They came and fixed my dryer price was fair and service was great will Definitely call them in the future if IDefinitely call them in the future if I need it
Fixed my dryer promptly and had the parts with him. They are my first call for future repairs. Highly recommend!
We purchased a front-load washing machine from the vendor mall in Berea and were given a 30-day warranty; however, whenever called to fix the situations - they were not remedied. Additionally the lack of professionalism and use of the word delusional toward the people using the machine were very disheartening. I would not recommend purchasing or calling on this company for service.
We were regular customers and have bought appliances from them in the past. Called to have them hook up ice maker. Was supposed to come the next morning. Didnt show up. Called at noon to see when they would be coming. The guy said a job was taking longer than was expected. Which is understandable. But he hung up on me then still never showed and never called back. Our house is Located less than a mile from their building. Ended up going with someone else. Wont be using them again.
Terrible service, been out to my house twiceFirst time said ice maker wasnt working cause ice build up, next time out ice maker was not working cause of sense wire. Both ice maker work if you push manual service button but wont work automatically. Told home warranty company that i rip sense wire and they wouldnt not fix ice maker. Tech didnt leave any paperwork both time, only said they would order parts, never called back telling me service claim was denied
Worst customer service EVER. Went into a vendors mall and purchased a washer with a 30 day warranty sticker. Got it home and water flooded my laundry room. So me and my pregnant wife got to spend the evening on our knees cleaning up water after working a 12 hour shift. Not to mention the hassle of hauling it home, taking the old one out and installing this one. I call the vendor the next morning after returning the washer and he agrees to refund my money. After waiting 4 hours, he finally shows up. Only to inform me that He only refunds the price of the washer and the sales tax was just a loss. Then he proceeds to tell me that the new washer I purchased brand new from lowes was a piece of junk and I would be replacing it soon. Long story short I cussed him til a fly wouldnt land on him, and made sure he knew he was the worse person Ive ever done business with... wouldnt recommend this man to my worse enemy!! Stay away, complete rip off!!
Minus Stars is what this incompetent company deserves. 8 Weeks, 5 parts, 3 technicians, machine is still broken. I cant believe these people are still in business.
LIARS!! Expert Appliance claims that they have only certified techs. This is absolutely not true. The guy who came to my house told me he mostly learned how to work on appliances FROM YOUTUBE AND GOOGLE! And that he got the job because his boss was so swamped he would just send him out on calls without any formal training. They charged me $150 total (2 service fees) and cause my refrigerator ice maker to leak TWICE. They did not fix it the second time around. They lied to me about fixing the original problem with the ice maker (which was why they were coming in the first place). They told me it was fixed. But told my hone warranty company it was a manufacturing defect and unrepairable!!! This is after coming MULTIPLE TIMES TO FIX IT! It turns out, per the manufacturer which I called, that the fridge has a well known manufacturing defect!!! This is only PART of the story. These guys are crooks.
Totally incompetent company. Sent a technician to replace a burnt out cooktop burner. First he checked the switch to make sure the problem wasnt there. It wasnt, but when he reconnected the switch, he mixed up the wires. Two weeks later, the burner on order arrived but it was the wrong part. Ordered again, finally replaced the burner, but it only worked on maximum heat, nothing in between. When I called them to have them come fix the problem they never solved, the receptionist told me that she is new, and that they no longer service my area - which is about 10 miles from their location. Eventually I had a technician from a different company come in, and he discovered the incorrectly connected switch, which caused the burner to not work properly. Typical case of business that needs to be shut down.
Got a used washer for 200$ rattled so bad wasn’t worth buying plus had to load alone by myself

Worst experience that Ive ever had. Over the course of three weeks they rescheduled multiple times within 20 minutes of our arrival window ending because the owner was too busy. I finally asked to speak with him about the unprofessionalism and lack of communication and I was once again told he was too busy, but he would just refund my money. I havent seen my refund yet, but another company has fixed my Sub Zero in 48hrs of contacting them. Stay Away!

Called and scheduled an appt at 10am, the guy showed up at 12:30pm. Was supposed to come back but never did. Called back again a week later and scheduled an appt at 12, the guy never showed up or even called to let us know he would be late/not coming. If you need any appliance fixed, call another company. Haven’t been able to do laundry for over 2 weeks now.
