I ordered edible arrangements on Monday 10/11/2021 my mother’s birthday was 10/12/2021. Here we are on 10/14/2021 and her gifts were never delivered. Edible arrangements never called to update me or anything. Totally not ok…..
I was able to walk in and wait 30mon for my basket to be prepared.

Worst customer service ever in my life. They don’t deserve any stars!!!! They should not have their business associated with the name edible arrangements. They do not meet up to what they show you online. And then they tell you “that of course the pictures online are going to be perfect” how about the pictures online look nothing like what you actually get. I paid over $100 for a sympathy arrangement and it was pathetic. I do not recommend you spend any of your money here you will never get what your moneys worth!!!!!

I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. I made an order for my special someone and this location was the closest to him. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! They got the order right, the girl on the phone was very helpful and sweet. She got the love note right and my special someone got the order delivered on time. A little hidden hard to find
The strawberry dipping kit comes with no instructions and no list of ingredients. It is basically a do it your self thing with no information. Not exactly a “treat.”
Zero stars. TERRIBLE Horrendous. Liars customer service. You dont get back missed celebration s. Never use this store. Rude and liars multiple times. Disgusted that they can be in businesses. Other reviews follow same comments. Absolutely horrible liars and bull . Ordered for a delivery. Call five times to guarantee the delivery prior to end of day. Liars and liars. Kept promising and then told not made past deadline . Then theyd deliver within an hour. Less then 1 mile from store. Horrible . Told on way . Within 2 hours of still waiting for arrival of fruit arrangement - 5 calls to check- no delivery. Then told at 6:30 on a mothers Day Friday nite. They didnt deliver. No reason why given. But told I could pick up next week. Are they Idiots. Yes
Delivery is not so great, I ordered a present with fruit for my wife on her birthday to get delivered and they told me it will be delivered by 6:30 or 7 and I told him my wife gets out at 5 oclock and she works down the street. They should have a better Delivery Systems where you can tell them a good time to deliver. I think its better if you pick up the order and deliver it yourself, at least it will be on time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This one store turned me off from Edible Arrangements all together. I tried to get a coworker an Edible Arrangement for his birthday and they just straight up didnt even try delivering it. Two failed deliveries. They never called him or left a note. After 2 weeks of not answering my calls. I called the corporate office for a refund. This store should be closed before they ruin the Edible Arrangement name any further.
THIS IS THE WORST STORE EVER! I am deployed in Afghanistan and I was sending a special arrangement to my fiance and they charged me, then told me they could not deliver it because the payment did not go through. However my bank confirmed it did. SCAM! NEVER USE THIS STORE! They never pick up there phones and I ended up having to call the Hayward location who tried the best to facilitate communications. What a s**t hole.
The customer service was amazing and the delivery was right on time, and the product was simply fresh and tasty and I recommend everyone who loves fresh fruit to put your order in now. Have a wonderful day
Highly disappointed!!! Don’t recommend this, sadly is the only location near my family. Called twice to see if the arrangement was going to be delivered and they said YES, it was on its way and called again two hours later and nothing. just to get a call to tell me that it was not delivered. if there was another address or day to deliver. I was told earlier, that it should’ve been delivered by my second call. My thing is what’s the point of the making notes and request. Then they call to tell me the driver didn’t see the note! Excuses!!! So, it was never delivered or it was inn the van all damn day. I noted to be delivered at 10am and then I get call before 5pm. This was suppose to be a surprise for my mother in law for her birthday at work!
I ordered a Valentines Day arrangement for my daughter and received a confirmation that it would be delivered on the 14th.Like everyone else it wasnt delivered and neither I or my daughter received any notice that it wouldnt be delivered despite they had all both our contact information.Ive been trying to contact them since they opened today at 9am and have only gotten a busy signal which suggests to me, given modern phone pratices and call waiting, voice mail etc, that their phone has been taken off the hook.Their store is in walking distance from my Daughters address and I see no reason why they could not of notified us by this time.Like everyone else I will not be using them again and will complain to their regional office.
This place is poorly serviced. They skimmed me out of my edible arrangement. It was supposed to be a 70 valued birthday gift for a friend they added a few fruits and filled the rest up with so kind of paper decoration. It was horrible I was so disappointed when I arrived and picked it up. I had to pay since I had no time to wait and complain for them to fix it. I had to get this gift delivered. But it was so disappointing I tell you.
It was a great experience... dont know about delivery but picking up it was great.. it was all ready to be pick up... it was what i was looking for enter and get out no more that 2 min in there!!!! THANK YOU!!!
Cannot believe they are still in business, never answer their phones. I have them deliver a birthday fruit basket with balloons and teddy bear. They forgot the balloons and teddy bear. The only thing they say to me is we will just refund you for the balloons and teddy bear, instead telling me we will delivery it again.
Horrible customer service, and with a 2.3 rating I see Im not alone. Apparently the ownersproblemcare about fixing the problem, so I will never spend my money with this location, and plan on writing corporate. This looks bad for all locations.

This place really sucks I place a ordered and I went to pick it up today for Mothers Day they didnt have my order they lost my order. it was a mess I have to take other things for my mom for mothers day.
IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER DELIVERED BY A SPECIFIC TIME. DONT BOTHER ORDERING FROM HERE. THE FACT THAT THEY ASK FOR DELIVERY DETAILS DONT MATTER AT ALL. I MADE MY ORDER BY 10:45AM TO BE DELIVERED IN OAKLAND BY 2PM AND THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT. EVEN AFTER I CONFIRMED THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT CARED FOR AT THIS LOCATION.

