I walked in to see what LVP they had available and ask about getting a quote for replacing some carpet. The owner intercepted me and started aggressively asking questions about the project. His tone was unpleasant, he didnt seem to be knowledgeable about the product (these things are changing every year so its hard to keep up), and he was argumentative about seemingly inconsequential things despite clearly having no idea what he was talking about (but with his 50 years of experience he didnt see how he could be wrong). Oh, and he started off by saying that he could provide a rough ballpark estimate for a job but he wouldnt provide an actual quote without a deposit.Gave it a bonus star because if youre willing to ignore the grumpy old man then its at least a local place where you can view the product before purchasing from someone (anyone) else.
