Amany and I agreed that I would be there on Saturday to pick up a cabinet. I apologized for not being able to be there sooner, but it was a far drive for me. She confirmed when I could pick it up. When I arrived, she had sold the item to someone else — and never bothered to message me to say it had sold and that I shouldn’t come. I drove more than an hour for nothing. So unprofessional and discourteous.
