Excellent selection of delicious treats. A fun stop for dessert or sweet snacks. Ice cream available as well. A friend of mine goes just for chocolate turtles but invariably ends up with an additional assortment.
My son and daughter in law sent me a beautiful arrangement of fruit for Mothers day It was some of the best fruit I have ever had. I was really impressed Loved everything about it including the the delivery man He was so sweet I will order this again soon
Usually I love the fruit I receive but this time nothing was ripe. Not one thing or close too it was very pretty however tasted horrible I even allowed it to rest 2 days and no better and my hubby sends em to me all the time just received this one 3/19/21
Never again will I deal with these people! Someone purchased an arrangement for me for my birthday yesterday. They came to deliver my arrangement yesterday, the card said they were here at 2:45pm. But someone was at home at 2:45pm and I personally arrived home at 2:50pm. Since I had just missed them I called the location to see if they could come back since they were just here. The girl that answered the phone said they were closing in 5 minutes and the delivery was attempted at around 12:30. Definitely NOT what the tag said!*photo attatched as proof* She asked when would be best to reschedule a delivery, I tell her morning, it has to be morning. So she said she would reschedule to be the first delivery. She assured me that the truck gets there at 10am so I could expect my arrangement around 10:30. At 10:45, I called to get a status and the man that answered said it was in route. It is now NOON and has NOT ARRIVED! I have wasted my entire morning waiting and will most likely have to go pick it up myself after all. So frustrating! Why offer a delivery time frame or make delivery promises that you cannot keep? This is ridiculous!
I went on line to place an order and apparently their website was hijacked by fruit bouquets.com. I didn’t realize until after inputting all information. I got the situation taken care of through my credit card company and called back to try and place an order for my friend who has been having a difficult time. I was trying to send a basket of fruit from EA. However, after explaining all of this to Ellie, she was short and unsympathetic with me trying to make a delivery today. I was very polite but she was short with me and rude. This is the third BAD experience I have had with Edible Arrangements. And at three different locations. Maybe ordering from the Fruit Bouquets.com is what I should do anyway. I definitely will NEVER place another order for ANYTHING with or through Edible Arrangements!
Fresh on time delivery and pickups
The order process went very smoothly and the small edible was enough for 5 - 10 people. The fruit was sweet and the presentation was fresh and beautiful. However, be prepared for an increase in delivery price for same day order. If you order a day before, delivery is $9.99 but if you place your order for same day delivery-it is $14.99. At any rate, I was happy to be able to send a fresh gift to my god-daughter on her birthday. I would gladly recommend this gift and company.
If it were possible to give this place ZERO stars I would. I went in last week right when they opened and placed an order for 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries (which cost $60) despite the woman behind the counter having an attitude. Had a friend pick them up a couple hours later. Upon inspection at the store my friend told the same lady that the strawberries looked over ripe. Only to be ignored. She brings the strawberries to me where I look at them and agree, they are over ripe or have been frozen and thawed. If you pressed on them it made an indentation. When I called the store the woman that took my order answered the phone and informed me she was the manager. When I told her about the strawberries she laughed at me. We returned the strawberries and I requested that the owner call me and was told they would in 1-2 business days. That was a week ago and I have not heard anything. This is an awful company with a less than mediocre product and worse customer service.
