Im a Berkeley Lyric user and appreciate the ease of getting an appointment at the Berkeley location. The staff are very pleasant and have always made getting replacement Lyrics quick and easy. They always look out for the best interests of my hearing.

There were some problems with the hearing products being provided. The products were less than perfect but Jane was absolutely perfect. She took care of me in the best way possible. I could not have asked for more.

If you need to attend to your hearing this is an excellent place to diagnose and correct as much as possible any hearing loss you might have. Ive been using their services for several years and will continue to do so.

It usually takes about 5 years or about 10 visits before I warm up to medical people. Something about taking time to develope a comfortable relationship and listening to each other. Where there is a balanced mix of personal and professional dialogue and a shared chuckle. I think within 4 visits I had that with Lita. I know shell take care of me and when hearing aids need attention if she cant do it shell put in the extra effort to get it done. I think the only regret Id have is if I had to go find somebody else to replace her. It is so hard to find good talent these days.

Letta is fantastic and I have been very impressed with the organization.

I came back for a hearing test after replacing one of my hearing aids and Jane, the Audiologist, was excellent. She did the test, went through the results and explained what changes she would make to the programming etc clearly and thoroughly.
