Was given a very competitive estimate and discounted car rental while they repaired my car. Had to wait a day to pick up the car because they received the wrong part from the dealer,so they knocked off $100 from the total price . Could not be happier with the final results!

So, I recently got into a terrible accident on the free way (bumper/hood pushed up into my car). I took my car to 101 auto and had the pleasure of meeting David. Who was very nice and kind enough to give me an estimate with new factory parts and with ones from other local dealers. He was very straightforward and polite. Unfortunately, I could not afford the estimate and was going to have to transport it to a family friend who said he wanted to take a look at it. David was very kind and waived the initial $200 fee. He even gave me some advice about another issue with my car. I would highly recommend this place and would have liked to use their services but my budget and family wanted another opinion. Great customer service.

The boss is really friendly and the service is excellent. On the contract we didnt include the car wash and the spray on my hood, but he did both for me without extra payment. Definitely worth recommending!