This location should not be open on Valentine’s Day. I placed an order on the 12th and was told they did not receive my order, I showed the confirmation and was told the system was down so they could not research my order. I was then told they were not accepting any more orders today and that they also had no items already made for purchase. They should be closed for pickup only if this is the case. This seems very unprofessional and this is the only location I’ve experienced this at. Unfortunately I will not visit again.
Our family has ordered beautiful fruit arrangements from the Berkeley, MI store over the years. They have always provided excellent customer service and great edible arrangements. Thank you for your excellent service.
I did my usual procrastinating to send a birthday gift to our familys most favorite and respected member. Edible Arrangements did a miracle, I never expected. I ordered a gift item from Edible Arrangements on a VERY SLIM budget, with a coupon they offered; delivery for the same day and near a major city; on the weekend (what was I thinking, she might get it in 3-4 days!!)! 90 minutes after I confirmed my order my family member texted me with this beautiful heart emoji saying: how beautiful and delicious the gift WAS! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! For the price, the selection of chocolate covered fruit and a message card, delivered 2,000 miles away in less than 2 hours, near a major city, on the weekend, I COULD KISS THEM!! Edible Arrangements to the rescue! You cant beat that! I have not had flower arrangements delivered that fast. Thank You again and again Edible, youre a life saver!Sincerely,Audrey El
The Berkley Edible Arrangements store is top shelf. The staff are professional, personable and knowledgeable. Everything Ive ordered from this store has been fresh and beautiful. My daughter is so fond of the chocolate covered strawberries that we had to order them for her bridal shower! I have always been happy with my orders from the Berkley Edible Arrangements!
Product was beautiful and delicious. The carmel apple slices were such a unique idea. The decorative bags they were delivered in were so pretty. Delivery was prompt, and it I was also most pleasantly surprised by the delivery man....such a nice guy.
I almost missed the store, but they gave free delicious chocolate covered samples. I also got a creative flower shaped fruit gift from them that was excellent♡
This store is my favorite ever. The employees are crazy friendly, the food is excellent and at an excellent price point.
I was very pleased with the customer service. I was visiting out of town for Mothers Day weekend I placed my order for pick up Sunday. When I came to pick it up they didnt have my order ready by the time I requested pick up. So I waited about 15-20 minuets and they had made me a arrangement right then and there and upgraded it to a large arrangement with balloons etc. I can appreciate them going out of their way to make the situation right and being very nice. I wasnt even upset with the situation because they were so quick to fix it and took ownership of the mistake....I would visit this shop again when I come back to town
Ive been dealing with this particular location for years now...the fruit is delicious, but the Delivery is VERY, VERY bad....they dont guarantee a time frame for their Deliveries...5 times out of 8 deliveries were late, and the person didnt receive the arrangements. On busy days, the business DOES NOT answer phone calls. Sorry to say but I will not be doing business with them anymore.
You were prompt and even though it was a holiday weekend you still delivered it in a timely fashion. They enjoyed it and I will highly recommend you to anyone who needs a gift. Thank you very much.
Today my husband and I walked in two hours before closing and were told that everything was sold and that they were not making anything else for the day. Then, why were you even still open? Our intention was to get something small like the $5.00 individual grab n go items or even a smoothie, but we were told they were done. So everyone was just sitting in the back not working, just waiting for the clock to run out. Just lock the door next time and go home if yourre not going to run the business.
Sent a last minute box of chocolate covered strawberries. Ordered at 1pm and it arrived by 3:30pm. Very happy with how easy and quick delivery was!

