Although I didnt end up buying a mattress from here, Eina(sp.?), Chelsea, and one more person (I forgot their name--Im sorry) were extremely friendly. They were also completely honestly understanding when I told them that the mattress I tried at European Sleep Works felt better to me. I would be willing to come back even just to hang out with the staff.

Fun spot! Great product but very expensive. Also worth noting that there is a lag between order and shipping so plan ahead. I didn’t end up purchasing from them just due to how long the delivery would take. But if you plan for that I think you’ll be very pleased with the product.

Horrible products...Manager was very nice but said if i really did research their beds were full of chemicals...and not to buy in to the all organic bull they were pushing...did independent research and learned the truth. Fail X10

A fantastic product if you put a premium on great sleep

I am so glad I ordered through Donna and Dillan at the Berkeley store! Of all the mattress places I have shopped they were by far the best! No pressure, informative, friendly, and a phone call away to answer and questions or concerns....and as far as the mattress- I originally ordered a classic 8. My husband likes firmer but I like softer, so compromise with a medium firm right?? So thats where the classic 8 seemed like the best bet. After a few nights I was having difficulty getting comfortable especially on my side. I called Dillan at the store. He said due to my size (113lbs) I was probably not sinking in enough and should go softer. He suggested we would do better with an Energie Opus...it has an extra inch layer of the softer foam. It is perfect! Soft enough for me yet my husband still feels it is supportive. The exchange was painless!! Thank you so much to Donna and Dillan for all the help!!!

I dont know about their mattresses. I was attending an art reception in the store and the paintings were really mediocre.
