Always good customer service, the only downside (which is not the fault of wonderful people who help me every visit) on the website its extremely often that it lists something in store and names the aisle but alas, I cannot find said item on said aisle and that could absolutely be my own error but it happens so often that I felt like including it. Otherwise, store is always clean, stocked and prepared. The team members are always extremely friendly and helpful, give love to the team! The online business is obviously something that doesnt involve the day to day team members and needs work but otherwise, wonderful experience and I will be there again

Awesome management Walmart. Not a single register is open. Your expecting me to check out all the stuff myself. I get it if its small amount

I am not a fan of the self checkout, especially when you have to practically beg for assistance to buy beer. I could not get a lot of things on my list...not their fault, I know. Its still frustrating. I would like to think that they would have been more proactive to the freight problems.

We were traveling through with our RV and used pick up service. Punctual and staff very courteous. As with most of orders we have placed on travels, certain items are out. That is mainly a supply chain issue.

They were very nice and very fast ...I strongly recommend getting a oil change at Walmart

Probably one of the largest Supercenters I have been in. Nice wide aisles, most shelves were well stocked. Clean restrooms. Friendly checkers. Pharmacy staff are top notch.

Stayed in the parking lot with our RV. Quiet and clean. Bought some supplies and off we go. Easy in and out with 36ft plus jeep tow.

Awesome little hike, petroglyphs are visible while walking trail. We were able to take a stroller for kids, but you had to carry the stroller over a gate and it is not a paved trail. Nice area, fun hike.

I told an associate I like this Walmart because they dont charge for the bags. Im from the East side in Albuquerque and they always charge for the bags at the Walmarts that I go to. More Walmarts should be like this.

They have a drive thru for prescriptions and it was very user friendly! Highly professional and answer all questions in detail. Wonderful staff!

I would give 0 stats if I could. They have 0 registers open if youre lucky there will be 1 open. I am not going to check myself and pay FULL price for my groceries. If I wanted to check myself out id stay at home and shop on Amazon. Walmart forgets they have competition, I will now go else where.

I dont shop at Walmart often, but this location is definitely a cut above the rest. Clean, fairly organized and doesnt feel too cramped.

Nothing new! Its only 2 miles from my house so I do all my shopping here. 2 to 3 times per week.

Very nice & clean location. All items were easy to find. I live out of the area and it was easy to find items because of the setup being the same as the location where I live.

The Walmart on Unser and Southern, the only Walmart that uses their air conditioner. Its ridiculous that we have to drive that far to feel comfortable as we shop. But this is the only Walmart thats really clean. And they carry enough to keep their store fully stocked. And keep the store fresh for their customers. Walmart headquarters what is going on? All the other Walmarts are hot and the employees say that you guys aint putting all the air conditioners on youve gone green or something? Shame on you it should be a comfortable environment for your customers. Walmart on Unser you guys are awesome

Love going to Wally World. My motto is if walmart aint got it, then you dont need it. Youd be surprised at what a Walmart employee would do to let you know they want to help. In fact, a few years ago I was trying to find a specific flashlight/worklight in the DIY department and this lovely older male black employee went out of his way to help. We couldnt locate it so I thanked him for his effort and mentioned that I was going to the grocery side. Not long after that, he found me in groceries. He had the light in his hand. Wow! I made certain that the on-site manager was informed about his above-and-beyond work ethic.

The only person that was nice was the guy in customer service the lady in material was not nice didnt ask if we needed any help we have to do everything by ourselves to store smelled like something had died in there raw meat or something just not a very good atmosphere in there this morning

This walmart is close to my house but I HATE coming here. They always have long lines, to make matters worse they have 4 registers that NEVER get used (in my opinion they have so many employees standing around they could be utilizing some at these registers). They are always out of products and keep moving the store around which is super annoying

When I gave them respect, they talked to me as if they were better then Me, Talked with an attitude yelled and was very rude to me, talked about me with other employees and refused to help after I’ve been coming into this Walmart paying my rent the same way many time before this time and never had a problem..They all acted as if I was doing something fraudulent! Very disappointed with the way they treat there customers

This Walmart has just about everything you need. The only issue I experienced was very few cashiers. They preferred you use the Self-Checkout areas.

Its a Walmart, better than the ones in Albuquerque though. Slowly locking more things up because people are garbage and cant stop stealing unfortunately.

They have revamped their liquor department, its very easy to make a selection, and they have a good selection. Also, they dont do price gouging (like the grocery).Their fruit and vegetables are very fresh and bountiful.They have all kinds of pet food and supplies that I need. Much more than regular grocery stores.I am deeply disappointed in the revamping of their makeup section and their removal of certain makeup. I will now have to go to Target to buy certain makeup. Also the rearrangement of the aisles in the makeup section are annoying to have to travel like a maze, particularly with carts.I was also disappointed in their deli selection and fresh bread, it was severely lacking the last time I was in there.

Cant not like Walmart they absolutely have everything you could ever want or need seems like the only thing I dont get here is meat it always has like a green tint to it but that just could be me as far as everything else the store is always clean always busy but the cashiers are always fast to plus if you only have a few items at self-checkout cant beat it there RC selection is actually pretty amazing we always have lots of fun and the prices are unbeatable

Quick service doing the online curbside shopping, was in and out in less than 10 minutes, even with several cars ahead of me. Over the past year we do 80% of our main grocery shopping online/curbside and had minimal issues. Have the occasional substitutions, no stock on hand or missing an item, but after one quick call our item is replaced or refunded. Based on the amount of curbside orders they do on a daily bases, errors do happen. But weve never had an issue getting our item replaced or refunded. 1 year into this pandemic and they still do a great job doing curbside.

Bernalillo Walmart has their pickup service in order. Rio Rancho store does not.

Well, what can you really say about a big box store? Lots of products payed out the exact same way as other stores to avoid confusion. Staff in yellow and blue running around stocking items.It’s big, it’s annoying, but it is fast and cheap when there aren’t other options available

This is a good Wal-Mart, I live closer to unser and southern Wal-Mart. But I drive further to Bernalillo to shop. They usually have more of what I need.

Store is nice, workers are nice, shelves are stocked pretty well, but with the hoarders, Walmart tries to keep up. Dislike Walmart prices. Only do 10% of my shopping at Walmart, Ill go to Albertsons 1st, Sprouts for produce and meat, and Smiths. All three stores sales prices are better then Walmart.

No mask protocols and employees not stopping customers without masks to enter. Dangerous COVID transmission location.

They really need to work on cleanliness.
