My family and I were building a home and were expecting to close sooner than expected. We rented a unit for one month with full expectations of only needing it for the one month. After that one month we realized we needed to extend another. Morningstar, as a whole and not just one employee, were super helpful and kind and willing to help no matter the situation. We had to extend our lease for 2 or 3 months past our expected date and every time we were able to without question.Our unit was clean and kept up to date. The lot itself is very clean and kept tidy. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a unit for any period of time.

They are AWESOME! The manager Matthew goes out of his way to help his customers! Im moving 1500 miles away and they were able to take my big orders and shipping items and put them in my storage unit and lock them up for me !!

Pretty basic/normal storage.

Not a fan of the entry gate key pad and exit pad.Updated:Ok let me clarify I dont like how hard it is to get to the key pad in and out. You have to pull up to push the code then back up so the gate will open then drive to the other side of the gate to go out. The security isnt the issue its the convenience or lack of for the customers to get in and out maybe extend the code box out a little away from the gate.

Very poor they increase your price when it suits them talked to mgmt and he said what if I can cut the increase by 1/2. I guess its like doing business with the (fill in the blank) would not recommend them to my x-wife

When my head was spinning, and I was emotionally, mentally and physically EXHAUSTED after my parents passing. I went in just to get a quote in case I needed a storage unit to clear out my parents belongings since weather cancelled the Estate Sale and their home had sold. Celia was AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL ON EARTH FOR ME!!!! I could not have found a better person to be sitting in front of, in my time of confusion and need!! Morningstar Storage is just awesome! I lease a space directly across from our dry cleaning plant from Morningstar and that is the location of our ARGown restoration laboratory. This is my longest review ever so bare with me! I just want to say that my experience with Morningstar Storage was excellent! Whether you’re new to the area or not, if you’re looking for somewhere to store your belongings, this is the place for you.I was caught in a bind with another storage facility and it didn’t workout, but I needed a unit ASAP. Luckily Morningstar was just down the road. I contacted them and was helped by the property manager Celia. She found me a unit that would accommodate my needs in no time. Due to the pandemic and practicing social distancing, the whole process was done over the phone. Celia was very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly, breaking down prices, which was reasonable. After agreeing on a unit, she emailed me all the important paperwork to sign virtually and texted me details about my unit and it’s location.The facility itself was great, it was large, secure with your own unique ID to get in, and the units themselves are temperature controlled so you won’t have to worry about the elements harming your belongings.The whole process was fast and easy and I have to say again that my experience was excellent. Took a lot of stress away from an already stressful situation involved with moving. I will always come back to this facility when I need storage and will highly recommend to friends and family. Wish I could give more stars!

Celia is one of the nicest people Ive met in a while. Theyve been extremely helpful and accommodating during a stressful move. I mistakenly left my unit open and they caught it and secured it for me, cant say thank you enough. They even have a free truck to move your things! Found this storage location after doing a lot of research in the area in preparation for a move. I have to say that I couldnt be happier with the location, pricing, and staff. I primarily interacted with Mrs. Celia, the store manager, and on brief occasions Matthew. Both were a pleasure to work with. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient with the millions of questions I had before the relocation, while using the unit, and during the move out. My unit was very clean, felt secure, and is centrally located in Bentonville so very easy access for most. While I may not need a storage unit any longer at this point, if I ever do again in the future, I will happily use Morningstars services again. Cant recommend them enough. Thank you so much again for likely the best customer service Ive ever experienced in my lifetime!

I just rented a storage unit from Morningstar Storage and I wanted to share my experience with you in case it will help you in YOUR search. The employees, Celia and Matthew, greet you and immediately set out to be as helpful as possible. Morningstar goes above and beyond by offering the use of a truck (provided you have a valid DL and full coverage insurance) for up to 4 hours! Celia explained their promotions and happily I got my first month of storage FREE as well as 24 hour gated access to storage and they offer insurance on the contents of the unit ($9 for $2,000 and $22 or $24 for $5,000). Celia and Matthew are genuinely friendly and very helpful. The price of the 10 x 10 unit was priced higher than the other storage facilities that I called ($129 I believe) but I was able to leave there with a whole lot more money than I expected. I definitely recommend this company.

Sweet young lady at the desk. Did her very best to help us in every way, but if you need anything heavy done, or a trailer to unhitch from your van, you might bring your own muscle. Other than that she was great. :)Just to let the company know: Our moving truck spent the night at the storage lot and there was a big storm. The next day several of my daughters boxes, that had expensive college/art books in them, were wet, so the truck leaks.

Facility is under new management. They are certainly turning it around. They are working on making it a clean and safe storage place. So far it is the cleanest storage facility Ive seen.

Good, safe nice a bit pricey but convenient location.

VERY poor experience. We went in before storing our stuff there and were very clear with how much trash we would have and pallets we would have. We went over it several times with them and they reassured us multiple times that it wouldnt be an issue. After the 2nd week, we were asked to cut the cardboard smaller, so we did. Then, they continued to call us and ask if we could take our cardboard elsewhere. Finally, they told us we couldnt use the dumpster any more. I found another storage solution. Again, VERY poor service !
