Consistently good Starbucks, good service

Very fast, employees were very kind to us no problem

Why is coffee that tastes this good have to cost so darn much? Well the beans are grown in far-away exotuc locales that offer just the right climate by caring and hard-working farmers then transported, roasted ground, etc. Hey, but isnt it worth it when you catch the aroma from that magical brew hit your olfactory receptors? If you love coffee, you know the rest and if you dont they will force you. For a large franchise they do it well where others have failed. You can count on them for a great cup a Joe and more with young, cool barrista staffing to boot. Dunkin Donuts across the street is a viable competitor for budget crunchers but Bucks still take the Trophy.

Fast Service! Awesome Cheese Danish (warmed of course) and Bacon Egg Bites. Two items you cant go wrong with!

I go to different Starbucks locations often and every time I go to this location its the worst version of whatever drink I order. I just ordered a Mocha Frappe, its my usual go to whenever I go to any other location, and I even asked for extra Chocolate and I still feel it is over icy and bland.

Fast and efficient. Never had an order wrong yet. And this is my go to Starbucks on my way to work.

Fast service and friendly staff when I visited.

We got to Starbucks every morning have been for the last month or two. They cant seem to ever get the coffee or the the mint tea right they dont do what you ask but they charge you we go to other Starbucks and their tea is wonderful the drinks are wonderful but this Starbucks they suck. Tired of spending money on drinks that arent good

Didnt know of a locally owned coffee brewer and were pressed for time so we stopped here. It was okay.

Excellent, although the bathroom wasnt quite up to what I expect from Starbucks. Not dirty, just not what Ive come to expect.

I asked for oat milk and they gave me regular milk :( I asked for oat milk because I cant regular milk.

They make coffee very well, and non discriminatory, unlike many starbucks Ive been to in NM. Best one in the state IMO.

Exceptional service and I was very pleased to see that all staff were following covid safety guidelines. I went through the drive through and was pleasantly surprised by a young woman by the name of Makenna. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and recommended a new drink when i was unsure of what to order (pumpkin cold brew with foam i believe) that i ended up loving! even took the time to double check my order to make sure everything had been included. Fantastic service like this is why I prefer to stop by this Starbucks on my daily commute.

Gosh i loved this Starbucks for awhile, but they can never get my drink right and everyone seems to just HATE their jobs argue with the customers 😭 they dont seem happy or even want to be at work please fix this !! Pam is the only amazing one!

Out of 3 things I asked for but found 2 eventually. Dont make excuses to me at the window. You know how weekends and mornings go so your inventory should be available.

Terrible customer service. A bunch of young people who dont give a rats....if customer is satisfied...just threw out the order and moved on.

The only Starbucks I will go to. Not just because of the drinks, but the lovely hospitality. These men and women are putting themselves on the front lines to serve the public. They treat people with care and make every drink something they would personally enjoy. Says a lot about the people working, continue with the good work serving the community energy and kindness!

Always come here for the friendly staff and the comfortable toilet. I come around pretty often and the barista John always knows what Im going to get. He has such a warm smile I have to get ice coffee to cool me down after our encounters. 5/5 and would recommend if you like cute boys.

Fast quality service

Girl with the red hair was super rude and very snotty. She was talking about drinking alcohol to coworkers while I was sitting at drive thru window. Told her my drink didn’t taste right and tried handing it back only to get the same drink from her again. On the other hand everyone else was nice and very pleasant.

I arrived at this location with my two little ones in toe and thirsty. The drive-thru experience was speedy and on point. Highly recommend this location if youre looking for a drink. Kudos to the staff there for being so courteous!

Would give 5 stars but my cute barista eye candy Dennis is no longer working there. Now my Iced white mocha isn’t as sweet as it used to be ;(

Another Starbucks. Person who took it order has attitude, laughed when we ordered a bottle water. A bottle water? While laughing was his response.Ordered 2 chocolate croissants. Gave them to us cold, had to ask them to put in oven. Had to pull to front and wait for them.Need to work on how to talk to your customers even if its over the intercom. People dont know when your being sarcastic, rude, out joking.

Very dissatisfactory customer service. People go here to get their coffee and start their days and majority of the employees here are so rude and make their drinks with half effort. I have been coming to this location for years and have to say this is one of the worst rounds of staff they have ever had. I only ordered one drink that they managed to mess up 3 times. I only left because I got tired of dealing with the attitude from the older woman with white hair at the window. I didn’t even want to pay because the service was so bad and I specifically told her before I left that what she gave me still was not what I asked for. As a consumer who has been coming here for years I would strongly suggest a re-evaluation of management and a meeting or two about customer service.

Out of most of their breakfast food. Then the coffee I spent $5 on tasted terrible. Will be skipping this one from now on.

I went today to get my free holiday cup. Their offer clearly included the beverage I ordered, but the manager refused to give me a cup because it was not hot.Know your own offers Starbucks! Theres a Dunkin right across the street that will be my new go to spot for coffee.

Great coffee, cappuccino, muffins, desert anytime of the day. When you dragging along it a for sure picker upper. With coffee beans, or ground to take home and enjoy. Plus they give away their old ground for you to take home to feed your garden or plants with.