Do not order and get delivery!!! I placed and order several days ago, and have been calling ever since to ensure the order would get delivered. They have not answered their phones nor is there an opportunity to leave a message. The customer service line (corporate) was not helpful at all, the rep could not tell me if the order was in route or had been delivered at the store. She also could not refund the delivery charges and said to contact the store but of course if I could speak to someone there I would not have called her in the first place! Do not I repeat do NOT order from this place and pay for delivery. Very poor customer service and your loved ones will not get their items in one piece at the time you want.

Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering online. I ordered for my daughters birthday since shes away at Cal and cant be here to celebrate with family. I called to confirm all the details and it seems to be going OK. A few hrs later I get a thank you video from my daughter. I notice the arrangement doesnt look as I expected and ask her if the edible fruit numbers are even there. No they werent and the arrangement looks like it was smooshed a bit in transit. Ok, it happens I tell myself but let me call and tell them about the missing items. Well, that didnt go so well!! Freaking rude little lady says we can refund you 6 dollars or she can come pick up the missing items. What? Shes a student without a car. Absolutely no Im so sorry--I understand youre upset - NOTHING. I tell her Im disappointed cause I wanted what I paid for and will rethink ordering again. Her response, OKAAY have a great daaaay and HANGS UP. Wow! you rude little brat! Lucky I dont live in Ca or Id walk in there to pick up my 6 bucks and see if she has that attitude in person. Absolutely RUDE - NEVER AGAIN!
If I change the recipient with detailed instructions on how to get in touch with me, you dont get to have a kid on the phone say oh well its not our fault we tried when you didnt even get in touch with the new recipient and think that settles it. Lol. Bad customer service is an understatement.
This time customer service was ok, last time they forgot half my order then said they couldnt help me with an attitude. Half the time nobody is at the counter and you have to yell until somebody comes out. While i was waiting i overheard someone complaining about not recieving their order over the phone and as soon as they hung up one worker said to the other workerthat was so fake and to that the other worker said and the academy award goes too... SMH!This business has room for improvements!
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT order from the Berkeley location. These people are not reliable and will lie about attempting to make deliveries. Maria at the Berekely location has a very nasty disposition and is VERY RUDE. Not only is she rude, but she hang up on the customers. The delivery driver lied about trying to make a delivery, but couldnt get through the gate. Oh, the power of having the ring doorbell. One which shows NO ATTEMPTED deliveries from Edible Arrangments. Maria, I hope you and your delivery guy are reprimanded for such actions.
Im so irritated! This location doesnt answer their phones! I had an order that was to be delivered yesterday on Valentines, then get a email about an unsuccessful delivery. THEY NEVER CAME ! SO THE DRIVER LIED. My mom is the first person you see when you enter her job. YOUR company car isnt on none of the video cameras either ! She waited way passed her shift for the delivery. No calls to her nor me. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH OTHER LOCATIONS ! I paid an extra $20 fee for nothing . Been trying to get ahold of that store, its near impossible. I will get a refund through my bank .Update: i did get ahold of someone about two weeks ago and they quickly refunded me the money no problem . I just wont do this again.
Delivery drivers will cuss you out over the phone because they cant find your house. Save yourself time and just order from a different store. 👎👎👎
Firstly ...I’ve been working at this store for 4 months and this store has poor customer service and bad mangement. Manger tells employees not to answer the phone and tells the employees that she’s not in the store when she really is. I’ve. Been yelled at in front of a customer as if I wasn’t doing my job. ... Hahaha I will never work at this store ever again.

I Ordered a Large and got a Regular. Delivery to me theres really not that much fruit only in the front and the back only 1 or 2 pieces. I mean i rather hand make it my self then order from this places again. If i could give a zero i would 15 doller delivery is Not Even Worth It !!Plus theres 2 experience !!

Worse experience EVER!!!Ordered a $120 to be delivered on monday.Well friday my friends checked out of the hospital on friday and when asked about the fruit, they knew nothing of!EDIBLA arrgs says they called the customer,friend says no call came!So friday I spoke to mgr who said they will deliver it saturday and give me 20% off.Well,why trying to visit with friends from another state,I am dealing with these calls at the airport parking lot.I explained this to the mgr and said deliver it to my house,I will be home.The mgr then sends it to my house,lol,and has another worker call me after he left to get my CC number so they can hive me 20%.I explained to him,I was 2 hours from home,dont know what cc I used and I would have to wait till sat..So I call saturday,to tell them I paid paypal and this is crazy, they offered refund!Nothing for the week delay,5 phone calls and the headache of a 5 day late arrg!!!the young girl explained I could call AGAIN on monday and TRY for a refund!Haaa haaaa haaaa haaaa haaaaa!I appreciate you telling me that!!!1/26/17 paypal gave full refund!Even after they tried providing a tracking number that says its being made,lmao!Slackers!
This business doesnt answer their phone or honor their commitment to deliver per Internet order placed and paid for! I had to reverse charges through my credit card company. They must be going out of business. I cant imagine staying in business with customer service this poor!
