Worst corner store in Berkeley and Ive lived here my whole life. Horribly overpriced. Campus store across the street is much better although worse hours. Wish the campus store sold booze tho.

Overpriced yes! But the cashiers were nice & very convenient if you live nearby.

Ive been comming here for years. Nice service. It it is a good liquor store with lots of groceries. Not a full grocery store that some may be looking for.

As others have mentioned, very overpriced. Also the quality is below average - there is a weird musty smell throughout the store and things are bordering expiration many times (just dont get produce or dairy period). Very sus quality and not fresh, and not worth the price;

Convenient, the cashier is kind but its a rip-off for cosmetic products. Just bought a lip cream for 2.87$ and found out it was half empty! Its so unethical and dishonest to do that.

Avoid grocery shopping here.This store is overpriced. Items do not have price labels, so there are no marked prices. When you check out, the shopkeeper decides the final price. $2 bread is charged $5 + 10% surcharge, since there is $10 minimum on debit card purchase. Price is steep here as others have said, but its around the block from where I work. Good selection and has everything that you expect from a corner store

Where is the organic healthy food? There was a box cutter laying out poking into the top of a packaged meal bar. Is this what students eat in Berkeley?

Dont want to go there any more since they closed the awesome sandwich counter. :(

Hit or miss on whether they have what you are looking for, but they much needed in the neighborhood. Sometime they can be inexplicably pricey for certain items.

Terrible place. Complete scam in terms of prices. Everything is 1.5-2.5 times its regular price. Oreos here are $5.99. Save your money - shop somewhere else!