Traveling through New Mexico and stopped by this location to get some drinks for the family - definitely one of the dirtiest Starbucks we have ever been to. The patio area is terrible with chairs stacked up on each other and no where to sit and all the tables broken down. My family and I actually went to a gas station down the road to use the restroom instead of using Starbucks as both of the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting - we rather go to a gas station then use either bathroom at this Starbucks. The cleanliness and how sanitary conditions of this Starbucks location is questionable based off what we saw. Will never return

Only thing I would say is ask before you grab drinks. Been here twice and people walk up and grab someone elses coffee walk off then put it back and the barista has to toss it and start over. Ask the barista they will help you. Superb service here and great coffee.

They managed my class of 30 quickly and efficiently and got all orders filled correctly. I took a star away because I had asked them to stop taking orders from the students when it was time to leave, and one worker ignored me. She told the students to go ahead and order anyway and kept taking orders. I didnt appreciate that.

The people here at Starbucks are extremely friendly and quick to get orders out. I absolutely love the London Fogs and Pink Drinks. I’ve never been a coffee fan but they have so many selections for those who don’t like coffee. This Starbucks even stays open later than most Starbucks! I definitely recommend going to this location when you have the opportunity. Thanks for the great service, Starbucks!

I appreciate the essential baristas for literally putting their lives on the line to sell coffee during a global pandemic.

The flavor is on point I love the taste of their coffee however I do not like the prices they are extremely expensive. however the customer service is always good and I never have a bad experience when I come here I just realized that my wallet hurts more when I walk out then when I walked in so I dont come here very often. But like I said when I do its always great! if you dont like the way your drink came out you can tell them to remake it and they will gladly do it.

I hope this is one of the locations Starbucks plans to close down. 4 people working but not accomplishing much. My order was taken (inside) and then I was ignored for 20 minutes. More orders were taken and those customers ignored as well. The drive thru customers were Continuously waited upon. While I was standing around I could only notice how filthy it was inside. No one tending to the public area. Not one employee making eye contact. Not one employee addressing long wait. But 2 were very attentive to their cell phones and text messages. Starbucks is consistent 99% of the time, and I appreciate the great service and products. Whoever is in charge here....please do your job!! I left feeling really irritated.

Must Be VERY Specific When Ordering. Like the place, staff is friendly and courteous. Just gotta be very specific on your order. If you want milk only, you must specify very clear, otherwise, they will add milk with water. They will fix it, sometimes with a little attitude, so just make sure you clearly specify your order. Has both indoor and outdoor sitting. So makes it nice place to sit for a bit for a drink.

When we stop here it is usually very clean and the staff very friendly. Not so much this time. Not sure well stop here again. Womens restroom was out of toilet tissue and needed cleaning. The condiments counter was dirty. They were completely out of splenda. Employees kinda rude.

Service is good, the coffees okay, I prefer my own coffee from home. But theyre convenience is unmatched, Good place for coffee on the go, when they have a drive through.

Clean! Good music. Pleasant staff that actually seem glad to be there. Decent coffee. After seeing shop around the country, this is one of the best.

Very friendly staff!

They consistently get orders wrong, were charging people for the free reusable red cups at 7:45 in the morning the day they were giving them away, the bathrooms are always atrocious and act like you spit on them and disgraced their families if you ask them to fix your drink because they messed it up. Again. And you always have to wait longer than it should be for your drink. I saw 5 people come in after me, order, get their orders and leave before they even made mine and I was waiting 20 minutes before they made it!

Quick stop for breakfast.

As expected, our order was hot and delicious. As always, a Polite and professional staff.My wife and I were on a cross country RV trip and stopped by here to grab some coffee.We were super tired and something about a hot Starbucks latte always makes things better! LolIt wasnt the easiest place to get to in a 31 foot RV. But we definitely were able to manage the parking.We definitely recommend this Starbucks to everyone stopping by, driving through or local! ☺️

I hate when companies close at a certain time, and close doors and drive thru way earlier. This specific location closes at 7. Got there at 6:30 and doors were locked. Went through drive thru and was completely ignored.

Quick friendly service. It is Starbucks so the experience was about the same as most of them but the staff was friendlier and actually got the drinks out fast. Nice to have baristas that work instead of chat with their coworkers while making your drink.

Love this place but wish they could keep the moca cookie crumble year round not so seasonal.

Good coffee of course, but the bathrooms are disgusting. For me, any place with nasty bathrooms gets a low rating regardless of what they sell. At one time Starbucks was a safe place to use the restroom and get coffee, however since they decided to have gender-bender restrooms, theyre disgusting. I hate walking in and seeing the peed-on seat left up. Pee on the floor... I hate sharing public restrooms with men. I can handle my own male family members, but not strangers. I shouldnt have to... Starbucks has gone down the pissed-on drain to me.

I drink black coffee, reg roast is bitter. They never have blonde coffee. Always get offered a americano which tastes like, instant machine coffee you got from a 1990 hospital vending machine

The woman taking our orders was extremely nice and patient with my child. The drinks were delicious. We did have to wait a long time because they were backed up at the drive through window. The sandwiches I ordered were burnt as well. I beleive the hectic atmosphere and confusion was fueled by the owner/manager continuously reprimanding his staff in a condescending and aggressive manner. It made several of the customers uncomfortable.

Yep, as us Starbucks delivers perfectly. Love the app, sorts because I think Im spending more money now lol, but who cares... I love the products!

Slowest service ever. Looks like somebody have fun watching inpatient customers. The whole store needs to be closed for cleaning. Restroom out of papoer and soap. Dirt everywhere. Coffee too hot. Never warm milk over 160F.
