Hello everyone, just purshased a heating element for my Samsung dryer and while trying to install the maintenance guy told me that was not the part needed, so I didn’t installed, instead the right part was a fuse, so I brought the part back to reliable parts to Berkeley location to get the right part, but they declined to return my money back, they kept my $160.70, DMS Michael S and his boss thank you for ripping me, hope you have a nice dinner, will definitely not refer anyone for Reliable Parts,,, 6-14-19
