I guarantee you, you will leave happy and satisfied.
These guys took care of us from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. Straight forward and clear with all of our questions. Would recommend in a heart beat. Note: didn’t give 5 stars because it’s more like 4.5.
This place told me they could get me into a vehicle of my choice, they lied 😒, wasted my time, gas, and all I got was a lower credit score from the inquiries they ran. Dont waste your time or gas on this place

Odie and Mohammed were my car sales men and ended up getting me a good deal. Of course there was negotiations! Im not the most patient person, and I know what I want. I was upfront with my offers and they responded with what they could do for me. Overall I am pleased with the car I brought, good running condition and physically well kept car. Thank you.
