The customer service here could not be any better. From the first phone call to make an appointment until I picked my car up everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable. My car was in for 4 days because of an accident. And they kept me updated with a phone call or text daily. They went above and beyond, communicating with the rental car company, when they really didn’t have to, but made life so much easier. Greatly appreciate all you guys did to go above and beyond to make this experience a way more simple process than it could have been. And the car looks great! Thank you everyone .....

The body work was good no problem there, I dropped off my car with a near full full charge. 229 of 250. They even commented and thanked me. Only to return it to me with less than 40 miles of range after having it for 12 days UNACCEPTABLE, when I made my displeasure known he said ( well there is a charging station nearby ) 😠😠😠😠 really???

If you are looking for a place to take care of your tesla, look no further! They were able to fix my car in record time, and it looks brand new!I was initially worried when my insurance wanted me to take my car to anywhere else but the tesla dealership. However, now I will recommend gerber every time!Thanks again Andy!

Should be stripped of any Tesla Certified marker, and investigated. Just look at my pictures of the paint job they do! They having sanding spot errors all over, and a totally different color paint. This is NOT service you expect for a company that supposedly does high end cars. Dont be fooled! My Tesla Model X was in Suburban for some work with a wheel and adjustments. Im in Toledo, two hours away, so I kindly asked Tesla if they would check it to make sure all is fine. I get a call saying Suburban didnt put the battery to my X on correctly, which caused it to go up in SMOKE. Suburbans insurance covered it, but it ruined my car. Stay clear from these CLOWNS, there is another Tesla Certified shop in Ohio now anyway, good riddance garbage body shop!

Went there for missing part cover for the antenna which was vandalize. Andy was very helpful informative and made great advice. I am now going with them for the repairs

Ive had three vehicles go to Gerber and each time, they continue to provide high class customer service and their work is amazing. Although I hope never to need them again, I know I can count on them if I did.

Definitely a little challenged from a delivery of work standpoint. Customer service was solid and they are trying to rectify the situation, but hi-line cars is probably not their sweet spot.

Incompetent repair. Damaged interior and caused fit and finish issues.They are not worthy of an approved Porsche collision center.Owner of this business - please request photos. I have plenty.

I took my Sprinter van to Gerber Collison in North Olmsted on 1/3/19 for rust repair through Mercedes warranty. They were instructed to Paint the following areas: 2 back doors and a small area next to the passenger door. I called several times to check on my van, I was told they didn’t have a painter and that they were behind. On March 20th, they called and said my van was done. When I arrived to pick up the van, I found additional rust and dents that weren’t there when I took it in. Gerber said, “No problem, we will fix it.” About a month later, the van was finally ready to be picked up. I inspected the van when I arrived at Gerber, everything seemed to be ok. When the van was under a light I found several problems. First, there was rust on each side of the windshield. Second, body work that was done poorly, I could have done a better job with a can of spray paint! When I asked about the rust they stated that I didn’t tell them about it. Again, I asked for them to inspect the van for rust! I finally called Gerber Corporate. I was put in contact with someone to take care of the additional rust and poor workmanship. Weeks went by nothing was done. I called and sent emails about getting this taking care of, I was told they didn’t have a loner available (which Mercedes provided). Again this started 1/3/19 now it’s May. Finally, they called and said take the van to Gerber in the city of Berea. I met with the manager and went over what needed done. They tried to get Mercedes to pay for the third time for rust work. Mercedes said they would not pay a third time to do the job. Finally, they agreed to fix the poor workmanship and the rust on each side of the windshield. About week later, I received a call that additional rust was found on the roof. The manager stated it was from the ladder rack. Now, this is the 4th time I asked them to inspect for rust. When i took it in, nothing was said. It was stated to me by a Gerber employee that all vehicles have rust, it’s not their practice to inspect vehicle for rust. So, when I asked them to inspect the van, he said that wasn’t their job. I would think they would want to inspect it for additional work. I guess they don’t need the business. It’s 6/4/19 the van still isn’t repaired and won’t be fix properly. I’m a contractor, my van is like my office, my business has been disrupted since January. DON’T USE GERBER.

Replaces front grill and repainted front of vehicle. Paint matched perfect. Very nice job.

This place stands behind their work. The fender they repainted/repaired after being smashed in slightly 6 years ago began to rust. The owner seeing as no other rust was on the vehicle gave me no problems and repaired the issue. I will use them again next time my car needs repair from a collision. Why cant more businesses stand behind their work?
