Great experience and the shutters look awesome. Nate came out and gave my wife and I ideas and was able to show us what each type of shutter would look on our windows. We have never had plantation shutters so we were pretty nervous on how they would look but are extremely happy. There was a small cosmetic issue with two of the shutters when they arrived but they ordered replacement parts and had it fixed as soon as the new parts arrived. Would definitely recommend using them for window treatments.
