This Starbucks most times delivers a quality product with reasonable customer service

Staff is very friendly, drinks are made well and quite promptly. Only con is that, usually, they are out of quite a bit of the food selection. However, thats not really in their control all that much.

First time going to this location and I AM SO SATISFIED! My drink was made perfectly and not messy. My breakfast sandwich was warm and tasty. Restaurant was clean and they were very efficient and quick with the orders! Great job guys🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

We stopped in the Starbucks on Front Street in Berea while moving my daughter out of her dorm at Baldwin Wallace University and had an AWESOME experience. I do not go to Starbucks regularly and am not familiar with their menu. Renee the manager was very kind and helpful! The workers were friendly, the coffee shop was clean, and my coffee was delicious!

Nothing against Berea Starbucks in particular. But Starbucks in general: the worst-tasting coffee Ive ever had and that goes for every Starbucks Ive ever patronized. As far as pastry and other food items: overpriced and not outstanding in any way.

I live on BWs campus and every time I go to Starbucks, I am very satisfied with my experience. They have outstanding service and quality products! Shoutout to Renee for always helping me out!

Employees are always friendly, and I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he always makes my drink just right😊

Not a fan of this Starbucks, other than the layout of the location. I worked at Starbucks for over 2 years and cant believe what I see at this location. The drinks are constantly being made incorrectly, the staff is disorganized and not trained correctly on the drinks. The reason why I am posting a review is because I am tired of getting the drinks made incorrectly. I purchased a Grande CDL, which is a Cinnamon Dolce Latte with no whip cream. I didnt take a sip of it until after I left and the picture is what I saw. It was only a little over half-way full. Its ridiculous that I spent over $5 and received this.

Convenient store thats an asset to have on a college campus, but this is a franchised store so you dont get Starbucks Rewards.

Ive seen several bad reviews of this Starbucks and have to fully disagree with them. Friendly staff, drinks made well, quick service.

Everyone here is super helpful when I cannot decide what I want. They always greet me with a smile and make me laugh. This is my favorite Starbucks to go to because its a beautiful set up and the staff really makes it worth my while to stop. The drinks are made wonderfully and if they arent, they will make it until its perfect!

They need help here. Too slow miss managed and makes mistakes often. They need someone with some experience to whip this place in shape.

I like the service here, enough said about that. They dont make their drinks with enough.. sweet stuff. An exception is that their food box has no problems. Overall, a mediocre leveling Starbucks. (3/5)

They are really sweet. Yeah, they are not perfect, but they will fix their mistakes without an issue. They make my usual perfect! They are so nice and care. I recommend everyone comes here.

Stopped in for a drink. At the time was only patron there so service speed was acceptable. Newer establishment. Place was clean and items were stocked on shelves. Parking can be interesting as lot in back can be full and street parking can be at a minimum. No issues to report this trip.

Remember when Starbucks wasnt a fastfood chain? This location will not be bringing back the days when going to Starbucks was an enjoyable experience. They lack basic customer service skills and once you speak to the management staff you understand why. Teams are lead by example and the example these young men and women are given is not one of professionalism.

I generally use the app to order my drink or food item. Dussell store is my favorite and the Baristas almost always acknowledge when I enter. I love my teas cold or hit and they are always ready in the time allotted!

Easily the best Starbucks in the Cleveland area - the baristas are knowledgeable and friendly, its always clean, and its comfortable to drink a coffee and work for a bit.

I understand it is staffed by college students. However the coffee is very often not to temperature and cold.

Looking at all the star ratings the stuff is nice everyone is friendly coffee is good. The only thing I can guess why it’s not a five star there is no drive-through but I highly recommend this place

I recently just went to a Starbucks and I was overcharged. I got a white lightening which I always get charged as 3.55 I got charged 7$ for a coffee that I get. I brought it up to the cashier and she got rude telling me that I was wrong and it should never be rung up as 3.55. On the app it also shows as 3.55 if I order a white lightening. I have never had a problem with this store but this cashier really ruined my morning. As a college student I have to save as much as I can, and I could have used the rest of the money to buy another drink. This ruined my Starbucks experience.I felt the need to come back and edit my first review. It got worse. They decided to put tea in my sisters iced coffee instead of coffee like we wouldn’t notice. We went back to ask for a new one and they told us they were out so we had to wait. While we watched 10 people get their iced coffees before us for 30 minutes, they finally came back and gave us our coffee. I also got a cold brew and they said they were out so I got water down iced coffee. I watched people get cold brew coffee and they tell me they are out??? I will NEVER come back here ever. The cashier rolled her eyes at us when we got the name of a syrup wrong. Come on.

