All I wanted was a small car that would help make short commutes a little easier guys. And, well, naturally, a little honesty.I figured a smart car would be a cheap and decent change of pace.They think its funny to put your life in danger. To not give you the legal documentation required to drive an automobile in the state of Kentucky. To sell you a [expletive] vehicle that would chance your very survival upon exit of the lot.You guys were wrong for what you sold to me and what youre selling these people. Watch the World burn post-pandemic, and laugh as you get richer at the expense of the poor.You all have cost me my home, my finances, and the sliver of peace of mind I had when I embarked on that 1h 30m drive to your place of business.Highlighted Issues:- Never given a license plate or registration (4 months of contact and Oh well send you a new one! [3 times]- Lack of empathy for people struggling to make ends meet- A smile coupled with the obvious sense of Give me your money and take this [expletive] vehicle so I can fill my bank accountMajor Issues:- No brakes on vehicle (after formally asking about them specifically)- Torn and tattered seats- Broken turn signals- No oil and other missing/empty fluids- Hood of car wont stay attached- Tires unchecked, cheap and weak, one gave out mid-commute [completely burst, as if a sword was taken to it in anger]Minor Issues:- Faulted CD player (discs grind and spit back out or get stuck in player, interfering with other radio functions) [Told to just deal with it when asking about it]- Heater generates loud buzzing sound when warming up vehicleAll this could be ignored if I didnt shell out $800 to fix brakes and poor tires, but the icing came when the vehicle completely, COMPLETELY failed nearly a month ago. I contacted you to get something done as far as help with what may have been the issue, was there something wrong I wasnt filled in on, but was given Let me call you back. as an answer to never have had a return call.Im paying for a 1,550 lb paperweight and have been told that if I dont, Ill face legal action for a carThatDoesntEvenStart.I will not let this go. Please, take heed.To everyone else, mind your credit, probe for answers, and most importantly, dont accept something that someone is trying to quickly pawn off onto you for a quick buck. Too many people are willing to do that now, and no one should have to deal with a [expletive] businesss lack of human empathy.Good [expletive] day.

Beware. My son bought a 05 Ford 250 Superduty truck from this place in 2020. The first day he pulled it off of the lot and parked it, the truck would not start back. My son called the owner of the business to let him know the truck was having issues. The owner gave my son 500 dollars and sent him on his way. The owner did not send the truck for diagnostics or to a licensed diesel mechanic to have the truck looked at. From that day the truck sat and was not drivable until 1 month ago and $15,000 dollars worth of parts and labor. My son financed the truck and the payment was almost 400 dollars a month plus full coverage insurance that had to be payed because Kentucky law requires it whether the truck runs or not. I would not recommend anyone buy a truck or car from this establishment.

Sold my 18 year old son a Chevy Hybrid truck. It ran just long enough to get off the lot and them to get their money. We have had it in the shop 5 times at a cost of about $500.00 each time. I should have researched hybrids better and what happens when one little thing goes wrong even a o2 sensor the truck is useless. The fact remains that we were told the mechanic had been through it and it was In good shape. Now my son is paying for a truck he can’t drive. Stay away from hybrids and stay away from this lot. Nice when your dealing with them but they just want the money they don’t care about people.

Very nice when selling you the vehicle but they fix the vehicles enough to where they are good for the first week and then everything goes wrong. Was lied to about my mileage (got proof) so i dont even know proper mileage on my vehicle. Dont purchase anything from here, you’ll be wasting your time and money.

The truck was not like it was pictured. in the pics it had step boards to get in and they were gone, the windshield was cracked . The pictures showed awesome interior no stains and when I got their the seats were stained alot . Truck was no were near what the pictures had showed it to be. Wont go back .

If I could do zero I would. I understand that a as is car is not a guarantee, but what I got from them had a busted radiator 2 days later and then they kept it for over a week fixing it. When the radiator started having problems again I asked what dealership they took it to, since thats what they told me they did, and they would never name anyone. My calls started going unanswered and I was flat out lied to. Best advice I can give is find somewhere else... if thats not possible have a real mechanic check it top to bottom and then get another for a second opinion.

Purchased a car from Soso, turns out it needed a 1300 dollar fix after we purchased the car with cash. He told us he would help since the car was messed up very badly when we purchased it, 9 months later he still has not held to his word & has lied to us many many times. He even tried saying our warranty had expired even though we were in COVID lockdown & were unable to reach him during our warranty due to lockdown.

If I could rate our experience higher than a 5 star I would! They are by far the best place to go when looking for a preowned vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable affordable vehicle. Y’all go check them out 🙃

Bought a truck there and had transmission problems, they took it back and promised it would be fixed within a few days, SEVEN yes 7 weeks later I finally get it back only to have the same issues. Now the owner wont even take my phone call or fix anything. I wouldnt spend one red cent at their lot. Pushy sales only to get sold a piece of junk. Beware

Didn’t buy anything. Place was sketchy. They tried real hard to push a car on me that wouldn’t start to begin with. Then I got down the road and it wouldn’t even go over 15 on the bypass.
