Store is always clutter free, stocked with numerous variety of products for corcasion, brown & dark skinned customers. I found all the products I needed and knowledgeable staff that will come point out the product to you, as per staying behind the counter and directing you & you still have to search. Upon purchasing, the owner hands you a free bottle of hand sanitizer (bottle size based on the amount you spent), which is a nice gesture. Also their prices are much less than the other one I visited. And coming from TX where prices are so low, thats a plus.

My go2 spot jus bcuz not only do they treat u gud but they have staff that KNOW THE PRODUCTS NOT JUS SELL👀& PUSH! Reasonable $$$& if they dnt have it ask they get it! The LADIES THERE, SMH LOVE THEM ALL👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

FRONT DESK OLD MAN IS SO RUDE!! They mislabel pricing and do not care about customer service. You would think during times like this business would be valued but I think not at this establishment. Go to the other place on beauty supply store on teaneck rd they are very nice and helpful!

That Asian man that rings people up, is so rude. He doesn’t say “hello”, “next” or anything. He just stares at you so I just put all my the on the counter. Also he doesn’t say thank you after you complete your purchase. He did this for 2 people that were ahead of me on line and then for myself. He lacks customer service. And us women are the one keeping him in business. We should start boycotting this place, they are catering to women of color, yet they have no respect for us. We need to take out money some place else!

The worst experience of my life! I would not recommend this place to buy supplies to anyone ever. This place is filthy, items are old,owner is a grumpy mean person. The owner tried to rip me off and over price the items there. Very bad customer service when someone is in need of help. He does not care and is only trying to make a profit. I highly recommend going somewhere else. This shop is the worst!

I go there with my friends and they have nice lip glosses that are not expensive ive only tired the lip glosses. I would recommend for their lip products

The worst service customer I have seen in my life!The owner of the place is a terrible sales person. I tried to buy hair extantion I got so existed to finally buy it and since I dont have any expirance with this I decided to ask him few questions and he gave me so much attitude! I asked if he can give me a better price since I just wanted purchase the item and leave, then he told me go to the other store and buy there, he literally kicked me out instead of being nice to me and try to sale me. So rude and stupid of him. He just lost a customer and many more since I thought of recommend it to all of my 100K followers on IG.This is my one and last time I will visit there, thats for sure.