I was her not too long ago and the service is getting better I can say but yes they messed my drink up and my gift card balance smh get it together Baldwin Wallace and Starbucks I will keep in mind a few months back they had aworker with my same name Shannon she was a black female no offense she was awesome where is she ??? She would keep a smile on everyone face that came in that door and made sure we was satisfied best worker there I would say ask for Shannon she so awesome 😎 for her I give four stars ⭐️

Worst coffee ever!

Typically I have a halfway decent experience at the Starbucks given this is a new store. However, today my order started off good but I left irritated. (The order before mine was made wrong three times). My drink was made cold but I ordered hot. It was remade in the wrong size, so I overpaid. I was irritated and just left. There was no management and looked like a bunch of kids with no idea or training running the place, most of the customer were irritated. A girl in line broke a cup and nobody did anything..... seems like a stressful work environment

Really a lame attempt of a starbucks... 3rd time Ive tried coming here and each time they cant get a simple order of basic black coffee down. Ive never seen a coffee shop struggle to make coffee....hit the one in Middleburg instead....

Very nice, clean store. Could use more seating. As with most Starbucks, feels like they limit seating to keep people from lingering too long. Staff are friendly, but have no clue what they’re doing and messed up my order 4 out of the 6 times I’ve been there. Please get someone there to train people. Mostly college kids from BW.

The soy milk was so sweet in my soy latte that I tossed my drink in the trash after two sips. I confirmed with the staff that they didnt accidentally add syrup to my order.I wouldnt go back here.

Buying a simple black coffee from this place is a chore. Employees cant handle simple tasks that they should know how to handle. I gave up on this place after leaving frustrated on way too many occasions.

Friendly staff but I did notice that the ladys order in front of mine kept getting messed up. I ordered the very strawberry frap and it was far from very strawberry but iced lemon pound cake was amazing!

Asked the cashier to add an extra scoup of strawberries to my drink, was charged extra. This has never happened before. I asked for my iced Caramel macchiato to be sturred. I was told they can only put the shots in first, and they are unable to stir the drink apparently.Then, the poor young man making the drinks, during this super busy time was being lectured by the manager (Blonde woman in her late 40s) because he accidentally added an extra pump of vanilla to my drink.How she handled the situation in front of all the customers was unprofessional. I work in HR, you do not correct someone in this manner.I told the young man things were busy and not to worry, I would drink the drink happily.The same manager was then lecturing the staff of only two about making more coffee, while she was doing nothing and they were swamp.Poor leadership and management all around. Corporate needs to step in and coach this manager ASAP.

The service Ive had here is absolutely atrocious. The last time I was here they messed up my order 3 times. I dont know about anybody else, but Im sticking with Cafe Ahroma.

I really don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I usually have a problem 9/10 times when I go here, whether it’s terrible service or getting my order messed up. The staff is incredibly slow and all they do is talk amongst themselves and ignore the line of orders they have piling up. There are probably one or two baristas here that actually do their job, but that’s it. I usually ask for light ice in my drinks and never get the request fulfilled, and when I ask them to fix it they usually give me an attitude. I also once ordered a latte and was given a chai tea latte instead. This place has such a cool atmosphere but I wish it wasn’t so horribly staffed. I might just have bad luck, but I highly reccomend saving your money and going to the Starbucks in Middleburg Heights.

They don’t even know how to make a London Fog. They used English Breakfast tea and Soy milk?? A London Fog is staple coffee shop drink, I expected more from a chain. It took us 30 minutes to get a drink and a bagel then the drink was horrible made. Unfortunately I didn’t even see until we were 20 minutes away. I threw it in the trash. Waste of time.

They got 4 orders wrong in a row. When I asked about correcting mine they just did the same thing they already did. No one was using gloves or tongs to handle food.

I cant have my white chocolate latte again without coming here and having these guys make the best Starbucks i have ever had.
