Ive wanted to try this place for a while. The bagels are great. It was super busy and the coffee and teas were okay but not what sold me on it.

I rarely leave reviews, but everyone needs to know how great this place is. I came here for breakfast after discovering my bike had been stolen from the hotel parking lot, and they were so incredible and gracious. A huge thank you to Katie, who offered tips and suggestions for recovering it, in addition to her generous kindness. A visit here honestly turned around my morning, especially after I bit into one of the most delicious bagel sandwiches Ive ever had.

Awesome bagels, terrible coffee. Like sour and weak kind of terrible. Maybe it was a fluke. These were Americanos. Perhaps the drip coffee is better. The bagel sandwiches were unusually fantastic.

They seem to have read my mind. I’d been thinking about real bagels as one thing I miss on the road. These guys are making them fresh and in-house, and topping them with all sorts of locally-sourced goodness. I got a chicken curry salad sandwich on a sesame bagel. Perfection!

I love it here. Plenty of vegan options including avocado, falafel, and vegan cream cheese (coconut based and pairs well with sweet or savory bagels.) The coffee is from a small Latina-lead roasting company in NC. I appreciate any business than not only delivers great food but makes responsible choices.

Stopped for a quick coffee and the employee suggested a beekeeper latte when I asked, which turned out to be delicious!

Yum-O My falafel bagel was amazing my tummy was VERY happy and my Americano hit the coffee spot. I also recommend the lox & cream cheese a luxury hard to find around here. Native Bagel gets 5 stars for great food and even greater customer service. I wish I could go everyday!

My everything bagel was perfect and the cold brew made my insides feel like sunshine. I already love this local spot. It has good food and good feels. My barista/bagel artist was pleasant and I loved the minimalist decor.

The best home made bagels Ive ever had, hands down. I always get the basic bagel sandwich (egg and cheese on a plain bagel) which also has paprika Mayo, which is something I didnt know I needed in my life. The coffee is amazing and the staff is always super friendly. The restaurant itself is so pretty. I wish they were open longer hours.

Best bagels and cream cheese of my life! I used to live here and enjoy them weekly, but now Ill always stock up when Im traveling through! Traveler-tip: They freeze well and I enjoy them toasted months later! They also have great coffee, calming atmosphere, and an incredibly wonderful staff!

I apologize I meant to put four my fault. My only problem was the lox were slightly stringy on mine but on some they were fine and my BBQ chips had no flavor at all. But other than that the experience was good such as the service and the cream cheese was fantastic thank you.👍

Friendly service in spite of the COVID restrictions. VERY good everything bagel with a generous dollop of cream cheese. Sadly, the coffee was not quite up to my (no doubt unreasonably high) standards. I would certainly go back, but I might opt for an Americano or Chai with my bagel.

Oh my goodness. These are seriously the best bagels I’ve had! Finally bagels at compare (and honestly, are better than) New York bagels. I got a everything bagel and a latte, and I guarantee to be back. Chewy, delicious, perfect amount of cream cheese. My mouth is watering just thinking about the half dozen we bought to take home. And the best part was that there was another Shaina working there!!

By far the absolutely best bagel I have ever had. Got the country ham and Swiss, excellent and not too salty. The plant wall is fantastic, the owners great people as well. Highly recommend Native Bagel? And will be eating there again... yummmm

I cant even explain my love for Native Bagel Co.! My husband and I usually have a Saturday morning date here once or twice a month and I look for every excuse to stop by. Their new space is absolutely amazing and the entire staff is always so delightful! I have never had anything that I disliked. The bagels are the best I have ever ate. My favorite drink is a Mocha Latte and sometimes I wish I could get 32 oz. ;) Go check them out! I dont think you will be disappointed.

Katie created a delicious homemade gluten free bagel. After testing it for months this Bagel is perfection! So happy to finally be able to enjoy eating a bagel again! Also she has chicken salad, soups and falafel salad too! Lots of gluten friendly options.

Our favorite place to eat in Berea! Pick your noodles, then your sauce, then your protein, then fresh vegetable toppings. Weve tried them all. Everything is delicious! Grab a spring roll to go with it. Its a casual place. Wait in line and watch them prepare your food. (Still faster than a sit-down and take your order place!) Enjoy your food. Take your dishes to the station by the door on your way out.

Great service, delicious bagels, tasty coffee, and a fantastic atmosphere. The prices are fair and the portions are satisfying. Park behind the building if the street is full. In addition to the bagels a lunch menu is available with several sandwich options.

Ive actually never been, but the service is AMAZING! I emailed Katie to see if there was any way I could get a gift card for my sister in laws birthday and WOW, she mailed me a gorgeous gift card, and was super friendly and understanding, even when we had a miscommunication. I highly recommend just for the service!

I live in NYC and always stop by here whenever Im in Kentucky. While the bagels are decent, the cream cheese is delicious. The honey rosemary cream cheese is fantastic. No matter what bagel you put it on, youre in for a treat. If youre in Berea, youll be disappointed if you dont get a bagel here.

I had something so delicious this morning -- an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and BACON. A party in my mouth. Plus a perfect latte. Great staff, beautiful shop!

This is an amazing place to stop for a morning bagel and hot drink. Every single bagel they have is delicious and their cream cheese is out of this world. I got their chai latte and its a huge cup (almost a bowl even!) for a good price. The only thing is that if you have a large group of friends who want to hang around to eat, its a little difficult because theres limited space and seating. Otherwise, pop by to get a wonderful snack or meal alone or with friends.

I arrived around 11am on a Friday. It was very busy and for a good reason. The menu is simple and delicious. The sandwiches are made to order and the bagels are fantastic. There is also a selection of tea and coffee based drinks. I didnt get a chance to try them though. As I was leaving I saw cookies being hand delivered. Overall, it was a great experience that I hope to repeat. I will be stopping in whenever I am in Berea.

I was very disappointed. I purchased two cinnamon rolls at $3 a piece and they were hard as a rock. And it wasnt because it was the afternoon, they were overcooked and very very brown. However, the cream cheese icing was excellent. But there wasnt enough of it to make up for how tuff the cinnamon roll was.

The food is great. Now that they are at their new location, I can definitely recommend native bagel to anyone, great bagels in an enjoyable if very busy environment.Wait times can be pretty bad, but only because of the large amount of people that can come in at once.

Stopped in here for coffee, which was wonderful, but regretted that we werent hungry as the lunch special looked amazing. Really nice people too. Would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is awesome. I had a country ham panini on an everything bagel. Which is country ham, roasted jalepeno cream cheese, and blackberry jam. Will definitely be going back soon.

You will not be disappointed to make a stop at this lovely gem. I am always looking for reasons to make the drive from Lexington just so I can stop at one of my favorite spots in Kentucky. The food is quality, delicious, creative, addicting.. haha. The service is always so very warm and friendly. If I lived in Berea I would absolutely be here on a daily basis. Love love love Native Bagel.

Its a very cozy spot that, when I visited on a chilly spring morning, was full of wonderful people. That just made it even cozier! I got a delicious herbal tea and had a business meeting, and was really pleased with the experience. Great music, kind staff, quick service, and I hear theyre gonna start doing pie soon! Omg cant wait. Native Bagel is a wonderful addition to the Berea community!

Native Bagel Company is the BEST breakfast stop in Berea. I go here at least three times a week. They serve fresh food, made with local ingredients. And as an added bonus, they have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. They do dine-in and carryout, if you choose to dine-in, they have a lovely location with modern decor and a chilll atmosphere. Perfect place for a morning bagel and coffee or tea.
