I ordered last minute for my anniversary. The Mario Kart arrangement was awesome and my husband loved it! The fruit was great and they had it ready the same day!

I cannot say enough about the kind people at this edible arrangements location - especially Kaitlyn. I think how people and companies handle conflict says more about them than how they perform on a good day. I placed an online order that sadly had to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond my control (the recipient left town and I was unaware). I called the store and Kaitlyn answered. I explained the situation and said I was willing to pay but asked them not to deliver. She put me on hold and went to work figuring out options etc. she ended up refunding my money, cancelling the delivery, and giving me details on reordering it at a new location. Through it all - I felt terrible as I know this affects their bottom line. But - this store was patient, understanding, and kind. I will definitely use them again. I am so grateful for excellent customer service. Thank you EA!

I ordered an edible arrangement at the store in Bentonville, AR. I ordered it 4 days in advance for my best friends birthday and wedding anniversary. The day it was supposed to be delivered, I called around 1:30 to make sure they had my order. They said they had it and were making it as we spoke. The arrangement was not delivered until 9 pm that night. They did not include the message I had written, so they did not know who it was from and assumed it was from a family member. I realize they cannot guarantee a delivery time; but 9 pm is way too late to deliver something that is intended for that days occasion, especially when it was not a holiday-- just a random Wednesday.

Ordered a cheesecake and cookie tray from this location through the edible arrangements website. Was a thank you gift to a business. It was supposedly delivered. I checked with 2 different people at the business 2 different times, it was not delivered. Called the customer service number and got routed to the Bentonville location. I explained the issue. They said oh no we delivered it. I called the business again to verify, no delivery. Went to the Edible Arrangement site, put in a ticket, which gets sent, apparently, to the Bentonville location. Which of course did not respond in any way to my issue. Called the call center number in the email from Edible Arrangements....which routed me back to the Bentonville location. So money wasted, no treats were delivered, no one cared. Avoid this at all costs. Only gave 1 star because you have to post the review.Edible arrangements had responded to this thread. Saying they were going to escalate and giving me a contact email to follow up with. Sent an email in to them. Clearly the escalation process means deleting their response and continuing to 1) not have delivered the ordered product 2) not offering a refund or resolution to the issue. Again. Got a tray of chocolate covered strawberries with rainbow drizzle. Was beautiful and fresh and a big hit.

The chocolate dipped strawberries that I sent for Valentines were the best! And the bear was adorable! The berries were very fresh and flavorful and the chocolate was to die for!

Very disappointed with the experience I had on the phone with this Edible Arrangements. I worked for Edible for 3 years and I’m disappointed in the customer service given by the Bentonville, AR location. I signed up for Edible rewards before my birthday and was supposed to get a birthday reward according to the site but later was told by the manager Sarah I don’t get one because I have to wait for my next birthday and it says nothing on the site about that. Being the manager in order to do what’s right you would think they would honor the fact I should have received something but they turned me away saying they can’t do anything. Extremely frustrated because the manager’s I worked for would have never treated a customer that way. Very poor service.

This place apparently closes at 6p.m. on weekdays! I learned the hard way when I went to pick up an online order (placed the day before) that was scheduled for a pick up time at 6:30 p.m. and the store was closed! I wasnt able to bring it to the birthday party I was going to and had to go buy something else last minute. This was extremely frustrating especially since their website, Facebook and Google posted hours as open until 7p.m. on weekdays. When they received my online order for a pick up time after 6p.m., no one called or emailed me to let me know they would be closed. Completely unprofessional! (Negative one star)

They had an item similar to what i wanted but not exactly and they are quite expensive.

I have no idea if the arrangement was nice or not. I asked for it to be delivered before 11am and was told they would try to make that happen, but at latest it would be 1pm. It is now after 2pm and it has still not been delivered. Complete waste of $100.

45$ for 6 piece of strawberries & 6 marshmallow’s(I ordered banana’s) chocolate covered. I don’t know how someone messes up such a simple order.

Ordered the arrangement to be delivered by 11. Didnt arrive until well after 2pm. Told them no cantaloupe or honeydew, it was full of cantaloupe and honeydew. Paid extra to have chocolate dipped strawberries, they dipped two of them paid extra to add the salted apples. There were only three of them.Not pleased at all and will not order from here again.