The arrangement was very nice but I was a little disappointed in the service. I placed the order online for my mothers birthday. The day I had it scheduled to be delivered, the store did not have power and did not make deliveries. This missed my moms birthday. I did not get a phone call or email letting me know they didnt have power and it wouldnt be delivered. I had to call the 800 number to find this out after my mom didnt get it the day I expected. I feel this should have been caught and handled differently. I didnt even get an apology email or phone call after. I totally understand the power outage was out of their hands but thought it was very unprofessional to not follow up after.
I have ordered gifts from Edible Arrangements for years and I have never been disappointed!
I use Edible Arrangements all the time since Im military and always gone. For this occasion I used it for my niece. Only complaint I have is that the website kept saying it was too busy so I had to call but my niece loved her arrangement.

The Edibke Arrangements location in Berkley Mi did a wonderful job. I called them and needed my order delivered by a certain time and without hesitation it went out and arrived an hour before time. They have great customer sevice and the recipient loved the product. I will definitely use them again...

I had a great experience with the edible arrangement. For bosss day we ordered 3 arrangements for my 3 bosses. I was told that our delivery was in the first priority range because it was getting delivered to a business (1030 am to 230 pm delivery). 130 pm rolls around and it still wasnt. I called in and asked for tracking and told the lady that one of my bosss was leaving at 230 pm and we needed to make sure it was there before he left. She ended up calling the truck delivery guy for me to make sure it would get to us in time. After my phone call, the arrangements came within 10 minutes. Although I do not like that it was not delivered until the afternoon, I appreciate the kind customer service of calling the driver and making sure we were next to get dropped off.
It was a very well done experience..EA let me know it was delivered on the arranged day... the recipients were delighted with my selection..so thank you very much.

Worst arrangement Ive EVER had.. my friend sent me a mothers day arrangement that she spent $100 on and fruit was ROTTEN.. Called in the next day since I received it at closing time and spoke wth manger katie she addressed it by sending me another arrangement however CLEARLY no one does quality check here because still had rotten strawberries! And it was very little in there... what a waste of money!! This location is definitely a miss for me bad business.. just look at the pictures and this was right after delivery.. the really rotten ones were covered in chocolate so you didnt notice until you bite them..HORRIBLE..this place is slick deleted my pics of rotten fruit and kept the pic that made the package look nice but dont be fooled!!!
I picked up the arrangements and it was nice. The concern I had was the entrance of the store was covered with snow-very hazardous just walking into the store. You would think merchants would clean the snow from the front of their business-however, service is not what it used to be.

I always order from Edible Arrangements and never had any issues. However, this location gave me an experience soooo bad I will never order from any location ever. I missed a delivery yesterday and trying to get it redelivered has been such a mess. My husband spoke with the store early this morning and my delivery was on the truck for redelivery. Well, it’s after 4 I have been home all day and nothing! I called the store several times today and nobody could give me a clear answer. After calling several other times (lines were all tied up, I kept getting a busy signal) I finally got one person who attempted to help me. I was told she would call the driver to get an ETA and I would receive a call back. After waiting an hour and no call back I finally decided to call the store and cancel the order. This store customer service is TERRIBLE!! Never in my life have I spoken to so many people in one store and nobody could answer my questions. If you have to order a fruit bouquet I would strongly recommend ordering from another store.I am currently on hold to make a corporate complaint!!!

I was confused when I seen all these negative reviews. But see how old they are.I went to the Berkley location yesterday to order a Mothers Day arrangement for today and with my experience there. I was very politely greeted the second I walked in the door. They suggestes an assortment of selections for me to look through. They were very friendly and good at keeping the conversation going with me. They were timely with taking my order and today my order was ready at the time promised and was picture perfect. And I was told it was delicious. Now I didnt have my order delivered, I picked it up. So I cant speak for deliveries.But based on my experience I would definitly recommend coming to this store for an order.
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Valentines day. I received a confirmation number, and My credit card was charged the the day before delivery. Unfortunately Edible Arrangements delivered nothing. They also failed to notify me that the gift would not be delivered as promised. No effort at all was made to inform me of the undelivered gift. When I called the next day, I was told sorry, we were really busy. Why then was my card charged charged for when nothing was delivered? Shamefully unprofessional. Thanks for making me a jerk for Valentines day.

I went in to make a complaint and pick up an order I PAID DELIVERY ON because the business I was sending it to was about to close!!!!A longtime friend of mine had her grand-opening I was unable to attend soooo I ordered her an arrangement BUT IT NEVER WAS DELIVERED. Each time I called I was told IT WAS GOING OUT ON THE NEXT TRUCK!!!! I explained early THE DAY before the importance of this delivery!!!!!! They were allll fake-nice and assured me it would be on the first delivery route out in the am!! When I went into the store THEY WERE ARUGUING WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE!!!! Signed sooooo sad
