Fresh baked bagels every morning, soft and delicious. Bagels are awesome and they have nice variety, however I been there twice and both times everything bagels were finished. So if thats what you like call ahead before you go.Otherwise place is always clean, they do have fresh coffee and hot tea. Got come cold drinks as well but not much. They also have cold and hot sandwiches for quick lunch but I never tried them yet. May be next time.

All employees were very friendly, great customer service and the bagels are awesome. I ordered Rainbow bagels for my kids and Everything for my husband and I. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

Amazing food!! The part that killed it was the man behind the counter asking me to meet him outside after his shift :( such a damper on the experience!! He then proceeded to follow me into my tow truck and commented how nice my legs looked. Fearing for my life I accidentally ran him over with my truck and on Thursday I have a court hearing .

This is my go to bagel shop after trying numerous bagel shops on a quest to find a good bagel in the area. I like the bagels from another shop in the next town over, but its a bit too far to travel to for me to buy bagels all the time. They have a lot of varieties of bagels. Do get to the shop on the earlier side if you want some of their specialty bagels as these go quick (especially in the weekends)!

I’ll start off by saying this place has absolutely fantastic bagels and cream cheese, but they take FOREVER. I’ve tried ordering over the phone, ordering in person, ordering on apps. My most recent order (through doordash, but I picked it up) took over 50 minutes for 3 bagels with cream cheese. I just don’t think they can keep up. Disappointed.

We don’t even live in Berkeley Heights but we make the drive as often as we can to get Craft Bagel’s. They’re deliciously fresh. They have a vast selection of bagels, a lot of cream cheese choices, breakfast sandwiches and more. Today I got the rainbow bagel, toasted with bacon/scallion cream cheese! Definitely recommend!!

Seems like a bunch of kids running the place, but who said entrepreneurship has to be limited to older people? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Bagels are huge, theyre cooked perfection, place is clean, professionalism observed, place is well stocked, & organized. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else in all honesty. I hope this place stays put.I went from eating maybe two or three bagels per year, to having to discipline myself to not go there every day. Im at the age now where I cant have that many carbs or else Ill be 500 lb.The French toast bagel is to die for, and they have every bagel available to suit ones taste. Coffee is fresh, lots of different options as far as flavorings and I guess the only complaint is the location because there isnt a lot of parking available - on the street and near an intersection - traffic 35 to 40 mph past the location.Confirm what I say is correct. 👍

By far the best bagels and the best price in the area. When we moved here we were suggested a lot of bagel shops but we haven’t found one that has been better than Craft Bagel. We have been here multiple times and each time has been fantastic. Definitely our top choice for a morning breakfast run.

We used to go to OBagel exclusively but have made the switch to Craft Bagel Company! The bagels and spreads are a better price and the quality is great. I placed a huge order with them for a work event and they nailed it. They do well with the small orders too. Great addition to berkeley heights 👏

Superb new bagel shop making old-fashioned bagels (boiled first, then baked). Head-and-shoulders above other bagel shops in the area - crisp exterior, with a soft, but not too chewy interior. Excellent selection of standard and speciality bagels and other items. Go before its too crowded to get in every morning.

Service was good, food was tasty, but the amount of tuna (see photo) could have been larger, and the jalapeno bagel (not shown) had only the barest fragment of a jalapeno within it.
