One of the worst locations to go to to get your medication....Terrible service for the Pharmacy. The drive thru is closed today only one pharmacist doing everything. She wasnt even at her station and had to wait for her to come back from wherever she was. The drive thru is mostly unavailable at this location on a daily basis because of staff shortages and Covid testing so I almost never can get my meds. Switching everything back to the Lakewood Ohio location on Clifton where the drive thru is always open.
100% of the time when I need to pick up a prescription I always wait. The pharmacy is the slowest Ive ever dealt with EVERY time. This review is a long time coming not just a bad experience my first time but this is probably my 12 time in the last year and its always a 20 minute wait no matter if its only me in line or 3 more in front. They dilly dally more than Ive ever seen. I dread coming here. I think Ill be switching to Walgreens.
Horrible customer service. I tried transferring my prescription over from Walgreens (had no choice because of my insurance) and they said my insurance only covers a 90 day supply and I have a 30 day and 60 day supply. What’s the difference?? And when I call I always have to wait 10 minutes on the phone.
Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! Tried waiting while they fill my aunts prescription and they said it’s a 2-3hr wait. We told them we would wait anyways and the pharmacy tech said “if you don’t like it go down the road.” I would give negative stars if possible.
Nice front staff. Pharmacy does not seem at all concerned with answering the phone. There are questions and concerns that cannot be answered by the automated process. We are all short staffed at this time and I understand that. However, I called several times over the course of 3 days and not once did they answer. I just sat on hold for 20 minutes before giving up.
I know the best CVS store is in Berea at 212 West Bagley Road.. No matter how busy the staff is they are ALWAYS helpful and very nice. my survey number is 2264 7467 1206 090 36
Very disappointed at this Pharmacy called and sat on hold for 45 min just to get a prescription refilled, they never picked up so I went to CVS. I tried to do it online At first for some reason it wouldnt let me, sat at the drive thru window for 10 min, no one came to the window. Went inside and I was told I would have to wait a few moments. Nobody in the drive thru, nobody in the pharmacy inside, and still have to wait. Then the rude customer service I received. SMH. Maybe its because she is the only one filling scripts she says (Kalie) Everyone has a bad day, but I didnt deserve the rudeness. And its not the first time. Time to find a new CVS. Its also time they hire a full staff at this location.
Pharmacy is horrible. Long phone waits and drive thru is useless. Go to the Walgreens down the street, unless your stuck needing a 24 hour pharmacy.
Scheduled a covid test. Called me an hour before test to cancel because the test tech never showed up to work. Absolute garbage customer service.
I dropped off a prescription at 7pm and they said they would have it ready by 9pm. I came back the next day at 6am, and it wasnt ready. The guy at the window had no idea why it wasnt filled. Nobody called to let me know there was a problem. Then the guy told me he couldnt fill it right now because his computer wasnt working. Im not sure if I believe him, but the pharmacy looked dirty and cluttered, so I decided to just take my prescription elsewhere.
Disgusting building. Looks like its never been cleaned once before and I would rather not get medicine from a place that cant clean carpet.
Very unprofessional and usually rude Pharmacist, technician and other workers. The store is not clean and neat.
Its ok i only buy some things here i prefer Walgreens
This CVS is really a one-star operation, but I only upgraded them to two stars because theyre open 24 hours. It just seems that whatever service you came here for, there is only a 50% chance of them having it. I would only go there during the hours Walgreens down the street is closed.
Always cleans, always fast, and always open!
I am the Executive Director of Furever Companions Animal Rescue in Olmsted Falls and we are having a mini-fundraiser where we are creating outdoor kitty houses made out of styrofoam coolers to help feral cats have shelter and warmth for the cold winter months. I called the pharmacy today to see if they could save their styrofoam coolers for me that they normally discard. The woman I spoke to in the pharmacy said she didnt have time to talk to me about fundraising and cut me off mid sentence and hung up on me before I could even fully explain why I was calling. Very rude and unprofessional and I now plan to never go to this CVS location again even though its right by my house.
If you are trying to get some new prescriptions filled, go somewhere else... Seriously.. Dr sent in my scripts lastnight while I was in the hospital. Got released this afternoon and no scripts. Dr sent again, called held 30mins left voicemails and still 6pm no meds. I called multiple times held.. Called back.. Then finally got a hold of someone from a different department who said they will tell them to answer the phone. Got transferred and held 30 mins only to be told by Chris Agylor that voicemails were backed up and his co worker was still listening to them all... How?? This is completely unacceptable...
The pharmacist, Reuben, is one of the least pleasant people I’ve encountered
Am very disappointed that my Dove soap is kept locked up and I have to get a clerk to open the case. Dont have time for this bull..
Very slow and all over the place
Merch is over priced, even compared to other drug stores. Prime example: Little Debbies with package markings of .59 cents on sale for a dollar. Their Xtra bucks rewards expire quickly too. Its basically only decent as a convenient pharmacy or when absolutely nowhere else is open.
