Fair price based on time it took. I had an exhaust leak that the the dealer said would be expensive to fix and maybe I should just sell the car. It was a specialty gasket that I had to buy from the dealer anyways (or wait a week for delivery from supply house). I feel like they were not trying to take advantage. The mechanics Jimmy and Rolan spoke with me and clearly described the issue as well as how long it would take to repair. The owner treated me respectfully.

I got my resonator removed on my Mk7 GTI and had a good experience. Very timely and sounds amazing, no problems with the welding so far and the mechanics were friendly. Be the judge yourself on their welding, I personally think they did satisfactory

I brought my car here to get an aftermarket exhaust put in, they did a great job and got it done quickly. Owner and employees were super nice and talkative. The exhaust sounds incredible and if google would let us I would post the sound clip.

I went there for replacing the resonator and two mufflers for my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT on Sept. 2019. They cut the original resonator both end and then welded the new resonator to the pipe and the catalytic converter. Again no brackets and bolts attached to the catalytic converter. The mufflers & resonator they installed does not match with the OEM and they also cut the aluminum exhaust tips too short. After they pulled out the car I noticed the mufflers were hanging down too low and the exhaust tips were too far in because they cut too short and completely misaligned. I had them to raise the mufflers and position the tips. It rides very nice and quiet. When the pandemic hit last year I hardly drove my car and last month there were leaking between the resonator and the catalytic converter and one of the exhaust tip fell off because they welded too much to the steel mufflers in which not supposed to. So the parts lasted about 4,000 mi. Overall I paid them $800 for the “Non-OEM” resonator and two mufflers and the rest of the existing rusted pipes were left alone. My car didn’t look that good. So this month I went ahead ordered new stainless steel muffler kits which comes with resonators, pipes and mufflers and I also order chrome dual exhaust tips on eBay Auto part. The parts cost me $460 and I had the local mechanic replaced the parts and so I paid the labor $185. Altogether I paid $645. Now I’m very impressed with my ’00 Pontiac GP because they look exactly the same from the OEM and it rides beautifully. I would be careful going there and ask them for specific parts before you waste money. I would not go back there again. Good luck.

If your a busy person and don’t have patience for the dmv, come to this place, they do inspections!!! Definitely saved me some time and the best part is if there’s anything wrong with your car they’ll fix it right on the spot so that way you don’t have to go back and forth. And let me just say if you want your car to sound great this is the shop to go too.

Went in to get my resonator deleted, I needed an X pipe for my s7 so I spoke with either the owner or the manager whom ever was in charge that day and asked him multiple times if they have the tools needed and an x pipe available. I was reassured not to worry we are professionals we will get it done. When asked for the price he told me it was $600.00 to get a resonator deleted... ultimately I didnt want to keep shopping around I just wanted it to get done and leave, so we agreed on $500.00 if I left a 5 start review. I found the price was way too high but he ensured me it was because of the type of work needed. They start cutting the resonator off with out measuring anything. Nothing was put in place to catch the resonator, in fact the tech there let the resonator slam on the floor from a 6 foot drop or so since the car was lifted. After they finish banging my exhaust into place they bring the car down and the exhaust tips are completely misaligned. I told them about it and their solution is to cut the exhaust tips... Now I was starting to get annoyed because why would we cut at another location to fix what they started in the resonator area. They ended up cutting a second location behind the muffler. I was just happy to leave. The car turned on sounded good, for about 2 days. then the EPC light turned on I ended up going to another shop because I didnt think coming back to this shop would have solved anything. So here I am updating my review because now Ive ended up paying twice for the exhaust because the shop insisted they new what they were doing but did a job I could have done in my back yard with a welding starter kit. Would not recommend, anyone get any work done here.

Before I went I called to see if they were available to take my car in. I came in due to an exhaust leak on my GS430. These guys were so welcoming and wanted me to be involved in the whole process! Kept me updated on everything they were doing. I brought them coffee and drinks cause they took my car in near the end of their day on 4th of July weekend. I couldnt be happier with the results and will definitely be returning to have more work done!

