I really like this location. I wish I actually lived in this area so I could make it my main store for preorders. Matt has been super friendly and is very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I highly recommend giving this store a visit.

Best place I found to get headphones, or that noveltie idem, just dont take a game or system in to sell to them. Yes you may have paid $200 for it a week ago and can sell it in a private sell for $150 very easy, they still will only give you $9 for it or maybe $12 of in store credit.

Looked online, found the game my kid wanted, it said in stock. I took my kid there to get it and was informed that they in fact didnt have it. I asked why it said they did online and also why the case was on the shelf?I was told thats the way they make us do it now, and we dont get paid enough to care.Wow!! Really?With an attitude like that and lack luster customer service, I think he makes too much.

They are a nice store for the little town that Berea is. Visited them throughout college and got what I needed almost all the time.

The employees are always polite and converse with me about video games every time I’m there. It’s an enjoyable experience to be able to talk about mutual interests with the people working here.

The employees there are very helpful, they will politely greet you when you enter most of the time and will help you out at times if they notice you finding a certain interest in an item they will probably help you out! Would really recommend!

Always have a good experience at GameStop but I will say Haley goes above and beyond to help and answer your questions! Even my son said she was the most helpful worker ever, anywhere!

Good game selection, and friendly employee that checked us out, but not enough employees to help customers with several in line behind me. One lady was working, trying her best to keep up. Management need to be improved it seems.

Same as any other game stop, same products. It was pretty clean inside and smelt good. Staff however act as if they have a sense of entitlement. One male staff (name unknown to me) treated me as if I was ignorant to the products I was purchasing. The rest of the workers are okay, but still act like helping people is beneath them. My recommendation is neutral.

Long wait to be checked out. But, the cashier was very knowledgeable on a game we was looking into. Wish they had a bigger store and better selection of cheaper games.

Rep was a great help we were just looking around but he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The customer service here is amazing and everyone who works here is very nice, helpful, and outgoing definitely sad Ill be moving away from this particular store.

Frienly helpful to a non gamer reasonable priced

Purchased a new Level 1 Afterglow headset on 1/27/2018. I tried to return it today 2/11/2018 they told me they couldnt take it back because it was past seven days. The back of the receipt says opened new products can be returned within 30 days, and when I showed them what the store policy on their receipt says, they still told me that I could not return this item.

I mean, its gamestop. Overpriced stuff amd low trade in values, but they are easy to find and get to lol

I went in after an aim controller for my psvr setup. They were not busy as I was the only customer. I looked for about 10 minutes before asking the employee who did promptly inform me they dont have any. And probably wont get them. This is a gaming store.... Its GameStop for crying out loud. I rate a 2 as I dont see any reason I should have to order a controller online when such a huge named gaming store is nearby. Disappointing, but thats why Amazon offers prime, right:)

Called store in advance for an exchange on a misshipped product (new PS system shipped without game included- game should have came with system) from internet and a repurchase on a new PS system with game included for Christmas - Berea store was close to me that had system.Store employee gave verbal go ahead for exchange; drove from Somerset, Ky, (45 minute drive), to store. Upon arriving to store SAME store employee that gave verbal confirmation for exchange declined exchange - said she misspoke when giving confirmation. She confirmed her decision with her district manager with phone call with my son and I present in store.I then traveled another 25 minutes North to Richmond, KY, and made exchange. Richmond was very understanding with the situation and completely worked to make it right...Somerset and Richmond, KY, stores are great to deal with.CANNOT PUT INTO WORDS HOW RUDE AND DISMISSIVE BEREA STORE EMPLOYEE WAS AS TO MY TIME AND TROUBLE IN DEALING WITH HER. SHE COULD HAVE CARED LESS THAT SHE CAUSED MY FAMILY TO DRIVE FOR AN HOUR ON HER WORDS AND TO LEAVE HER STORE WITH NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES...

I love their things in there but you dont get jack out of returned games and consoles!
