Awesome experience!They said it would take ~45 minutes to change my tires and they were spot on. Instead of pulling my car out to a parking spot, they pulled it to the front door and sent me on my way. Best experience getting new tires

Very fast and friendly service! The Bentonville location didn’t have the exact tires I needed but had someone immediately go get them at their warehouse in Rogers. Took about 15 minutes to receive them, in which they took that time to prepare my truck for when the tires arrived. Very efficient and looked like excellent team work as I curiously watched the process. Would highly recommend!

Had to go because a pot hole destroyed one of my tires, very friendy and straight forward staff. The only problem was waiting for my car to get worked on since there was several cars already there, but we only had to wait at most an hour. Once the car got into the shop they changed the set in not very much time at all. They can change brakes, suspension, and your oil as well as do tire repairs/replacements, alignments, rotations and mounting and balancing. Also every tires comes with a warranty that includes free replacement and rotations for a year. Definitely would be coming back when I need something else done.

I visited here for wheel alignment. They are humble and professional in giving services. Along with wheel alignment, they also did quick 20 point inspection of my car. Life timing wheel alignment for $149 is worth to consider if you plan to continue your current car for at least 3 years. Value for money. I would recommend them.

Stopped by Plaza Tire Service because I found a screw in my rear passenger tire while washing my car over the weekend. The guys gave it a quick once over, removed the screw, and found nothing to be concerned about. No charge service, very quick and professional.

Do not go to plaza tires for anything. I had them check my breaks to see when/if I needed them replaced and they: 1) tightened my caliper bolts too tight to where they snapped my 13mm socket and also broke the head off of the bolts, which in return I had to purchase new ones. 2) they tightened my lug nuts on my tires to where I went to do my drivers side (was only able to get my front passenger side done) and it snapped my breaker bar, Ive tried to get it with a regular 4 way, even with my full body weight (around 220) and I couldnt break the bolts loose.

Ended up with the unexpected flat tire going down the road, so after pulling over and putting on a donut saw that it was the closest place to me so gave it a try and I don’t regret it. Their prices were fantastic their customer service was amazing and I got okayed for one of your credit cards. I’m now scheduled to get my other tires changed out. Highly recommend. Oh I forgot to mention their free 24 hour roadside assistance.

Came in for an alignment and they tried to charge $1,500 for new control arms and struts. I took it to a mechanic my family trusts and he said that only one control arm needs replacing and that the struts were fine. to make it worse two of the lug nuts were cross threaded so bad I couldnt even put the wheel back on and had to replace them and the wheel studs 30 bucks and 3 hours of hard work. Thanks Plaza you couldnt pay me to come near your shop again.

Plaza Tires seems like the real deal. They got me in and out I incredible time. 4 tires and lifetime alignment in time I left and had breakfast on a Saturday. I got 85,000 mile in the last set, hoping for 90,000 moles on my new Nokian ONE’s.

Refused to do a simple patch on a tire because of a lie about fix a flat destroying tires. This was after I had to show them where the leak was because they couldnt find it. Has potential to be a solid business with a better manager.

Had a great experience at Plaza Tire Service. Went in for 1 flat tire and they were able to patch it up and get me going quickly. Was worried I would have to replace it but the guys were honest and said the tire was still in great shape and could patch it up. They had me in and out within easily 20 minutes. We will definitely return when it is time to replace the tires.

I just went in for an oil change, and while it was being done, they helped me figure out a couple other problems I was having with my car. One of them was something they couldnt work on there, but they recommended somewhere else. Super helpful and friendly staff!

First time using Tire Plaza I normally use Firestone. However the Firestone tires were cheaper at Tire Plaza. The salesman Jermall was a nice guy and got me in and out with no problems. Only took about hour and a half for 4 tires and oil change.

The team was super nice, but they completely missed the mark on my tires. They rotated them, but apparently failed to check the pressure on a single tire. Now my back tires are overinflated and one of the front tires is low enough to trigger a warning on my vehicle. Disappointing.

My first time here and it was a good experience. I was in and out in less than an hour for an oil change and a tire rotation and they are fairly affordable as well. I recommend this place.

Great place for tire service. I had a leaking valve stem and another service said they would need my Jeep all day to fix it if it was on the vehicle. Plaza tire took it and fixed it within a half hour and helped me with a lawnmower tire at the same time!! All for about $21. I highly recommend Tire Plaza!

Had an urgent issue with my brakes. Anthony and his team were able to fit me in at the last minute. They quickly repaired the brakes and a potentially dangerous suspension problem. He set very clear expectations both in time and price. And, in both areas he exceeded expectations. It came in several hours early and significantly under budget. What other repair shop ever does that.

Fast professional quality service, I will definitely use again and recommend to others.They had what I needed in stock, but decided to go with a different tire that they didn’t have in stock. They went and picked up the tires and I was out the door in an hour.

Absolutely outstanding my suv in at 9:33 and out by 10:09 had oil change 2 new tires got tires rotated and balanced and aligned in under 45 minutes. Totally worth $630 I highly recommend this place but by appointment so that thing run smoother.

If you have issue with no masks..... DON’T COME HERE!!!! Not one person working here wears them then they walk right up to you to discuss their pricing within’ 2 ft of your person. 😡😡😡 I will never do business here again for that reason. I watched one of the sales guys walk right up to an elderly woman 3x to discuss her vehicle. He was within 2 ft of her and didn’t have the common decency to put a mask on. Arkansas has a state wide mask mandate. At one time, there were 8 ppl in the lobby without masks. Here’s an idea, put some chairs outside for people to sit that don’t want to wear a mask.

Plaza tire is affordable and the service is fantastic, I pulled in this morning to a welcome smile, I forget the gentleman’s name but he was a big bearded fella, he had great knowledge of everything and walked me through the steps on what I should and shouldn’t be looking for, the guys had me in and out in a respectable amount of time and I saved plenty of money...go to these guys if you have a warranty on your car I feel as if these guys will tell you what your car TRULY needs as opposed to a dealer who doesn’t want to take care of the problems with your car even if you have warranty, 10/10 recommend and I’ll be back for future business

Took my wifes car in for four tires and alignment. After the work was done the car wouldnt start. The 5 year old battery was dead. It was almost closing time, but they obtained a battery and stayed late to get it installed. Would recommend them for your tire and minor maintenance needs.