Im giving the gentlemen a low review based upon the fact he over charges for his service. He outrageously charges people for work on a vehicle when it could be done for cheaper. I had to get the service done cause my was obnoxiously loud. I will never come here again. He give a lot of excuses on why the price is the price. Again will not be using his services ever again

I had them install a new muffler that I already bought from a website. They charged a lot of money just to put in a new muffler that only took 30 minutes to put in . The welding job they did was very sloppy. I love the sound my car makes now but i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dodge challenger V6. First got there, didn’t really know what to do to improve my exhausts sound. Workers and owner helped me finding where to start. I got with mufflers delete, was sounding good but felt like i could go for louder, i ended up 3 months later doing the resonators delete. Now the car sounds amazing. They’re professional and fast. I needed to change 2 worn out tires. I went to this place and spoke to the owner/ manager who spoke softly who said the wheels were $50 a piece with wheel balance and installation included. When I drove my car in front of the bay the worker started shouting Whoo! electric! Electric car! waving his arms up as he did. I got out since he was to drive the car into the bay/lift. He didnt know how to make the car move so I had to get back in and drive the car in myself (I should have driven off at this point). Turns out they didnt have the tool to remove the special bolts. I noticed the owner/manager and his worker were in tandem while the owner tried to sell me $20 for using the special tools he had that did not fit the worker was quick to dismantle the wheels and ruin the special bolts now unusable. The owner walks away. The worker toils around eventually goes for lunch. I took the car in at 10 in the morning. By the time I got out was 4 pm. for 2 wheels! The worker slaps everything together with bolts missing, tire pressures were below specs and unequal. I said to the owner/worker why didnt they balance the wheels. The worker barked in I dont want to. Im going home. The owner turns to me and said he doesnt to. and charged me $20 extra for the special way they had to remove the special bolt to get the work done. After 6 hours with bolts broken, sloppy incomplete job and charged extra... to the OWNER and his worker....what a CHEAT. I say worker because I think hes NOT A MECHANIC not even a trainee. Dont waste your time and money.

This place is simply awesome. Took two cars there...my Audi A4 for a muffler delete and a VW Beetle Converitble for a resonator replacement and to weld on new exhaust hangers. Both cars came out spectacular, and I have since been very happy with their services! I’d recommend this place to people looking for a well-experienced muffler shop. These guys know their stuff.

I found out I had a bad CV joint and a bad lower control arm during a snow storm and gave them a call. They told me to come in 30 minutes after I called they had the part and fixed the car in a short time and the price was right.

Be Aware!! I went there to get a price on a flex pipe for a Toyota Camry and I was Quoted $100 more than a couple of other places that I had gone to, they tried to rip me off . This place said the flex pipe was going to cost me $220 LoL, while I got it repaired for $120 else where .

I will never recommend coming to this place. The staff are not honest about their job. I went here to patch welding my exhaust but instead ending up paying for nothing. My car still has leak. It’s my first ever review regarding any service provider and the only reason behind it is that the customer’s positive reviews about Prestige Mufflers took me there to just check the reliability of those reviews. Muffler of car was broken, I took the pictures and went there. The owner named Rida was there with a smiling face to help. He just saw the pictures and gave me a very good price for the fix. I was there right at the decided time. He was there to welcome and personally checked the problem with me & the guy who was gonna fix that. There was some extra repair required to fix the problem. The thing I really appreciate is that they didn’t try to push me to go for the extra repair. They let me to decide, otherwise they were ready to fix as promised. Started the job right away after getting my permission to go for the extra fix. The guy was real quick and fixed the problem. Rida again personally checked the fix with me and gave 75% off for the extra fix. Told the other guy to give a look on overall performance of vehicle. Fixed the check engine light without any extra charge. All the staff was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend the place.

We’ve had work done on our 2010 Ford 150 here twice and both times the service and price were fantastic. Work was done quickly and without a lot of run around. The owner, Rida, is very enthusiastic and outgoing which makes the whole stressful process of getting a major car repair easier. A year later, our truck suddenly died. I called Ford dealerships - closed on Sat., seriously ?? Then I remembered Prestige. I called Rida and he even recommended a reputable towing company. It was towed to Prestige within an hour. Done! Huge relief. He promised to have it looked at quickly to let us know what was wrong - true to his word he called us within an hour. The price was reasonable. Prestige had it done within a few hours, and on a busy Saturday no less. His mechanics are fantastic. The next time our truck needs a repair (and it will because it’s old) I won’t bother with other shops, I’ll just call Rida at Prestige.

Went here to get my tire checked bc it was leaking here. The guys here were nice which is why I gave them 2 stars but they told me that I needed my rim grinded and they cant do it and referred me to another shop. Ended up going to another tire shop in NY and guess what they fixed my problem with the tire. Just needed to be resealed. Now I dont loose any air from the tire. Not sure why these guys couldnt figure it out. Probably bc they never took the tire off just sprayer it with the soap water and said the leak the from the side and my rim needed to be grinded to match. The NY shop took the tire off and checked and found the leak was from the seal on the other side of the tire. Dont think Ill be going to this place again if I have any other tire issues.

Horrible welders and TERRIBLE owner. Made racist comments when an issue came up that was his welders fault. Tried to make it look like it was ours.

The mechanic does not know how to weld or bend pipe . Spot welding looks horrible uneven install on mid muffler and over charged he couldnt finsh the job properly! stay away!
