This is by far the best body shop in the Oakland Berkeley area. It’s been in existence for a long time, and is on its 3rd generation of Kurt’s.These guys are honest, and known to all the insurance company appraisers. And the parts guys.Go there!

Amazing no business that does great work super happy

They were great. I had a small dent and scratches on my van from when a friend borrowed it and hit a tree. They fixed it up beautifully and didn’t even charge for it. Super friendly and helpful.

Love this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They fix your car quickly and try and help you out as much as possible. They fixed my car and checked up with me twice. Gave me a quote before fixing, explained what the issues were, called me when the car was ready and then called again when they found a fuse out.

Very great customer service. I took my car to have body work, and they helped me fix an issue nothing to do with body work. Awesome genuinely honest.

Our passenger side view mirror had been knocked out of its housing, hanging by the wire that connects it to the mirror adjustment controls. A big problem for us (since we had no idea how to fix it by ourselves). We stopped by Koehlers (no appointment); they fixed it immediately. They were great. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Koehler is our go to auto body shop for all repairs. They did a great job on my older BMW, and matched the paint perfectly, despite the age of the car. Each ding and scratch was discussed in detail before the work was done during the lengthy free estimate. The prices were the best of three highly rated auto body shops I sought out. This company has a very caring attitude about their customers and they communicate well, and best of all: the work is very high quality. Good place & nice service

Had my Infiniti FX 35 in some minor body work. The color of the repaired area did not match with the rest of the car. They said it was the nature of metallic paint that caused the difference. I found out later from another body shop that they should have blended the color beyond the repair area to even out the color. If you have a new car with metallic paint do not go there. Very unprofessional.
