I spent over $5,000 on some Martin Windows. 2 had retractable screens. One of the screens was damaged and I went in to order a replacement. They couldnt find my purchase order, so they told me that they would call me with the screen replacement information. That was 3 years ago. They have too much attitude to retain my patronage.
