I am here for service, they told all the fluids are topped as part of service. I checked before leaving and they are untouched. when taken this to staff’s notice, I was asked to wait for some time in lobby, so they can refill, this is not my first experience here. Make sure to check if you got everything what you need to get.

The parts department misquoted the price and I didnt find out until after and they had me pay almost double what I was quoted and said there wasnt anything they could do except put the parts back on the car I specifically came in to have replaced. Next time Ill go to HIS Automotive in centerton for less than the original quoted price and better customer service even if it will be at a later date.
They take care of my car in a timely manner.

Had a service appoint which was made a week in advance. I was told today because a service advisor did not come to work they couldnt perform the work. Im so confused Service Advisors do not work on cars so why would that matter
I have been getting my odessey and fit serviced here for the past 4.5 years and I have been satisfied here. Its mainly because of the service advisor Scott Peckham. He is the best person there among all other service advisors.
My salesman was great and took care helping me through the purchase of my 2012 Honda Fit. Now the problems have come and Honda will not take the necessary action to correct them. I have rodents coming into my heat and air duct system through the outside air intake. I had to take action myself to put a guard on the outside air intake after the 3rd time of asking Honda to fix it. Now I have rodent feces and possible dead rodents in my duct system blowing this contamination into my car to be breathed. You can imagine the foul odor and health threat from this. I am considering a lawsuit against Honda for their refusal to correct the flaw and serous consequences caused by it.
Bought a car today from Frank Fletcher Honda in Bentonville. We drove from Central AR to purchase there. Our salesman took great care of us and found exactly the car I wanted. Finance manager was great to work with on price of car and accessories. Glad we made the drive!
Awful customer service. Took my car a couple of times to solve some issues, never solved. Took it to Fayetteville, all problems solved.

Took my car in because we had issues with it starting. Told them we had the battery tested at AutoZone and OReilly and both tested the battery as good. Got a call several hours later saying it was the battery. Paid $150 for a new battery from them. Our problem starts occurring again a couple days later.Weve taken our car in multiple times with sensor problems and they never got fixed.