Spent 25 min. waiting on phone with 2 hang ups & then 2 cannot pick up messages for a status on a prescription. Simple fish oil tablets...take my business elsewhere(?)
This CVS gave professional service and transferred over a couple prescriptions from another CVS without a problem.
Pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacist is disrespectful and hangs up on me multiple times. I’ve had the same issue with the same pharmacist 4 times in the past 2 months. They don’t have it together. They are not professional whatsoever. Female pharmacist is very smug and refused to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy.
I love this store .Customer service is very helpful and friendly .Rose and Dave have helped me find items .The pharmacy is very informative and accurate .They answer all my questions .i enjoy shopping at a store where i feel like a person not just another number .THANKS ALL CVS ASSOCIATES.😊😊😊
Been on hold forever...waiting to find out price of medication....
You need to teach your employees to pay attention to customers appearance and use the right pronouns. It is so disconcerting being a cis female and being constantly called a man.
Ive been getting my meds from this pharmacy for almost 12 years now and never have they made a mistake or been rude. In fact, I would say they always go out of their way to make it easy for me and are very very friendly almost like a second family. Yes, this is a very busy pharmacy but patience goes a long way.
The pharmacy department is incompetent! Called twice about a prescription transfer. You would think they would be on top of this, because Im bringing my business to them. No. They ignored my request, and when I called to check on the status of my medication, and nobody knew, or bothered to document on their system of my request. Im transferring my medications to another pharmacy.
Went there today after a different store transferred my prescription to this one and that was the biggest mistake EVER, they are so racist, rude and incompetent at this store it’s ridiculous! The pharmacist started screaming and pointing her finger at me and I asked her why they are so racist she told me to get away from her store and that she refused to fill my 12 yr olds prescription, 2 hours later I get a call from the Berea police department stating she told them I was irate, screaming and trying to climb into the drive threw window and he threatens me telling me that if I come there again I’ll be arrested... needless to say I’ll be filing a discrimination and deformation law suit against her and CVS seeing as though I have the whole thing on video tape, kid was in the car with me and my mom was on the phone I have enough witnesses to testify that I didn’t do anything that she said and she made a false police report( there was also another customer behind me I got their plates on tape so I can and will be issuing a subpoena for them to testify GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK
I have now been on hold for 44 minutes just to answer a question whether they do throat cultures that dont you think your employer should know that
When I got there I realized this was a 24 hour store in which I was elated about. Unfortunately I went in to purchase a few items but realized the line was about 3 people deep so I asked the associate who had no one in his line to get the bathroom key, he said he would have to in literal terms grab my hand and take me to the back to the bathroom so I would have to wait until he gets his line down. Mind you no one was in his line before I got there. So I left and put the items I was going to purchase on the counter. Nonetheless, I guess me the customer at the time wasn’t important enough. Sighs, get it together guys. Customer service is at a all time low from the manager down to the associates. Really not thrilled I had to waste time out of my day to be the barrier of bad news.
Ive never seen any other pharmacy take so long to fill a prescription. Every time I order ahead of time before I go pick up (several hours) they are still never ready. I ordered my medicine last night at about midnight and it is now 8 am and my prescription isnt ready. This makes no sense to me. I went to a different CVS a month ago to fill a prescription and i was a new customer and it took 10 minutes. The customer service is also very very horrible here. The pharmacists are always very rude and act like its your fault they your prescription isnt ready. Will be switching to a different CVS after dealing with this horrible place for 3 years.
Not a very friendly staff. No greeting or thank you. Waited for rx for 10 min in drive thru while pharmacy staff stood behind the counter talking.
High prices. Good customer service. Short lines. Only medium busy.
Its usually always quick trip. Very pleasant workers:)
Had to put in late prescriptions.Fast and courteous service.Helpful pharmacists.
The pharmacist Kyle has a God complex and decides when to deny people their prescriptions prescribed by their actual doctors. Very rude and unprofessional.
Never had a problem filling a prescription at the pharmacy before now its a problem time to switch pharmacies
Transferd me to like ten diffrent peiop;efdsa
The pharmacy does not answer the phone in a timely manner.
Good place for 24 hour access to purchase needed items, but always more expensive than other nearby places
Pharmacist is rude and uncaring of patients needs. Left me to go through withdrawals from a mood stabilizer due to a miscommunication with my Dr. He would rather I go to the ER for my symptoms than release one pill for the evening until I could contact my Dr the next morning to resolve the mix up.
The last 4 or 5 times Ive been there its been at least a 20 minute wait without a car moving! Horrible customer service!
Bad reviews for CVS. Do something to improve these numbers.
Very unreliable never have prescription on time. Customer service well how can I put this. On a scale to one to ten a zero.
The pharmacy is hilariously bad, transfer everything over to the cvs up the road. They don’t ever answer their phone, I’ve been there and they’ll just let it ring with no care. Currently been on hold for 45 mins
